Earth Limos & Buses

This company nearly ruined my wedding. A couple months before the wedding I had booked a party bus to transport our wedding party to the reception venue. I received a reservation email after the initial booking, and assumed we were set. A few days before the wedding I contacted them just to confirm the pick up address and time was correct, and again they confirmed.
The night of my wedding we had just finished the ceremony and were waiting at the confirmed address. After 15min I called to see what was taking so long. When my call was finally answered I was put on hold for 5min. I was then told that I had not confirmed the reservation and it was cancelled. After all of the time I spent to contact them to confirm, which they did, and they cancel without any notice on my wedding night is ridiculous. Luckily Presidential Limo came to our rescue.

Did go through the full procedure of renting a limo the day before the pickup. Procedure requires to take pics of driving license and cards via an online signup which is a bit of a pain. More frustrating is the fact that all was scheduled properly when the pickup did not happen — wanted to surprise friends at the airport when the limo did not show up at agreed (and 2 hours prior confirmed) time. Called and driver showed up 15min later (operator claimed that there was traffic) — I was asking the driver which told me that he was just informed a few min after my original appointment. Friends had to wait at the airport and all was for nothing … No follow up /​no comment. First and last time for sure

I was in vegas for my annual NYE/​B’day party on January 2^nd for over 30 people an once again this was the Party bus company I chose to deal with. also Again I specifically dealt with Sharlene an AGAIN I chose our driver to be Jason. They have a new docusign system so that was no problem as compared to last time an We had a newer bus as compared to last time However I must state that while the newer bus was awesome it did NOT have the much needed «Poles» if your group is in need to really «Turn up». Sidenote: having a bus with OR without poles was a suggestion but was MY choice to make not one that was given out the blue however Jason is the newer bus driver so I picked the driver over poles. But overall the bus, the company, the driver an the ambience was awesome an I will be doing it again very soon

No refund as promised.
I have waited over two weeks for the small refund that this company told me I would receive on November 4, 2015 for the previous issues I had with them. I have emailed them to follow– up twice with them on the status as to why I have not received it both on November 10, 2015 and November 18, 2015 and was given no information as so what the hold up is. The manager, Sharline has not contacted me and has not provided the refund that she promised me over the phone and via email on November 4, 2015.

Best limo service! We requested for The limo to meet us at 1am and when we called the driver to tell him we were ready he picked us up ASAP. Sammy was a great driver and we really appreciated his hospitality.

Pablo was the best driver! Very professional and got my group to/​from our destination safely and quickly. Next time I’m in Vegas, I will request Pablo. Thank you Pablo for the great experience, we are all very thankful!

We booked a 35 person limo bus to transport my brother’s wedding party from the ceremony to the reception. From start to finish their service was exemplary! I booked over the phone with Patron, she was so professional and understanding while I was going back and forth making up my mind on what we wanted. She also looked into all my options to make sure I got the best deal. The driver was early and was very accommodating! Several people from the wedding said that this ride was their favorite part of the whole evening! Thank you all for a great ride, great service, and a great night!

Booked this for the night before our wedding. Did the 3 hr tour in a 26 passenger bus. It arrived on time. Was clean and had cups and ice. Driver was excellent. They took us to the liquor store, Las Vegas sign, bellagio fountains and Fremont street. We could plug in the phone and play our own music. We danced like crazy! Everyone had a fantastic time.

Last month was our first visit to Las Vegas. We were on a business trip and we used Earth Limo’s several times throughout our trip. We HIGHLY recommend their service. We loved being picked up in an SUV every time. We were always greeted with a cold water bottle, which is refreshing in such hot weather. And most of all the service was outstanding from our favorite driver Mo. He was phenomenal, great service, catered to us, and made our limo rides VERY enjoyable. We highly recommend using Earth Limos, and when you do, request Mo!!!

