Juice selection is awsome and my first experience was awsome. Second experience not so much. Worker ive never encountered before i had to call him over to the counter to try a sample of juice. Gave me my juice and walked away then had to wait another five minutes to get another then another 10 – 15 mins to get him to notice i been waiting all this time he is conversating with friends talking about geting drunk and parties. Really horrible customer service and me my self coming from retail. Its ridiculous last time i come here. Hopefully boss see this and addresses the issue.

Do not order online from them as they are not responsible for anything in regards to their business. Placed an order on a Saturday and they claimed it was shipped that day (Email confirmation) but it actually shipped 3 days later (email confirmation) and is still sitting at the point of entry at day 5 (Tracking). I also received an email stating a 1 – 3 day delivery from them which is false. In communications their solution was I should have paid more for shipping and they cant control the post office — So they are very hands off after they take payment. Shop locally and don’t order on line from them.

This place is not just a store, its a place where people can go to just wind down after they finish work or if you just want to hangout with friends. They have a VIP room, a meditation room, AND a room to play darts and pool. The owner, Cyrus, is such a genuine person in which he not trying to male you buy products the whole time. He’ll take his time to actually get to know you on a personal level so you have a better relationship with him. All in all, this lounge is an all in one for vape related products, super friendly workers, and just a fun place to spend your day.

This place is blowing out the best Vapor in the bay area. On top of having some of the best prices on juices, tanks, and mods, they have the most comfortable setting to vape and chill in. All juices are made on site and their helpful staff let me try all flavours and tanks till I got the exact Vapor I wanted. Could even play pool or hang out in one of their many rooms, perfect for parties.

Apollo industries continues to impress me on all fronts, they are the PREMIERE company for vapor and e cigarette use and need. I’m a lifelong customer.

Whether you’re a newbie or human fog machine, Apollo is hands down the best place to go for your vaping needs. The staff is very friendly and personable, not to mention highly knowledgeable. These guys are amazing! I had a minor emergency when I dropped and broke my vape and the people at Apollo were wonderful while they helped find out exactly what was broke. Their ejuice products are amazing and their prices on ejuice and hardware are very competitive! You can get good prices almost anywhere, but customer service like what I’ve received during my visits is extremely rare. They certainly have a very loyal customer now.

Went back in, Cyrus is a awesome guy who really cares about his product and that people are happy.

Love this place! I’ve been to a few vape ships since I started vaping about six months ago and this one is the best! Cyrus is the man! He has tons of knowledge, and is willing to break it down for you. And on top of that he remembers his customers and greats you by name. Prices are fair and you get what you pay for. I have a Panzer Mod with a Patriot RDA and I love it! The even built my first coil for free when I got it. If you get a RDA don’t forget the Driptonic Green Party. Can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’m here almost every week restocking supplies for me and my wife’s e cig. Five stars all the way around!

Apollo is the best place to buy all vaping goods and accessories. They have excellent products and even better customer service. I have purchased from multiple other vape shops other the years and Apollo is by far the best. The staff is very helpful and super informative. No questions go unanswered. I recommend Apollo to all my friends and family for all their vaping needs.

Aside from their setup, which looks more like an office than a Vape shop, this place is one of my two favorite spots for Vape juices, mods, RDAs, info, and just chillin with nice people. Cyrus and Maria are awesome for coil builds and anything and everything that has to do with vape!

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM APOLLO!!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE! They offer a «lifetime» warranty on products, but neglect to tell you that you have to have made a purchase from them within 60 days in order for them to honor the warranty. So if you buy a battery from them and then get your e-​liquids from one of their resellers and not from Apollo directly, THEY WON’T HONOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY. Be very mindful of this when you deal with this shady organization. If you do end up buying a battery from them, make sure you buy the e-​liquids from them as well or else if your battery breaks they won’t replace it. You’re better off buying from your local reseller or from another company who WILL honor their warranties (Vaped in Brentwood, for example).

When I got into vaping, Apollo was my go to shop for juices and equipment. Certainly a great shop for casual vapers and those new to the lifestyle, or want to try it without breaking the bank.
Cyrus is also really helpful, and I am glad that he works the front desk because he’s incredibly informative and patient.

