I just must say how awesome Dr Li is I am so happy I found him. I reached out to him via email with a concern. He replied very quickly and this was even his day off. We were able to communicate through an app. He was extremely helpful and made an appointment for me at me convenience the very next day. I recommend this outstanding Dr to all who have optometric needs.

i came in as a drop-​in patient after 5:00 and was squeezed in the SAME DAY! dr. li was fantastic — thorough, professional, good natured… it was a great experience from the moment i walked in the door until the moment i left, prescription in hand! the office is clean and neat, the receptionist (who is dr. li’s brother, which i think is rad; family businesses FTW!) is super helpful and kind, and the equipment looks sterile and new. i highly recommend dr. li and will definitely be back for my next eye exam!

I so highly recommend Dr. Li! I know, you say Wal-​Mart? No, I don’t say Wal-​Mart; I say Dr. Li, whom I found the best ever in fitting me and my son for contact lenses, for giving me my costs up front so I could make choices without pressure, and because he and his staff are so very very nice. Check him out the next time you need an eye exam. You, your family and your bank account won’t be disappointed.

Having just moved to Livermore, I needed to find an optometrist for myself and my two daughters. I tried the one in Costco first. He managed to give me a totally wrong prescription and, I realized too late, was the first optometrist I’ve ever visited who never offered to order sample lenses for me to try before buying. Not realizing the prescription would be so wrong, and being very low on my current contacts, I rushed to order my lenses online (cheaper than Costco). After receiving them I realized I couldn’t see properly at all. Frustrated, but not wanting to go back and deal with the ditzy Costco receptionist and incompetent Costco optometrist, I decided to try Dr. Li. This young man was great. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, not in a rush, and not expensive. He correctd the prescription given by the Costco guy, and then went out of his way to special order me multiple samples of multiple brands of contacts, since I have a difficult prescription, and found me the perfect one, which were a new and more comfortable brand not even mentioned at Costco. He was also very good with my kids and got them fitted with new prescriptions for contacts and glasses. Happy I found Dr. Li. Highly recommend you give him a try.

I was a drop in exam without an appt. During the exam Dr. Li was very knowledgable and answered my many questions, being an engineer I can appreciate the science. Dr. Li was very friendly and gave me good care, I can tell he cares about his patients. I also found out I have dry eyes and he gave me a coupon for specialty eye drops.
Also Hannah the assistant was very friendly and she looked up all my information as I spent my short waiting time browsing thru Walmart. Overall this was an awesome experience. I got my eye exam for my safety glasses and also finished all my misc shopping… Talk about an efficient day.

I got quick, efficient service at this location. Dr. Li was cheerful & helpful. I have been wearing multifocal contacts for a long time but I was not happy with close distant seeing. Dr. Li tweaked my prescription and now I am having tremendous success with my contacts. I had seen 4 eye doctors previously and had complained about this is the past but it took a visit to Dr. Li to get it right. I would highly recommend his services!
