I’ve been coming to Dr. Hertel for about a year and he’s pretty good… love his bedside manner. The only complaint I have is that they don’t give shots at this facility, it would be nice NOT to go way across town just to get a shot… an infusion section would greatly appreciated

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their clerks are a bunch of idiots and if they make a mistake, which is commonly, they lie to try to avoid embarrassment. I was in need of an MRI on my dislocated shoulder so that I could see an orthopedic surgeon. They didn’t send to my insurance for approval for 4 days, and only sent when I called to follow up. It is now past the time where I was supposed to have talked to a surgeon and they FINALLY submitted to get approved by insurance for the MRI.
These people are horrible with customer service, lie to your face, the nurse practitioner knows nothing, and their best doc just left.
And this is not my first terrible experience with them. Save yourself the time and go to an office that cares about you.
