History

Established in 2015.

Long Beach Creamery (LBC) is an ice cream dream in the making.

In June 2013, my good friend and neighbor Sasha invited me to a dinner where she served an awesome peanut ice cream that she made. When I asked her how she made it, she showed me her Kitchen Aid freezer attachment. The exact same attachment that I had sitting in a box in my garage. I thought, «Game on, I’m going to try this out».

Everywhere I food shopped and everything I tasted — I started plotting how that could be an ice cream.

And it has not stopped.

Meet the Business Owner

Dina A.

Business Owner

Dina started creating unique products at an early age. Selling her early ideas; jeweled safety-pin earrings and painted Keds, almost got her kicked out of Catholic School. She opened the first Mexican Food Restaurant in Rhode Island (1989) TacoDina’s, her marketing not only had to get them in the door, but effectively explain what they were going to eat. The town thought chili was a new form of clam chowder, and a burrito met with open mouthed stares.

Marinating in the corporate life for 24 years — now she is back in the unique products game with Long Beach Creamery. Creating super clean quality ice creams with tempting flavor combinations. Her mission to to provide desserts with no shame — the calories are there but none of the food fillers are invited in.
