NF Carpet Care

NF Carpet Care has been cleaning our office suite carpets for years. Not only do they provide top level professionalism but they are fully insured and bonded for our building. They did such a good job, they clean our home carpets too. I will be working to have them clean our tile floors too now. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs and working with the scheduling team and billing department is as easy as can be. They are on top of it. 5 Stars is not enough.

I have used NfCC for well over 12 years. Before now I would have given them 10 stars if I could. But recent cleaning and their response to me notifying them that a couple weeks after cleaning old spots resurfaced left me very dissatisfied. They offered me a minimal discount on my next cleaning. I felt the response should have been for them to redo cleaning. Their response broke my heart. Yes as a consumer when you purchase goods & services you expect /​trust your purchase will be the quality you expected. And if not you expect the company to make it right. I gave NFCC one star. Not because of their carpet cleaning services. Which have been excellent until now. But for their response to me as a dissatisfied loyal customer.

they have done a great job on my home carpets every time… Nathan is friendly and conscientious, I recommend the company if you want reasonably priced excellent carpet cleaning.

I’m new to the area and found NFCC on Unilocal.I called and spoke to Jarren (probably spelled that wrong) and needed our carpets cleaned ASAP. We just moved into a condo and the previous owner had cats and I am allergic and couldn’t stop sneezing. She squeezed us in and gave us a special they had on promo. The technicians (both named Nathan) came in and within 10 min my allergies were gone. They both were very professional and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with NFCC’s work. 5 stars is not enough in my opinion. Hands down, NFCC is the BEST of the BEST. Thanks again guy’s.

NF Carpet Care is a family run local business I’ve used several times in the past. They were unable to completely get out some of the grease stains former tenants left behind (who would apparently eat off of the carpet!). Some confusion on the confirmation of the time of arrival, but not a big problem. Overall a very good job, decided to get the protectant. I will use them again. Recommended!

This company is top notch — totally worth every penny! They came out to clean my carpets which were almost white. They took the utmost care in using protective covers around all corners of my walls to follow the path of their equipment. They carry the proper tools to clean all the stairs in my tri level condo. AND, at the very end they wear booties so they don’t tread their dirty shoes all over my clean carpet! They called before arrival and showed up when they said they would. Company was on time when they said. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned living room, stairs and 4 bedrooms in an hour and a half for under $ 300. Got out some tough stains. No surprise costs to get out stains, or use different tools. Very straight forward.

job well done !! Carpets were in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. Looked online and called NF. I know they have been around awhile and that was evident from the level of professionalism throughout the process. From the initial phone conversation, to the final customer service email, my wife and I were very impressed. Nathan came to the house right on time and did the job in the time frame they promised. The price was right and the quality of cleaning was far superior to previous cleanings at my house. I highly recommend giving NF a call for clean carpets.

Two weeks ago I used their service for the first time in order to clean my carpets. Wanted to wait this long to review, because, in the past, it has usually taken 1 – 2 weeks after cleaning before old, stubborn stains start re-​appearing.
First, you should know that it has been over 16 years that I have been searching for a carpet cleaning business that uses PROCYON cleanser. Reason being that PROCYON was used on my carpets and upholstery 16 years ago and it was the very best my carpets had ever looked and felt (and stayed that way for a long while). Well, soon after, the man who owned that business moved out of state. I have my carpets cleaned 1 – 2 times per year, and every subsequent carpet cleaner I called during the last 16 years stated they had never heard of Procyon cleanser. So I tried Stanley Steemer, Richards ChemDry, and many, many others during that time. None of them were able to get my carpets looking and feeling the way the man using PROCYON could. It was only until a month ago that I found out that many carpet cleaning businesses have indeed heard of Procyon, but they’ll say they haven’t only because they don’t want to use it as it’s a more costly product.
Well, I just found NF Carpet Care in the yellow pages and discovered that they use several types of cleansers, one of them being PROCYON, which they used at my request. Hallelujah… at last! My old, apartment supplied carpets have never been this good. They look so clean and especially feel so nice, soft and thick to walk on. Along with the Procyon, they also use «soft» water heated to 205 degrees… just right! Drying time was good and no residue left behind. I sat and watched the whole process (as I always do) and appreciated the attention they gave to more details than other carpet cleaners did.
This is a two generation family business. Gerron (the mother) answered the phone and was quite pleasant. Nathan (her son) did the cleaning (it’s a two man crew). He is also pleasant, very knowledgeable, and does not try to push you to have the extras, such as deodorizing etc. Rates are competitive and within reason. He even left me a free bottle of spot remover (which works well on my clothing too). I have finally found my permanent, future carpet cleaner.

N.F. has cleaned the carpets and some of our rugs and runners for the last couple of years. Although I can’t compare their prices because they’re the only people we go to, they’ve gotten the job down quickly and well. N.F. has always had good customer service in person and on the phone. They’re also family owned and operated.
