The owner Shana (a lady) is unprofessional and will swear and threaten you to put the dog in the pound. She has no respect. They will take any one to deliver food to your dogs with no Id or letting you know. My dog was in with a friends dogs and someone delivered chicken to them for food with out noticing me. The chicken could’ve been undercooked and raw for all I know. My dog eats dog food. Careful who knows what they will really feed your dog. And my dog was also whimpering and crying for an hour when I picked her up. They could have abusive workers too.

This place is a life saver great customer service and very reasonably priced had to drop my dog off take care of some emergencies and found this place to be extremely accommodating in the past so very thankful that I found this place if you need somewhere to take your animal take them here

This dog resort deserves to receive nothing but a big fat five stars!!! the staff totally went above and beyond and my dogs (Gatsby, Daisy, and Romeo) totally had a blast there :) They loved all the staff there, and I would highly recommend every dog owners to try their exceptional services.

Clean but not smelling of bleach. Staff is great with my dog. They have always been courteous and flexible working with me to meet my needs and my dog’s needs. She is always happy when I come get her and that says it all. :)

Picked my dogs up six hours ago after they «hotels» it at Lv dog hotel and frisky is snoring lol from exhaustion. The played their little hearts out. I watched them for about 20 minutes and it warmed my heart to see just how much fun they had socializing with other dogs. I always use to worry about leaving them but I bring them with me when I come to Vegas and I stay at Wynn they stay at Lv and its a win win situation
Make sure you bring your camera when you come to pick them up. I forgot mine and missed a real Kodak moment.

This place is awesome! Great place to leave your dogs while visiting Vegas! The staff was so sweet and we felt so confident leaving our spoiled kiddos with them! Our dogs had such a fun time playing with all the other dogs and they have a great method of introducing new dogs into the bunch! Highly recommend!

It’s been over a year now & Anthony & I are still happy. We really like Shana, Lexi & the whole staff. I am not going to list everyone in case I forget a name. But Anthony loves it here. Everyone works hard & is so friendly.

Just picking up my beagle puppy and she is all clean from the bath they gave her she’s excited to see me but I can tell she was taken care of and played with love. Vdara (my puppy) kept kissing the girls that worked there as I was leaving the lobby. Out of the three other dog resort/daycare’s this is the one I continue to go back to and

Two week vacation for baby and Jewel. They are in the Palace Suite lol. It looks like a human condo. I brought movies for them so the staff will watch movies with them. Also hired a private nanny they have to sit with my babes five hours a day. I am officially ridiculous. I love this place. Super clean and the dogs remembered the staff.

I absolutely love this place. I always feel guilty when I have to leave my dog and I don’t trust anybody with him because he is dog aggressive. LV dog resort pays a lot of attention to him when he is there, they even know some of the funny thingshe does like when he picks up his food bowl and carries it to his bed. They take him out of his room and play with him one-​on-​one since he can’t be with the other dogs and spend some time with him. Obviously I wish I could take my dog everywhere but I’m glad LV dog resort is here for when I can’t. My dog is a very nervous guy and one of the staff even suggested I started bringing salmon for him because he likes to eat hers when he refused to eat his dinner sometimes. Anyone who gives their lunch to my dog is okay by me.

I read all the reviews before taking my little Maltese here for daycare. After his first visit, I am shocked with the 3 negative reviews. Every single person here loves their job, the environment is clean and the little one’s are happy and safe. I am so happy my little boy has a fun and safe place to go every day while I am at work. Thank you LV Dog resort team for taking care of our family members.
PS — if I were the owner of LV Dog Resort, I would report the people with the negative reviews. I just noticed each person has only 3 reviews which is suspicious.

My dog has been going into lv dog resort for over a year now and he has great time every time he goes!!!

