Since 1980, the experienced and talented profesionals of the Goldilocks salon have tended to the health and beauty of Las Vegas’ most notable residents. We consider our clients part of our family and we will do our best to make your experience here a memorable one. Goldilocks is a full-​service salon offering many services. We also carry a number of carefully-​selected, premium product lines for continued care of your hair, skin, and nails. Appointments are available, but walk-​ins are welcome. Business Owner

Elena Iniakina has been the owner of Goldilocks Salon and Day Spa since 2006 and also is a professional stylist and color specialist. Elena believes in education and staying current with all new procedures and has certifications from: Cosmetology Institute and Beauty Academy of Elena Nesterov (Master of Trico logy) in Moscow, Russia. The Academy of Hair Design, Energizing Summit, and Master of Brazilian Blow out in the United States. Elena graduated from the University of Theatrical Arts in Moscow and toured the world as an entertainer for 15 years before becoming involved in the Cosmetology industry. She has used her theatrical training to turn her salon into a fun, warm, and welcoming environment. Elena was born and raised in Russia and is fluent in English and Russian.

Unlike the other reviews here that reference hair services, I came here and worked with Lisa for a massage. The massage space is upstairs, separate from the rest of the salon, which helps with scents, noises, and other potential distractions. The space is small but nicely decorated, clean, and cool.
I opted for a deep tissue massage, and found at times that pressure was a bit lighter than I’d like– but before I spoke up, Lisa would find a kink or some tension and ratchet the pressure up to 11! If you want to be worked hard, just say so, she’s more than capable with those strong hands.
I think she added on a few extra minutes to my massage, and she went over cupping as an option but I did not have a need for it. Lisa was knowledgeable and professional, and I especially like that she used the draping to blot up excess massage oil before moving on to a new muscle group.
In addition to being a skilled masseuse, Lisa is also customer service oriented– it was easy to get ahold of her by phone or text, and she was able to accommodate a last minute cancellation and reschedule when a family emergency took me out of town unexpectedly.

I highly recommend Antoaneta Johnson– Toni as a stylist in Goldilocks Salon&Spa. If you want an amazing cut and specially amazing red color, she’s the one. She’s my stylist since more than 4 years and i would not change it for another one. Extremely professional, taking care and most important will not burn your hair! She can do the color you want ! Highly recommend!

Tony Johnson is the best hair colorist ever !!! If you need advice or come with your own picture — she will do it. Color turns out perfectly every single time. I have found her by just asking another lady with a gorgeous hair color about her hairdresser and here we go! I have been looking for a good one for years. I always get compliments on my hair and people ask me where did I go. She takes her time and makes sure the job is perfect. She is amazing ! Highly recommend.

Brian Cohen is a MASTER hair stylist and only focuses on cuts. He is amazing and you should see him first! I have been to the best of the best and the most expensive around the country and he is right there if not better! He knows hair and watches every single strand lay before cutting! You will NOT be disappointed!

This spa is pretty nice, has very good service and decent prices. I actually found this SPA on Groupon and that was the only real reason I even tried them out.
I ended up choosing a cupping package and tried that technique… which was AWESOME! I really enjoyed it and felt great the following day.
Give it a try… they are located in the same parking lot as the In N Out Burger on Sahara.

Love it here!!! My hairdresser makes this the best experience ever. Always have great customer service and great selection of hair products. Brian Cohen — –my best friend, my buddy since the early 1970’s! And getting better, if that’s even possible, as years pass by.

Went to see Sharon. She completely fried my hair and gave me the most ugliest cut I have ever seen. Like a idiot I went back there a second time because she called and said she messed it up. I should of ran but I thought ok maybe she will fix it. It is not anything thing like the picture I showed her and she did not know what she’s doing when it comes to blondes I had long hair now it is so short and she cut the sides so short and uneven. My hair is green beige brown. This lady quoted me $ 80.00 and then charged me $ 120.00. I should of never paid her but I was scared. They are grandma’s cutters and colors. Can’t believe I allowed this to happen to me. If I could give a 0, I would. I think she was drunk. Saw her drinking Wine. Don’t ever let a wino cut and color your hair. While I was there I saw women leaving with the ugliest cuts and colors. That should of been a red flag.

I just love her. She does a superb job ! It was the first time in over 10 years that when I was all done w/​haircut & coloring that I actually felt really beautiful. She sticks to the price she tells you which is great as well. She’s very down to earth girl and hardworking. After 2 moves across the country within 1-​yr and many many bad color jobs and haircuts, I landed in Las Vegas permanently in May. My first experience was at an upscale salon near my SW Vegas home — a complete nightmare (I’ll review that in another review) and $ 400 — 2nd salon to fix the 1st salon was another $ 200 — another nightmare.
After reading the reviews here on Unilocal and being completely desperate — I walked in Goldilocks a few days ago. The receptionist was very nice and was quick to help me.
Madge was available to color my hair and fix the mess that the last 2 salons did — she did a fabulous job — I am so pleased with her. She listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it… it doesn’t help that I am a licensed hairdresser as well — we tend to be picky and critical. Madge did a great job!
I had Brian cut my hair today — WOW! The best haircut I have had in a long time. He was patient, personable, and professional. I am thrilled with my color and cut.
Also, both visits I had shampoos — the ladies were both professional, both did a good job — didn’t soak my clothes and actually rinsed my thick curly hair completely clean of the color and shampoo.
I am so happy to now have a salon here in Vegas and two professionals that know what they are doing.

