History

Established in 1992.

We have been serving Arapahoe County, Arvada, Centennial, City of Littleton, City of Lone Tree, Denver County, Douglas County, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Jefferson County, Lakewood, Sheridan, and Wheat Ridge since 1992.

The company is owned and operated by Dan Stenseth and his son Jason. Dan has worked in the HVAC industry in the metro area for over 22 years. Dan graduated from Denver Institute of Technology (DIT) in 1986. Six years after graduating, Dan started Foothills Heating and Cooling, and has continually provided great service and support to all customers. Jason has completed extensive training in high efficiency mechanical systems and HVAC design and sizing. Jason also holds a B. S from MSU Denver. From the inception, Foothills Heating and Cooling has focused on quality products, quality installation, and exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Both Dan and Jason are Nate Certified and the company is an Xcel Trade Partner.

Dan has worked in the HVAC industry in the metro area for over 22 years. Dan graduated from Denver Institute of Technology (DIT) in 1986. Six years after graduating, Dan started Foothills Heating and Cooling, and has continually provided great service and support to all of it’s customers.