If I could give them a –0 I would. I want every dog owner who loves their dog to take the time to read this. I am not writing this email angry. I just want other owner’s to be aware of my experience as it was & still is a scary & dangerous experience for my dog as I still do not know what type of pills he was administered while under their lack of care & supervision.
My dog was to be boarded for 12 full days. I paid for the package deal as I assumed I would use this place again. I brought LV Dog Resort 24 individually sealed & packaged special food for my dog (2 per day) & 12 pills (1 a day). I gave notice that I was coming back 1 day earlier & to have my dog groomed & ready for the early morning of my return. Here is what transpired when I went to pick up my daughters best friend after our vacation:
1. They brought me the wrong dog & had I not said anything, I could have walked out with someone else’s pet.
2. They gave me my dogs pills back, 12 of them to be precise.
3. I asked why did they not give him any of his medication. They told me they gave him 1 pill each night & had surveillance cameras to prove it. I asked then what the hell did you give my dog because I brought you 12 pills & you gave me back 12 pills.
4. They gave me back 6 meals. They said they fed him in the morning & I picked him up 1 full day early. He should only have 3 meals left, not 6. I asked if they under-​fed him or if they just fed him someone else’s food. They had no answer for this.
5. My dog was not groomed nor cleaned. I waited a few days for him to settle back in & paid for grooming services.
6. The owner wanted to give me a few free stays for all of the trouble I experienced. If I love my dog, why would I let this place, with this staff, who is dangerous to my dog & any other’s in their supervision, to allow them to watch my dog again?
7. I had to leave the business as I was about to lose it & my dog was feeling it. In his best interest, I left the business.
8. Hours later, when I calmed down some, I called back & told them I did not want to pay for such a terrible service. I told them I would go to the media & launch an internet assault. They refunded ½ of my money only after I said that.
For all of you who love your pets like me & my family do, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for the care of your pet when you have to leave & are unable to take them with you. I know I told the business that I would not say anything about this incident, but I feel it is my duty as I would want to know this information. Had I read a post like this, I certainly would not have brought my dog there :(I can never board my dog again after this experience.

OMG! The best pet hotel ever I would definitely recommend to ALL pet lovers. Gorgeous and super clean facility and the staff… THE STAFF!!! I have never met such kind people in my life and I can just feel the love they have towards doggies I am forever thankful how well they have treated me and my babies

I’ve been to LV Dog Resort a couple of times. I’ve never had a poor experience with any of the staff members and each time I’ve picked the dog up, he’s been super happy! Every time we walk through the door, we are greeted with friendly service and smiles all around. I only want the best for my boy and wouldn’t take him anywhere else. There is adequate room for him to play and stay. LV Dog Resort is purely fantastic!

Thank god we found this place! The other places we called weren’t 24 hour monitoring and the dogs were all kenneled all day, except for the potty breaks. Since I don’t have children, my Beau is our fur baby and you just can’t keep baby in a kennel all day. How depressing. So we found this place and could not have been happier.
They are absolute professionals. They call you back right away, and aren’t annoyed when you call ALL DAY to get updates about you pet. I was having my own separation anxiety at this point, and they totally put me at ease.
We found this place in March and made reservations again for this June. Beau should be able to stay in luxury since mom and dad can. This place delivers on all fronts.

Update after the «owner» emailed me.
My name is legally hyphenated try a K if you listed it under that. My dogs name is COLE. Boston Terrier.
PS I can send you the vet bills they have them on file. Heidi even spoke the the vet.
First time my dog had been away from me. Did day camp trial run. Seemed ok but tooo many dogs in one area.
Was offered to get a tour of back area, that never happened.
I was charged ahead of time on my card and my dog stayed overnight a week later.
When I went to pick him up another dog «escaped» and ran into the lobby and the after hour lady just laughed. (not funny if front door came open at the same time)
Anyway…I am driving him home and noticed green goopy eyes. Then he was really dirty so I gave him a quick bath and noticed he was flu like and took his temp. He had a fever. Called emergency vet and stayed up until they opened in the morning at 7am because he was finally sleeping :(
$ 380 later that morning he had caught kennel cough.
My vet documented where he had been and I gave the owners name etc.
My vet said call her immediately and she needs to shut down.
I called and Hedi the owner basically she blamed me?! She was worried about having to call all her customers… she said that she would call my vet (basically acting like she did not believe me) and that she would call me and check back on how he was doing.
She never called me ever again.
I had already prepaid another stay (TWO MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME) and called to cancel… I was never going back there and guess what? She would never answer my call. I emailed three times and she finally said she would cancel it.
Nope I called and filed fraud against the prepaid transaction.
She never called to check on him or offer anything…
I have a wonderful, clean place I take him now. Yep it’s across town but at least I have never had a single issue with my boys (adopted another dog :) there.
