Do I even have to say it? This place is the best, I’m sure everyone knows that already

So i was a bit disappointed usually there very cheerful at these places but this time was like if they were in anger mode… i most likely added on to it they close at 10:00pm and i arrived at 9:58pm hehee… i had the munchies today… but i orderd a peanut butter perfection and she made me something wkth fudge, i politely said sorry i asked for a peanut butter not fudge chocolate lol she replied with should of told me while i was making it haha wtf. so i acted childish and tiped her so she would have to sing for me haha… then she made it wrong again. Then i tiped her agian finally the right one 10:20pm walked out and i just felt the door slam shut like really i gave you a tip haha.

Thanks Max for my FREE BOGO ice cream signature creations! It was sooooo freaking good. Thank you for taking time to let me try some samples and explain my opinions (a first!) and letting me make a few changes! My son also loved his ice cream as well. You are as sweet as the ice cream, you are a asset to Coldstone and I hope that you are there the next time our family visits!

Delicious ice cream and friendly service. I LOVE COLDSTONE! Coffee ice cream with brownie mix-​in is my go-​to combo and it hasn’t failed me yet. This location has a good amount of outdoor seating as well.

Sweet cream with snickers = Addictive.

Not happy at all with this location. I always come here for ice cream and what use to be good customer service. After today I’m not to sure I would be back. Antoinette the «Manager» needs to work on her customer service skills. She has a really nasty attitude, I asked her a question about the free waffle cone when u check in using your Unilocal.Now any time I check in I get a free waffle cone. Well today Antoinette did not honor that promotion. She was very rude and smart about it. I feel that’s not how a manager suppose to treat customers. Hey Antoinette if you don’t like your job then quit! Rude ASS!

customer service sucks, they need new employees because the new ones are very very rude !!! I plan on never coming back to this location again !!!

We’ve visited this location twice now and both times we were met with great customer service. We received our orders quickly and did not have a problem using our Groupons and/​or gift cards. There is seating outside, but it fills up quickly.

Coldstone never disappoints. Friendly staff great ice cream right combination always something new and they sing for tips.

This review is based on the actions of employees at this location. I’m giving Cold Stone 3 stars because I love their product. However, the employees that work at this location deserve no more than 2 stars.
I went to this Cold Stone location to use an email coupon (buy one, get one) that I received since I subscribe to Cold Stone’s email offers. I told the two female employees what I wanted, and while one employee was starting to make my order, the other employee rang up my order on the cash register. Since it was a buy one, get one coupon, I only had to pay for one ice cream creation. So I gave exact cash and change to avoid breaking a $ 20 bill. This employee then joined the other employee to finish making my 2^nd ice cream.
They began complaining about me because I gave exact change and did not tip them. Well, there is no way I’m going to tip you now or ever in the future after you are talking about me right in front of my face! Good grief! They didn’t think I could hear them because the music at this location was so loud and I happened to be texting someone on my cell phone. These employees need to be glad they have a job and get a paycheck! Newsflash: there is no law stating that I am required to tip you for doing your job!
And FYI, one of these employees was Antonia. I am seeing lots of positive reviews mentioning her. I guess those reviewers gave her a tip!

I’m giving it five stars just because of the girl who attended to me on my last visit. Her name is Antonia. We’ve frequented this place, because it’s in our neighborhood and we are ice cream lovers. I would rate my past visits 3 stars just because there was nothing special about the customer service. In fact, I almost wanted to skip this altogether due to my not so pleasant experience with the Hispanic skinny girl who was manning the shop one Sunday afternoon. But Antonia redeemed Cold Stone-​Atlantic to me. She went far and beyond to offer me the best service and made my visit unforgettably pleasant. ANTONIA knew the products well, gave good suggestions, prepared our ice cream fast, and listened to our requests. This girl needs a raise or bonus for a job well done!