I just had a haircut from Addy and it looks phenomenal! She had a mess to work with and she slowly and diligently worked on my hair to the point of perfection. It looks styled and has a great line to it. No more disaster hair. Best part is she respected that I didn’t want it cut real short but yet she still made it look good. I will be going back to her!

Lori was amazing! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and it was perfect — not only did she style me exactly as I imagined, it even stayed together through winds of 40mph on my wedding day. Also, they are extremely affordable compared to other wedding specialists I found in the area.

I just received the Brazilian Blowout from Sharon here at Goldilocks and it looks amazing! I never imagined my hair would be so beautiful and frizz free. I have never ever been able to run my fingers through my hair! Before I got the Brazilian Blowout I had color applied and what a talented woman she gave me the most gorgeous red color. Because I had the color done prior to the Brazilian Blowout it will lock in the red so that it stays a lot longer! She also is amazing with up-do’s for weddings! I am sold! Thank you so much Sharon!!!

After my stylist and colorist left town, I was in dire straits! Well over 2 yrs ago discovered Sharon through a friends recommendation and I could not be happier! Even though I’m probably considered old, she always does my «do» as sexy, hip and chic which I LUV! Even when I am living out of state I wait to get my haircut for when I am in Las Vegas so that I can go see Brian.
I always feel so wonderful when I leave– my hair looks great, I feel confident, and the best part is that it keeps looking good until I come back. Basically, I never have to go back because the cut has grown out poorly (because that just doesn’t happen).
From the minute you sit down, Brian is kind and patient as he listens to what you want. He is friendly and professional. I also really appreciate that I never feel rushed– when he is working on your hair, you are the center of his attention. There is usually a great shampoo and head massage before he gets to work. Then, he works his magic. Before the end, he makes sure that the cut is what you were looking for and is willing to make adjustments, and he doesn’t make you feel guilty or awkward about asking.
I have also had my hair dyed and my eyebrows done at Goldilocks and was pleased with the results.

August 17, 2012. First of all the salon is very old school Vegas, a definite Gem in the desert. Its been operating since I came to Vegas in 1987! Its beautiful and traditional which makes the experience very relaxing. My hair stylist «Antoaneta (Toni)Johnson starting working there last year and I am so happy, as the salon is close to my location downtown and only 2 mins from the strip!
She really takes the time to polish and style my hair exactly the way i like it. She is a ‘no rush’ stylist, and really enjoys what she does. Ive known Toni for almost 3 years, and would never let anyone touch my long beautiful black hair but her!
If youre in need of a sexy salon close to the strip with an attentive stylist, I recommend Goldilocks and my stylist Toni! FIVE STAR!

This place should definitely stay hidden! Spend the money elsewhere for a GOOD haircut! The hairstyles are as outdated, & old school as the ladies that work there. The receptionist reffered my sister & I to a lady that was supposed to be good with cuts «Madge», but this Jamaican lady that cut my hair was horrible! She obviously never had that many white clients because she was rude, & very rough w/​my sister & I & didn’t know what she was doing. She would grab a bunch of hair, pull it, & start chopping! I was supposed to have a layered look. But I would have gotten better results if I gave a blind person shears & a bowl. When she was finished she had me look in the mirror & I noticed one side of my hair was way shorter than the other, after she had been chopping for a good 20 min! She told me my hair must’ve already been that way… Never again!

I found this salon on Unilocal originally and found this amazing lady that does waxing… Marina Solomon. She does great eyebrow waxing, bikini waxing… you name it! I would highly recommend her. She is fast and gets the job done right ;) Call Goldilocks & just ask for Marina…

I was referred to Madge here and was heart-​broken after I left with fried hair NOTHING like I asked for. She took off to do this other guy’s hair as he was in a rush and then she left me under the hot lamp too long so the bleach made my hair all jelly like (which is REALLY bad) and it started snapping off! My hair is still brown too! She has no experience with the latest trends and NO CLUE regarding bleach. Do NOT let her near your hair– I promise you’ll regret it!

What a Las Vegas gem! Walk into this place at any time and your bound to see ladies getting perms and more vintage treatments going on. Go see Jamie for facial services, she does a mean bikini wax and microdermabrasian and because of the non trendy location, she charges really great prices! They have a nice retail store, but make sure you bring your own magazine for the waiting area, as they do have outdated stuff there. What a fun little salon!
