Henry helped us to clean the bedroom that we just moved in. He is very professional and friendly. It took him a little under an hour to finish the carpet with perfection. I would recommend Carpet Cleaners R Us to anyone who is seeking a carpet cleaning service.

I have to say that it is difficult finding a company that you KNOW will do good work (without concern) when it comes to having your carpets cleaned because, if you’re like me, you don’t have it done very often. After calling several companies, none of them could clean my carpets because it was on the 3^rd floor, but I finally found this company (I live on the 3^rd story without an elevator).
I had my single bedroom condo cleaned by Henry Chang from Carpet Cleaners «R» Us and it was top-​notch all-​around. He showed up on-​time and was extremely friendly. He and his partner had the entire condo’s carpet cleaned (along with the couch) in no time– removing a year’s worth of stains from spilled drinks and so on, which made my carpet look brand new. I was very surprised. I ended up talking with Henry for a while after they had finished and I have to say that he is a great guy. Without a doubt, definitely someone you can trust when it comes to this line of work.

Both Henry and Matt have cleaned carpets for me on several occasions and I cant say enough on how great they leave the carpet looking and smelling. I called Henry after seeing him in my complex a few times. He gave me his basic pricing and even offered to come over and quote me because he was in the area. He was able to accommodate me a few days later. His prices are very reasonable with the quality of product he provides. I was running late, and Henry the owner was so pleasant. He told me not to rush… like most with hectic schedules you over load yourself, but he really meant it. Upon my arrival he was the same nice guy who gave me a great price for my 3-​bdr 2^nd floor cleaning. Well worth the price… per the quality of the cleaning I had to leave a tip*!*
Outside of the awesome customer service my carpet looks really great. He did advised me that he’s very particular about cleanliness, and I saw that in the efforts he put in getting those tough «no matter what stains» up as if they had never been. I do try to maintain my own carpet once a month, and then call in the big guys to do the professional job. I’ll be using Carpet Cleaners R Us from here on out!!!
Henry is very nice/​genuine guy… he talked with my daughter/​I about life; his wife/​family; dog, and kids. Just a nice gent serving a niche in the market of caring about what you do so that its done right. Love it!!! Interacting with us at times didn’t prolong the job… the rate was the rate, but the interpersonal skill did matter to me. All in all the results of a nice fresh/​clean carpet spoke for itself!
