Your Air Conditioning & Heating Company

I just had these guys fix my heater so my house will be warm this winter and they did such an excellent job. I’ve been iffy about hvac technicians for a long time as well. I didn’t know who to trust. But I found these guys on groupon and I decided to just give them a try after reading your reviews. I would have to say that this is one of the better hvac companies in town. Most of these places will over charge but with this one i was able to use Groupon and I could tell that they are pretty honest. I’ll give 2 thumbs up for Jeramy for fixing my heater. Thanks guys.

Your Air conditioning is a pleasure to work with and is the most honest air conditioning tech I’ve known in many years. I just got out of the military and the integrity and honesty of the company is really there. We have used him multiple times and the service was always spot on. Thank you and see you in the winter!

This is one of the nicest companies to do business with in Las Vegas. One year ago, our heater and air conditioner went out. Your had been recommended to us by other people within our HOA so we called. When they arrived, we were introduced to one of the nicest, most dependable, and honest young man that one could hope to meet. He Installed a new unit in our home and I’ve waited a year to let strangers know about what an incredible company this is. The young man we met was Jeremy, and he’s one of the owners of this business. I was so impressed with his professionalism and prompt service I recommended him to all of our friends. They were all so taken with this nice young man and his company, they recommended him to others as well. As President of the HOA in which I lived, I eventually presented this company to the Board of Directors to service the clubhouse’s A/C’s and heaters. I now have a long enough history with this company to say to those of you who I do not know, if you have heating and cooling problems you could not ask for a better company..

Nice to have a go to Company that is family owned. Quick response and treated my family an a outstanding professional manner with expert service. Thank you your complete reports all digitized and follow up!

I usually rate 5 stars as low costs, polite, good service, quick response, convenience.
I am not sure isn’t it my bad luck day.
They kind of mass for my feeling.
First I call them at Fri, Sat, Sun,
whole weekend no one answer so I leave the message.
Monday, I didn’t heard them call back, so I call them again at noon.
The lady explain outside still raining, cannot fix or check things under bad weather.
I understand it, she make me the next day appointment at 2pm-​4pm.
On Tue after 4:30pm, no one come or call.
I did call 5 times but no one answer the phone AGAIN.
Then the lady call me back at 5:45pm.
Explain to me they have to staff went out for work.
One is till taking care of other customer.
The other one get some accident.
And she was out for family things, that’s why not one answer the phone…
I really feel sorry about someone get hurt.
But I just can’t wait again for another day for just checking my air conditioner.
Finally, I call other company-​Legacy Air.
They come after 30 mins and get my things done within 10 mins.
Charged me below $ 100.
End of my painful waiting story.
The reason why I rate two stars for Your Air Conditioning & Heating Company,
because they really low price for inspection $ 19.
They also doing groupon and Unilocal promotion now.
And the lady talk at phone really polite and very explain me detail.
I wish I can use their services, but… whatever…
If you can reach them by phone, that’s your lucky day.

I have a home and a rental home in Las Vegas and BOTH homes needed to have new systems this summer. After getting estimates from the «big boys» in the business, I called a real estate broker friend of mine and asked who he used for the 20 or so homes he owns in the valley. He says that Jeremy Davis with Your Air Conditioning and Heating is who he had been using for years and he had been most satisfied!!! That was good enough for me… so I called Jeremy and he went to both properties, assessed the situations, explained all my options to me and once I decided on the system (Trane), he got back to me with very professional proposals spelling out everything including warranty, etc. He gave me a discount for multiple properties, but
even before discount, his price was significantly lower than the 5 estimates I had done by the «big boys» in the business. He is totally reliable, works right along beside his employees and goes beyond the call of duty to give the BEST service I have ever had!!! I am thrilled and I cannot believe that there is a review by Roger somebody that is so negative!!! There has to be something else going on here!!! If you need service for heating or cooling you would definitely be doing yourself a favor to give these people a call!!!

This Company is terrible, The come to your house, tear apart your AC, then tell you it needs things it doesn’t need and refuse to put it back together and finish the job. Jeremy the «Manager» is a real piece of work, Bad attitude, unprofessional and tries to strong arm you into unnecessary repairs, then makes threats not to finish the work unless you pay him for the unnecessary repairs, stay very far away from this Company.

This is the worst air conditioning company ever. They’ve been to my house 6 times this summer and the problem is yet to be fixed. They are highly unprofessional. The service manager came out and openly expressed he did not have enough time to complete the repair. Instead of doing his job and fixing the problem, we were given instructions on what to do when the air went out again. I think they are just looking for the easy way out instead if fixing the real problem. Don’t use this terrible company!!!
