This review is solely for Gabriel for his great customer service. My friend and I were planning to get a couples massage here but the scheduling did not work out so we had to cancel. Gabriel was very friendly and accommodating during our crazy scheduling attempts and he was understanding when we had to cancel. We will definitely be coming back to try out their massages if we are ever back in Vegas!

I forgot to write a review for this amazing place. I came on Sunday with my partner. We both had two amazing therapists named Liz and Kassandra. They were both polite and professional. My Massage therapist checked on me to see if I was ok. She also check to see if the pressure was ok. Omg! Her pressure was amazingly great. I love that there’s a dry sauna with Himalayan salt rocks on the wall. That is pretty cool. They even offer robes and slippers for you to relax into. I like that there was a shower room here.
The front desk people were great with customer service. Christopher and Trisha were really nice and friendly. They accommodated the time for us. We both appreciate you two for doing that for us. Definitely will recommend this to everybody.

My son purchased a gift certificate for me for Mother’s Day a deluxe massage. I can’t use it because it’s a holiday. However, when he purchased it there were no restrictions on it of not being able to use it on Mother’s Day. Nor was he told in advance that it was only to be used on non-​mothers day timeframe. I was told I can use it for any other day but I would have to pay extra for Mother’s Day. I have no problem in paying for a massage but that seems misleading to anyone purchasing it. Details should be printed on the gift certificate.

I booked a massage the same day I called they were very helpful. I got the best massage, Silvana was just wonderful and I will return to her for sure. Plus they give you robes, a sauna and access to showers. Lovely place I found just by Unilocaling!

I still love coming to see Zora after all these years… I’m happy that she helps me make the best decisions as far as facials go. I’ve tried almost every facial they have to offer.

Update on my previous review:
I actually spoke with the owner and he found out that they had booked me for the wrong massage not a deep tissue. This would explain a lot of why I was not happy with my massage. He apologized and made up for the mistake. That is an example of good customer service which goes a very long way for me! Thank you!
I am very picky with my massages so when I called to boom my appt I told them this and asked for the best recommended masseuse for deep tissue. I was Highly disappointed in my deep tissue massage! I asked if she could use more pressure and got no response from her. She cut my massage short and pretty much did nothing the last 15 – 20 mins. It was one of the worst massages I have had! I won’t be going back and will not recommend to anyone!

Such a tranquil and relaxing visit with my best girls. Massages. Foot scrubs. Facials. Dry sauna. Great customer service. Will be coming back on next vegas trip.

Wow! Ya know when you get that kink and you just can’t pinpoint where it’s coming from… well, Krystal Foster was amazing! First time I got intro price sports massage and pre booked my next apt for same price! I feel instant relief and she found spot right away. As about Lvac discounts too. I will be back!

Every time I found a tech I really liked, they left the business. Also the small locker room has a lock on it so you end up standing outside the door in your bathrobe just to get your stuff. There are two shower/​changing rooms right across the hallway but people can’t seem to figure out to change in them if you want privacy because of the stupid lock on the locker room door. Finally got sick of great techs leaving and getting locked out of getting my own stuff to leave… so I left.

Would come here at least twice a month and loved it. No longer living in Vegas but I def miss this place.
Scheduling was always easy and all the massage therapist were good. They even have a monthly membership service which of course I was a part of bc of the discount.
No steam room but theres a sauna room which almost there’s no one in there so a private sauna room. I would go in the sauna before and after the massage and its just super relaxing. Place is cute and small but with great prices and good therapist what more can you ask for!

Soo. Massage Nirvana offers this great package for first-​time goers. It includes a facial and massage for a very reasonable price. I was super excited because my aunt was coming from LA to visit my mom (they’re sisters) and I booked two packages. The girl at the front was very helpful and assisted me with booking their times as well.
All was fine… until they arrived a few minutes late to their appointments. No excuses of course, they’re brown and senior citizens, but they were still late. However, the aesthetician was very curt and told my aunt something a long the lines of… you’re late and your facial will be cut short. When in customer service, there’s always a way to communicate and that was far from it.
I work hard and wanted to treat my mom and aunt to something nice. My aunt told me she’s had better for half the price in LA. I fully understand this isn’t LA, regardless I deserve what I paid for and didn’t get that.