Went to Vegas on anniversary trip last week. There were four of us. We had booked a night strip tour in a limo. The price was comparable to the other companies we checked out. We waited outside for the limo and I could hear it coming. It was making a loud screeching sound while driving up. It was hella loud. Driver said it was a double alternator to run the ac. It was embarrassing, no replacement car, we had already paid. We were supposed to get a complimentary bottle of champagne but it wasn’t there, got it from a special online. We had to go to their office to pick it up, a bottle of Andres, after I called about it and they didn’t have record of it. We haggled over that for a min. Mind you the screeching is still going on. The driver was nice though. No discount and no refund, not even a partial one for that screeching. It was the pits.

On a girls trip from NYC. Everything was great from the start of the reservation with Sylvia to being timely in our pick up and drop off to the drivers who looked professional and extremely courteous. I honestly will say they made my night out awesome! The rates reasonable and well worth it!

Everything they promised was delivered. Very professional reservations process and very professional driver (Martin G.). The limo was clean, new and better than I expected. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I have used 2 different Limo companies when visiting Vegas. I have received great service from both. We are choosing to go with Earth Limo for our upcoming trip in June because it’s been a little more personal than the other company. It’s very easy to feel like you are just a number in Vegas.
We had to cancel our last trip because we needed to have a car the whole time we were in Vegas. The Earth Limo rep was very friendly helping us cancel, so that stuck with me and we are giving our business to Earth every time we go to Vegas

We used Earth Limos for our 25 person wedding party and couldn’t have been happier with them.
The vehicles were stellar, the drivers were personable and on time and everything was smooth.
Very satisfied!

Driver was prompt and kind, however didn’t know how to work his bluetooth, didn’t have any cords, and when asked to call to see if we could get the music to work, he did nothing. He brought us to some great places on the strip for my wedding g reception. Just wish he knew what he was doing in the music department. That is what makes a party bus!

it is smell and interior consider as Gheto car not a Limo
They are not even care about my complaint and not replying my email
too bad they have charge my card $ 1200 a day and the only thing I still give them 2 star because driver is Good and office staff was ok when I reconfirm
they should disclose how bad their hummer limo before the rent to anybody
Now, I am quite ok, Customer service Manager called and apologize
the vechicel was from outside vendors and they give me credit toward next booking

Great time, great price, great driver (Mo). Did a 1 hour vegas strip tour with my family of 4. On time (early!), clean, nice, proffessional. Kid friendly. Cold champagne and cider. Jenna booked over chat online on my phone quick n easy. Would use again.

I want to commend Carlos with his excellent service for a two-​day booking for my wedding weekend next September 2015. I had to change my pick up itinerary numerous times and he was very patient and very accommodating EVERY TIME I made contact with him! THANK YOU SO MUCH, CARLOS!

When my sister made the reservation, she made it clear that there was a stop at Sunset park in between the Pick-​Up and Drop-​off locations (both locations off of Pecos, less than 2 miles apart). My sister says she asked the woman who made the reservation if she needed the address for Sunset park and was told she did not. We specifically chose the company because we only needed the bus for 1 hour on the day of our wedding and because they included gratuity in the price they quoted for us.
On the day-​of, at our church, the driver was UNAWARE of this stop and said it would be an additional charge, and we sat in the parking lot for about 20 – 30 minutes as he made sure he could make this stop, etc with his dispatcher, or whomever. **This led to an additional half hour charge to our credit card.** On top of that, he still made the stop, but charged us yet **ANOTHER half hour charge.**
I tried to refute it through my credit card company but my sister, the maid of honor, had signed something when the driver said he would be able to make the stop in-​between. Of course she didn’t read what she was signing, so our efforts were in vain. She didn’t want to bother me, the bride throughout all this.
Why I’m upset: Whatever miscommunication happened between the woman who booked us and the driver affected my rates. I ended up paying for a full hour when that first ½ hour was agreed prior that it wouldn’t be necessary and the next ½ hour was the driver figuring out what the heck was going on. Trying to sort this out after the fact was awful.
Quality: Bus was clean and fun.
Responsiveness: I tried multiple times through email and phone to contact the company to explain my extra charges to no avail.
Professionalism: Driver was professional.
Value: I would NOT book with them again. Had I known we were going to go through all this I would have rather paid someone else at a 2-​hour minimum rate. (reason why we went with earth)
Flexibility: clearly none.
The only person I liked from that company was the woman who helped me identify a camera we left on the bus.
