Appointment was set between 8 am to 12 pm. They showed up at 9am. They took the old stove out and installed the new one — quickly and efficiently. This company does not care about the customer at all. I missed an appointment for delivery twice because they change the time of your delivery according to their own schedule. The first delivery I had scheduled between 11 – 3 at my new house that I was not staying at yet because I am waiting for a refrigerator they are delivering to get there. They show up at 8am and won’t wait longer than 15 minutes. So, I reschedule for an 8 – 12 on a Tuesday, they call me on Monday telling me I am scheduled for 11 – 3. I told them last time to go ahead and bring it early like that again I’ll wait at the house. Now they tell me that they change people’s schedule daily according to the delivery locations. Why even bother telling me 8 – 12 when you can change it to 11 – 3 or 3 – 7?
