Couldn’t be happier with Devin and his company. Quality service, reminders when we are due for treatment, and very effective treatment that keeps the critters outside or dead if they happen to stagger through the «barrier».

Great customer service. My fiancé called Devin on a Friday with a pressing pest control issue and AJ was out here the the next day, even though it was on a weekend. AJ came in and did a great job without wasting any time, all while providing great customer service. Will definitely recommend Osborne to anyone inquiring about Pest Control services.

Devin has done a great job getting my weed infested, patchy lawn to a healthy place. He is dependable and great to work with. I appreciate his honesty as well, this last time he told me that it was time for my next treatment but the last time he came he didn’t see many weeds so if I wanted I could skip this treatment. I told him that he is working himself out of a job! He really desires to help his clients.

I have used Devin for years now and I could never imagine using anyone else for all of my pest control and lawn maintenance needs. He is one of the kindest people out there. A man of character and integrity. I have no problem leaving him a key to my own house! He’s great around pets and kids and using the best products. If he’s not your bug and lawn guy — you’re missing out.

Prompt, efficient and reasonably priced — that’s enough to get 5 stars in my book, but Devin took the time to get the job done properly, upstairs and down, inside and out, and was friendly and professional the entire time. Don’t waste your time with big franchises with employees who are trained to up-​sell you on services you don’t need, go instead for the real deal — and Devin of Osborne is it!!! (and yes, this is a bona fide review!!)

Devin at Osborne is awesome. He is knowledgable and understands my need to have no bugs in my house. When he is here and finds a dead one he does just say well my efforts are working. He cleans it up because he knows it would take me least twenty minutes of trying because of my fears. He listens to what is happening when he is not here and adjusts his treatment accordingly. And he is nice to work with. I used Orkin for a year but didn’t stop seeing bugs in my house until I switched to Devin.
