Captain D’s Seafood Restaurants

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I literally waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes with only 4 cars! I got up to the window and was given 3 cups of tartar sauce with no lids. The lady at the window said she was out of packets. When she handed me my bag of food there was a spider inside the bag. Once I got home with my food I opened all 5 orders only to find none of the meals had the 2^nd side which should have been mac and cheese. At this point I’m fuming mad. I opened the one side I was given only to find half a spoon of green beans!!! I called the manager and she said they were training. I’m sorry but my 7 year old would know better than to give 5 green beans! I will drive 50 miles out of my way before I EVER go back to this place! Worst experience by far.

Very good service from Deanna. Quickly took order got it right the first time. Even allowed customization to request of fish type and politely thanked us for our business. Thought we had a mishap when country fish was outta stock but she allowed catfish in place of it and all was excellent. Definitely someone who needs to move up in the company.

After my bad experience at Pop Eye’s for lunch I went to Captain D’s for dinner. The service here was totally the opposite from Captain D’s. The associate was very professional and thanked me for coming. Told me to have a good evening. The food was hot. The fish was good but I did not care for the green beans. Would I go back? Definitely.

This place is absolutely terrible! The food was cold and stale, and they gave me 1 fish fillet instead of 2, and they also added on things that we didnt order. very unprofessional. It’s nothing but welfare craving idiots who work there
