The absolute worst restaurant experience I have ever had and ladies and gentlemen that’s saying a lot. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for our meals for three people. After checking several times on our food and it finally coming out only my wife and son got their meals and mine was never put in, instead the waiter put out some random dish in front of me. After that he told me he did put it in, now once again I am waiting on my meal after an hour and a half later. Ridiculous. Did not even discount anything. And my wife tried to use the restroom and every single toilet was clogged up. Where is corporate…

We came to eat all you can eat crab legs, waited for days we just got tired of waiting. Our drinks took 24 min to come out, they need more server’s because paying $ 29.99 for all you can eat crab legs I want all my worth.

First of, there was no hostess to seat us. We waited 15 min, then the party that came after us was seated before our party! Then we got seated and took another 15 minutes to get greeted by the server! We sat there and watched 3 tables that came after us get their drinks before us… we finally flagged a manager, Mike and he was nice and very helpful! He brought our drinks and finally saw our server bring out appetizers and salad and my drink I ordered from the bar…

We’d always said that a bad crab cake is better than no crab cake, but we can’t say that any more. Whatever they mix with the crab is just nasty.

Went there and we got the 33 shrimp for $ 11 the drinks were watered down and the shrimp came out cold. then the next day I looked at my bank statement and was overpriced $ 41.04 on my debit card. Spoke to a manager and they gave me a $ 10 off for the next visit a week later. 2 weeks after I was overcharged I spoke with an area director and he wanted to give me another $ 10 off card instead of giving me my $ 41.

I guess they have gone under in the past few months, LOVED coming here, won’t be back after Sunday night though… A bug fell from the light, so lost my appetite, did get a gift certificate, still had to pay for my food, and got it to go, when I reached home, I was so upset! I crave seafood so bad, ESP scallops, I’m pregnant, I look in my «steam pot» or whatever it’s called, got three scallops that are smaller than pennies. I’m so so so disappointed it’s unreal. The gift certificate probably won’t even get used. It might, after my pregnancy, but this place is horrible! The 66 $ tab wasn’t worth it! And the THREE measly scallops I got, A JOKE!!! Don’t waste your time if you want seafood coming here!!!

As I sit here at the end of meal. I am filled with disappointment, emptier pockets, and an empty stomach.
We came here for my sisters birthday (her choice). Looking over the various menus gave me hope for this place. We ordered the piña colada in the pineapple which cost $ 10 and we ordered the garlicky mussels. The garlicky mussels were decent but not amazing. The piña colada had no alcohol and was basically pineapple juice with whipped cream. My boyfriend and I weren’t feeling very hungry so we decided to split a KJ steam pot. Now let me preface this with it looks massive when it comes out. This is a lie — heed my word! This is not something that will fill you up alone. It was beyond disappointing with lack luster flavor tiny size crab legs and just overall not good.
Nothing here wowed us. It was unfortunate and a waste of time. I will not make it a point to return and I may decline any other future invitation (special event or not).

Everything tastes like it was frozen. The crab cakes are very crunchy and have pieces in it that you could literally choke on. Not a fan.

I usually like joes bt this last time I felt it was overpriced for what we received. the crab legs are usually really big and seasoned to the tee. this time the crab legs were smaller than normal and not seasoned how I like. we paid $ 60 to go up the street an hour later to get some wings because we were still hungry. I was disappointed and felt like I could have saved my money and went to the sea food restaurant up the street.

Love the food here! The crab dip appetizer was so delicious that we ordered a second one. Everything else is fresh and prepared perfectly. The staff is also quick and helpful. Great atmosphere. Will continue to come back and eat here. Delish!

Came here on a whim on a Saturday and no wait time. Except that they needed to sweep under our table from a previous patron (which they took care of quickly) the food and atmosphere was just as good as the place in kennesaw, GA. The highlight for me was «Morgan», our waitress. Attractive and fun.

I’m very, very disappointed.
I used to work here a while back so my expectations were high. Sadly, I was disappointed. I called in my order and the woman who picked up the phone was not hospitable at all. She didn’t seem too familiar with the menu because whenever I asked a question about the food she didn’t know the answer.
At the end of my order when I asked for my total she said «I don’t know». Having worked there I know that the total would/should’ve appeared at the bottom of the screen.
When I got there to pick up my order the front wasn’t organized and when I got home with my order I realized there wasn’t any butter nor was there any napkins, silverware or crap zippers.
The food is bomb, so I give them a 3

This place is overpriced for its food as I have had better. We were not given a break of costs and my hub and I were in a hurry, we just paid it. The food was ok, but would rather go to Fisherman’s Catch down the road or do weekday lunch. There are too many places to choose from these days and I think this place has gone out of style with all the issues.

Been coming here for years, and always loved all the waitresses here. But every time I come around 11pm the cooks refuse to fry any foods, so half of the menu gets cut off around 10:30−11, when they close at 12. I don’t see how any ownership would allow cooks to control when to shut off fryers and make rules. I will not be coming back to this location after over four years of coming almost once a week. But I’m sure this location will be closing down shortly, their loosing all their customers.

The worst… food service and staff and there is a bad odor near the bar. I went in during lunch on a call ahead order waited 30 minutes. The staff was blah blah and then the order was incorrect. Never going back because this is twice now.

Service was terrible. We had a large party but the restaurant was mostly empty. It took an inordinately long period of time to get our entrées. Appetizer baskets were never taken away.
The only reason this gets a two star instead of a one star is that half of the entrée were decent. I had the coconut shrimp and it was actually quite good. However, one person had a hamburger that was extremely overcooked and a replacement hamburger took 20 to 30 minutes to come back. Another shrimp entrée was overlooked as well.
Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had it any of these restaurants. I wish we had eaten at red lobster instead.

Hell to the NO!
Ther service was good, But the food is not worth the money. and it just looks dirty inside. I will never back to this restaurant.
