Have never heard of Lush before today. I came in with my boyfriend and wasn’t sure about what the store was about. Then Jaxy approached and was so helpful! She explained what most of the products were and how to use them. I am now in love with Lush! I love how the company is so Eco-​friendly and how they use quality ingredients. Thanks again Jaxy for the great customer service!

Today is my birthday and I just left Lush in the Luxor Hotel with smiles on my face. I had the most wonderful customer service from a girl named Bun who was very knowledgable about the products. I have ethnic skin with hyperpigmentation and work as an Esthetician in SF so I’m pretty updated on what’s good for my skin. She was impeccable on how she educated me on what food for my skin types and demonstrated for me how to use the products. She even made me samples to try so I can do a face mask before my night out for my birthday. I honestly say that this had to be the best skincare experience by far in any store I have entered in my life. Thank you Bun for making my birthday magical!!!

Lush as a company gets 5 stars all day every day from me. The product quality and ethical sourcing can not be beat. And damn their stuff smells good!
This specific Lush location is one of the newer ones in town, and it’s location in The Forum Shops makes it an ideal location for me to shop at. Access is easy from the valet, just up the escalator, and if you have other shopping to do the Forum Shops has a large selection of stores.
The employees at this location are quite friendly, someone almost always asks if I would like a demonstration of a product and they have always been happy to oblige when I request samples of projects I would like to try out.
I still prefer the Lush located at Mandalay Bay simply due to it’s larger size, but this is still a great Lush store to shop at.

I always have pleasant trips to lush, I mean come on now… Me + bath goods is always a good time. Although the location is busy all the associates are pretty helpful. We had a woman (forgot her name) help us and recommend many products for combination skin. I ended up buying a few things and have enjoyed all of them.
The store itself is super clean and surprisingly well stocked for it being a busy location. Every product I’ve been wanting was right then and there. The store is clean and all of the girls are always on it to making it a perfect experience. Check out time was quick too!

I am very impressed with how attentive and helpful the workers here are. I came to vegas after christmas but before new years and everywhere was completely busy! I was still able to receive help and they took their time accommodating my needs and concerns.
I purchased oatifix and a facial moisturizer as well as several soap bombs. Everything felt fresh and amazing and there were many items that were sold out but i will check my local store in Anaheim to try them. I am definitely hooked on Lush products!

Out of all the Lushes I’ve been to this one is my favorite. Brandon gave excellent customer service ! I told him what I was looking for & he was able to recommend & let me try the products. He definitely made my visit most enjoyable !!

I have been here once before and gotten a bath bomb and shampoo bar. Me and my boyfriend came back while walking around cesars palace. As soon as we came in this nice guy named Patrick helped me with all of our annoying and continuations questions. He showed us products I didn’t even know they had. He also recommended some cool hang out spots in Las Vegas. The guy was very nice and helpful will definitely be back because of him THANK YOU PATRICK!

I couldn’t believe it! LUSH IS now IN Caesars Palace shops! Right by the escalator and it is only a couple of minutes from the entrance to the store!
I forgot to carry some of my stuff and thought I would have to trudge to Mandalay Bay to find my Lush stuff! Then walk another mile inside. Imagine my sheer delight to chance upon it right in the middle of the strip near the major Free attractions!
If you’re looking for good clean and effective eco friendly products, this is your one stop shop. Let the staff pamper you with a hand or foot massage, and they will help you choose the right products for you as well!

I love Lush products! So when Jessie and I heard they were doing a grand opening of the new Lush store at Ceasers Palace we Rsvped. We showed up right after their 11am opening. The store was pretty busy, but they had plenty of people ready to help you.
I actually had something to return. I had purchased Angels On Bare Skin (a face wash) and it turns out I’m allergic to the lavender in it. Janea was super helpful. I explained to her what happened and that I just wanted to exchange it. She also helped me pick a new face wash. Janea even did a little demonstration on my hands using the face wash and a couple other products. Plus, she helped me find the perfect face moisturizer. It was great that she gave me a sample of the moisturizer to try at home.
Because it was the grand opening they had fruit kabobs and fruit juices. It was super cute that each juice was named after a Lush product.
This Lush is just like every Lush I’ve gone to as far as customer service. It’s beyond amazing! Everyone is so friendly and are very helpful. You can tell they really love the product they sell.
I love the set up of the store too. They have a facial bar where you can smell & touch the face masks. They have a wall of bath bombs and a whole table of hair care items.
Definitely glad to have another Lush store open in Las Vegas. I always love shopping there. From their products to the staff it makes for a wonderful experience that makes you want to go back for more.
