These girls GET IT DONE!!! They are the ultimate powerhouse! Between the two of them there is always someone available pretty quick at the whistle to show you properties or give you advice! Once upon a time about 3 years ago we had a Redfin agent and we’re looking for a place in Long Beach. We had multiple appointments where the agent never showed up or they didn’t know what they were talking about and because of this we almost lost our dream home!!! Literally. It was a bank owned property and it ended up being packaged up in a group to sell to overseas buyers at a discount. This tore our hearts out!!! We contacted Autumn & Cassidy after hearing that they were thoroughly connected in Long Beach & gave them a shot. The result was– we offered $ 50 over asking and we got the condo!!! This place is unreal & a total steal for what we paid… ocean views galore!!! We love these amazing females and are so excited to be using them again to get us into a house in Huntington Beach next month!

A few weeks ago Cassidy and I had the opportunity to work together. We had less than 2 weeks from «application to closing» to help her client with the purchase of his first home. In less than 2 weeks he was getting on a plane, heading out of the country for 3 weeks! Cassidy and team owned the challenge with all hands on deck. Regardless of the task or time of day she was ready and willing to ensure we closed on time. Needless to say, we successfully closed with the buyer signing loan docs in the morning and by afternoon he was on flight with no worries behind him.

Autumn and Cassidy are an amazing team! My fiancé and I were referred to them by a co-​worker who they also helped purchase a home, and it was a pleasure to work with them every step of the way. The house we purchased was actually one that I randomly favorited (and forgot about) in the MLS listing they set up for us. During our second house hunting trip, Cassidy suggested that we stop by the home since it was favorited, and my fiancé and I fell in love with the house. I worked with Autumn and Cassidy to purchase my first home and they were great! Aside from a few phone calls I worked almost exclusively with Cassidy, but I did have some conversations with Autumn who was just as supportive. Both were very knowledgeable, personable, and just friendly overall.
I was probably worse than the typical picky first time home buyer, but I never felt that I was troubling. Cassidy spent a lot of time working with me to find exactly what was important to me and find relevant properties. In the end we found a great home and Cassidy was there to help even after I was moved in.