Perfect on a hot sunny day. The employees are always friendly. Drop a tip and they will sing u a little song. They have regular ice cream, yogurts and the hot stone items brownies, cookies, molten chocolate cake or funnel cake all topped with your choice of ice cream. Plenty of parking and seating right out front of location.

When I think Cold Stone, I think Stone Cold Steve Austin!
I have recently tried this place with my girlfriend and her siblings for the first time a few days ago, and I seriously regret never coming here for the past 21 years of my entire life. When I tried their ice cream, i was breathless, paralyzed, stunned. I was Cold Stone Stunned, Steve Austin style!

This was my very first Ice Cream here, and I don’t know if it was the hot summer that made this taste so good, or the fact that the combination I chose was soo damn good (recommended by Gabriel U.) Anyone whose never had Cold Stone, loves cotton candy, kit kat, and waffles, should definitely try this Combination! If you get this Combination

Always great service and good parking! If you time it just right you can miss the crowd! I love the hours just wish the price was a little but lower or it would be great if they offered more coupons… Other than that it’s great!

Went with my wife after dinner and our service was good and the ice cream was great!!!
My wife got strawberry with fresh strawberries mixed in. I got chocolate and sweet cream mixed with Heath bar and m&m’s.
They were pretty busy and still got us taken care of quickly. The ice cream was delicious and if you tip them they sing this crazy hi ho, tip ho song.

One of the few cold stones in the area that still have great service.
Me and my friend went here for some ice cream treat one night, and was immediately greeted by one of the girl employee. Ask us what we wanted and if we wanted to try some new flavors.
And eventhough we tried to used coupon, the girl didn’t skimp on our ice creams.
Great service and satisfied by the quality and quantity of the ice cream we got.

This girl wants a dip in the relatively unhealthy pool she’s craving a custard creation and she’s going all in.
Cold stone it’s what’s for dessert!
I’m mixing it up tonight trying a new flavor Tangerine Sorbet and Vanilla Custard it’s different a kicked up ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ the vanilla is thick and sweet a perfect combination with the sorbet slightly tart and I love it. This is my new favorite.
A drizzle of grand marnier would take this over the top making it a grown up 50÷50…
Lemon custard
This custard is luscious with a creamy subtle lemon flavor of course the greedy that is me me me had to try it and it’s so good.
My brownie mix-​in will kick this up ten notches.
My daughter had the Banana Custard with an Oreo cookie mix-​in she says it’s delicious and it’s her favorite.
I usually get a Banana Custard and mix– in a fresh banana it’s simple delicious and one my favorites.
Tips
Ask the server to add your mix-​in lightly otherwise they will pummel the thing to death. I want to see chunks not smashed bits of whatever I add in.
I’m a simple gal all that other fluff isn’t for me.
This location is top notch it’s always clean and the servers are awesome.

This is your standard Cold Stone ice creamery! The ice cream shop where you create your own ice cream. I’d like to think of it like a Subway but for ice cream.
My fave combo is french vanilla mixed in with strawberries, graham crackers, and yellow cake. I love ice cream with texture. There are endless possibilities, but there are also some combos Cold Stone has with catchy names (for example: Cookie Dough’nt You Want Some).
Even though they are known for the custom ice cream… the texture isn’t like regular ice cream. Its very soft… which mainly due to mixing in toppings. In addition to ice cream creations, they offer smoothies, milkshakes, and also waffle bowls for your ice cream. For home and to go orders, they offer pre packaged ice cream and ice cream cakes. The prices are alright, not cheap like Rite Aid but not über expensive.
The location of this Cold Stone is located in a small shopping plaza in Bixby Knolls, a nice neighborhood in Long Beach. Service is friendly, and they have outdoor seating. Also weird note, not only in this Cold Stone location but in most Cold Stones I’ve been to its always über warm. Is it just me? Why is it so warm? I would think it would be cold… the only explanation I can think of is the Waffle maker they use for the cones and bowls. Okay thanks!
