Erica was present at my first two births. We had a bad experience with a midwife in the Las Vegas area and were thankful to have Erica by our side. Our experience with Erica and DSSNV on our 3^rd birth hasn’t gone so well. She’s very nice but she hasn’t done a good job keeping in touch throughout this pregnancy. I’m a few weeks shy of my due date and haven’t gotten one phone call from her to check on my pregnancy. I had a scare around the holidays and she never called to check back on me. I was contacted via text when it was time for my second payment. For a return client I’d expect better customer service and attention. I hope that this was one isolated incident. I will not be using her for my third birth and it’s disappointing.

Erica is truly an angel. For my third pregnancy, my husband and I agreed that we both wanted a doula. She was so attentive to our needs. Erica is knowledgable, exudes nothing but professionalism, is patient, kind, but most importantly, honest. She made my birth experience such an amazing and positive one. I know 100% that if she wasn’t there, I would have needed an emergency cesarean. I had a beautiful 9 lb 6 oz baby girl. And between Erica, my OB and the nurse, they helped maneuver my baby girl without any complications for me or my baby girl. I already know that if baby #4 were to happen, Erica would be on my birth team, without a doubt. I highly recommend Erica for rockstar service.

Erica is amazing! She was with us for the birth of our first son and will be with us for our second as well. I had an AWFUL experience with my midwife at my home birth and thank God we had hired Erica as my Doula .I really think I wouldn’t be here today, nor would my son, had I not had Erica or my husband by my side. She was so calm, and has a lot of experience in this business. We love her and can’t wait to have her at our next hospital birth. She’s an angel!

Absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about Erica and DSSNV. Before getting pregnant, I was someone who didn’t even know what the word «doula» meant. I would have laughed if someone had told me I would end up hiring one! But Erica is amazing and I will be forever grateful to her for helping me get through the end of my first pregnancy and the delivery of our sweet baby girl. If you’re looking for a doula, this is the place!

When we first started talking about hiring a doula, I wasn’t entirely convinced. We decided it was worth trying, and I cannot say what a difference it made in our experience. Erica was there for us every step of the way, and helped us both to remain calm as problems cropped up. I am not sure what we would have done without having her there to settle our nerves and run interference with the Hospital staff. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a doula. It’s the best decision we ever made.
Erica is spunky but maintains a professional attitude. She goes above and beyond to make your birthing experience exceptional. Because of complications, we were required to go to the hospital 8 times in the last three weeks of my wife’s pregnancy… sometimes at 3 in the morning. Erica never ONCE failed to be waiting for us when we arrived. Hire this woman. You will not regret it.