Came into the office today to pick up an order. The gentleman who helped me (I should’ve asked for his name) has brown hair and matching brown beard. By far, he has been the most friendly person to greet me at the office. He was helpful, attentive and got my items quick.
In my past trips last year, there has been a couple persons at the office who seemed to care more about talking to their friends. I’m glad to have had a great experience today.

I haven’t literally had the worst customer service experience with this company. And it’s an awful shame, because they make a great product.
I recently purchased a kit from them, and paid extra for expedited shipping. The next day I received an email that the product was shipped, and the day after that I got an email notification that the product was delivered. Only problem — I had received no product. I was home all day, so there was no way I missed the deliver. I live in an apartment complex, and the USPS claims that the package would have been left at the leasing office, however they hadn’t received any package.
First — I need to say that I TOTALLY understand that Apollo isn’t at fault for this, they didn’t deliver — the USPS did. What Apollo is at fault for is having appalling customer service.
I immediate went on their customer service chat service and talked with a representative. His response, «I’m sorry, it’s not our fault, figure it out on your own». I was told to contact the USPS, file a claim — yadda yadda. So, after spending money with your company, now it’s my job to spend hours of my time researching why my package isn’t delivered? That doesn’t sound like «exceptional customer service.»
So after being on hold with USPS for about 45 minutes I was able to make a claim. They said I’d be contacted within 24 hours, which i wasn’t.
I attempted to contact Apollo again, now with a claim number, in hopes that I’d speak with someone who had better training in customer experience and how actually might offer to HELP me with my issue. NOPE. Same thing, «its not our fault, you’re on your own dude!»
Again, Apollo makes a great product — however this company has shown now that they can’t be trusted. If you can purchase their products live in person, do it. Don’t trust their website. I honestly was really looking forward to being a huge promoter of their company, it’s now turned into the opposite. I will not order from them moving forward.

I heard great things about this store from a friend, so I thought I would check it out.
I have to admit, the juice is really good.
That said, it has become pretty clear that Apollo is not a solution for any type of battery. After buying their starter kit my wife and I moved on to the variable voltage batteries. After a couple months both of our top of the line apollo batteries didn’t work. You may be thinking «No problem, Apollo has a great warranty», as was I.
Think again.
I spent over one week calling the Apollo office every day, only to get a massage machine or someone would answer and promise a call back, and not follow through.
When I finally did get my authorization, I was told I would have to pay to ship their broken product back. This was of after paying to have it shipped to me. Ok, that’s a problem.
Apollo is aware their batteries suck, and I have been told they are looking for another solution, yet they still charge people to return bad products. In fact they have stopped carrying the battery I bought all together, I wonder why?
In summary:
Bad batteries —
Apollo please stop buying all your stuff from china.
Bad customer service —
Answer your phones.
Bad online store policy’s —
Charging shipping in the first place is pretty bad, charging shipping a second time because your product was low quality is a slap in the face to your customers.
Conclusion:
I have been buying Apollo products exclusively for the past year or so, after this last debacle I will be looking elsewhere.
Moral of the story is:
If you are getting so many products returned that you can’t afford to –do the right thing– and pay your customers return shipping… Then you need to consider selling better products.

Been vaping for 10 months after being a tobacco smoker for 26 years and have only used Apollo liquids. The liquids are good but I noticed recently that they are not consistently the same sometimes. I always buy the same flavors and I can tell the difference when I vape them.
I gave only three stars because I feel the customer service in their office can be better and is the only thing that is lacking that will take their local business over the top.
I will say that there have been only one gentleman that provided the best customer service since I’ve been going there and his name is Cyrus. Currently, vape shops are lacking in this part of the Bay Area and I will wait patiently until more of them pop up.
I did a search in the Unilocal app for ‘vape’ while I was in Union City where I grew up and a ton of vape shops showed in the results. I tried the same search while here in Concord, Pittsburg, Antioch and the results were close to none.
I have been vaping for almost a year now and I think it’s time to see what else is out there in the world as far as liquids.
