This company was created in order to provide a service to the aging population. The owners were dealing with taking care of their family members and felt there was a need to have a professional organization that could provide support to others. Alta has been really great. I needed care for my mom right away, and the place my mom was at recommended them. I called Alta and they were able to get someone to come in the next day. Both the caregiver and the staff has been very helpful, and I am so grateful to have them help me.

I have been with this company for care for my Mother with dementia for many years and there service has really gone down hill. Care givers are continually late for their appointed time or don’t show up at all! The last four times there has been problems and caused us to be late or to completely miss our events we needed to go to! Some of the ladies leave my Mother on the couch for over 7 hours with no diaper change or even feeding her! Totally unacceptable!