After suffering from sciatic nerve problems for a while, I decided it was time to bring in a professional. I picked Massage Nirvana because I happened to be driving by and they could accommodate me right away without an appointment. No research. No Unilocal reviews. Nothing. Great plan, right?
The receptionist couldn’t have been nicer. She was friendly and welcoming. I was given a quick tour of the facility, which includes compact dressing rooms with lockers, a small but comfortable waiting room complete with water and juice, and dry sauna for those who wish to bake away their troubles.
I was given a choice of male or female masseuse and decided to go with a woman. Nicole introduced herself to me and led me from the waiting room to a small dimly lit clean and quiet room. I tried to lie on the table face down but quickly discovered that my muscles were so tight that I wasn’t able to stay flat and I was actually in quite a bit of pain. I didn’t realize that I really wasn’t ready to get a massage yet because I probably should have spent a few days stretching out first before attempting this.
Nicole was such a professional and told me to just get into as comfortable a position as possible and she would work around me. I moved to my side and finally found a spot that didn’t hurt and Nicole started her magic.
Since this was my first visit to Massage Nirvana I was offered the introductory basic massage at a discounted rate. What Nicole did was far from basic. She assessed my muscle condition and concentrated on every single one of my problem areas. Without hesitation, Nicole customized the massage to fit my special needs. There is no doubt in my mind that she has studied her healing craft well. She worked extremely hard to make sure I was getting the treatment I so desperately needed.
When the massage was over… and without asking, Nicole took the time and extra effort to help stretch me out to give my sciatic nerve some additional relief. Afterwards, while I was standing at the door, I said, «Bless you» and I really meant it.
Massage Nirvana or any massage place is only as good as its therapists. Nicole was simply amazing. If Nicole is any indication of the caliber of masseuses they hire, then this is the place to go if you want a highly professional massage at an extremely fair price. You will absolutely love this place. Thanks again Nicole! Impressive!

I’ve only been to Massage Nirvana once, but it was memorable. My therapist was Sylvana and I have to say she is without a doubt the absolute best therapist I have ever had a massage from.
The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately the time is up way too soon, leaving you wanting more. What a relaxing massage! Sylvana knows exactly how to use just the right amount of pressure, never hurried, moving in soothing and constant flow, almost as if she had four hands. Amazing.
I would definitely recommend this Spa, and especially Sylvana.

This place is amazing I was stiff and sore for weeks due to the weather and my recent move. I’m glad I went to this place. They are very through and genuinely want to give you good service. I highly recommend… and Vanessa was the best she was able to work out all of my kinks

Went with a group of girlfriends over the weekend and it was so nice. Loved the staff & facility will be coming back for sure and will recommend to friends and family.

This place is so serene. Receptionist was friendly and so was the masseuse. First time there and really enjoyed it. They also offer a dry sauna for before or after the massage.

Seriously great deal and great service!!! The actual massage was awesome. Amy got all the knots and painful spots and really focused on the areas I needed extra TLC on. The front staff is so friendly and professional, I loved them immediately. Facility is super clean, amenities are provided. There are restrooms, shower rooms, a small relaxation room and a dry sauna. Definitely indulge in the introductory value facial plus massage. They don’t skimp on the service! Highly recommend and will visit again.

This spa is a definite MUST!!! My fiancé and I are going to make it a tradition to come to this spa every time we go to Vegas! If you’re a first time customer they have a special for $ 49 for a 50 minute massage.
The facility is very clean, it has a quiet room where the serve some water and trail mix to snack on, a sauna, locker room, and showers. They give you a robe and slippers to wear and a locker where you can put your own combination code to store your things.
I wish I could remember the names of our masseuses because the lady I had was very sweet and attentive. She took the time to show me certain stretches after the massage for my sciatica. Best masseuse I’ve had in awhile!
