This is an update:
I filled a grievance with my insurance company. In Herald Home Healths response, they LIED on several different areas.
All they needed to do was admit their error and provide a clear plan of action to correct the errors but they didn’t. I have now been forced to take further action.
Please don’t use this company as their incompetence is quite astounding.
