My printer stopped working in Win 10 and I suspected a software problem beyond my ken, but Infiniti had no problem uninstalling the old driver and installing a new one. The service was A+ in every regard and the price reasonable. I hope I have no problems down the road, but if I do without hesitation I’ll take my HP machine in to Infiniti.

I used the services of Infiniti when it was under prior ownership and was very satisfied. The new ownership is even better. The service is immediate and very friendly. They fixed my Apple iMac black window problem and were able to install and run several PC games on my iMac. I purchased a used laptop computer which experienced some problems. We agreed to exchange it for a better one. They really stand behind their service and products. The prices are very fair especially considering the specialized nature of their business. This is a better solution to resolving any Apple products issues than attempting to access the Apple Store for repairs.

Everyone over at Infiniti Computer Services was professional, kind, and helpful. They diagnosed my laptop’s issue same day, explained what needed to be done clearly and concisely, and repaired the problem quickly.
The new management seems strong and I plan on coming back for any future repairs.

This is my second time visiting Infiniti. A new person has purchased the business and it appears that the exceptional service continues! I called them this morning in a panic and they told me to come over when I can. I immediately brought it over and within a couple of hours they called back that they ran all sorts of diagnostics on it and it was clean. There was no charge for the service but I did have an advertisement blocker installed for a minimal charge. I spoke to the new owner and he seems very nice. I work from home and do not have an IT Department to fall back on for computer issue as I did when I worked in the corporate world. I now consider Infiniti my IT Department!

Fast, helpfull and best price I’ve paid so far for a cracked glass/​screen. A hand shake and guarantee from the owner to boot. Doesn’t get any better than that. You guys saved me $ 360 to pay off the phone. Thanks!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I seriously can’t believe this place is still in business and question their legitimacy. Really. I’m not an angry person looking to bash a company for no reason, but you have to read this review and save yourself the time and aggravation. I dropped my laptop off (which was only a couple months old) because of an incessant beeping noise. The guy who checked me in said ‘would you like a free diagnosis?’ ‘Ummmm yeah, that’s why I’m here, I need it fixed’. Come to find out, what he failed to ask me was ‘do you want a FREE diagnosis or a’ expedited $ 25 service?’ I was told of this little omitted detail when I called two days later. I had to call because I hadn’t heard anything… finally someone answered (it rang and rang and rang) the phone and said it’s first come first serve basis and it would be a couple more days. 3 more days I still hadn’t heard so I called. The guy I spoke with said ‘we ran our diagnostic tests on your computer and we didn’t find anything.’ Yet I could still hear it beeping in the background. Ugh! Anyway, he promised he would continue to work on it and call by end of business that same day. He didn’t. Finally 7 days after dropping it off I got a call that they found the problem and it will be ready by 5pm. My husband sent his assistant in to get it the following day. When she arrived she was told it wasn’t ready to pick up. I almost lost it! They called me and said, we figured out the problem it’s ready. I said ‘don’t touch my computer, I’m done. I’m coming today to get it.’ I arrived 2hrs later, it was a wireless mouse USB thingy causing the noise (first, I felt lame for not trying that but I’m not the professional.). It took them SEVEN and a HALF DAYS to unplug a USB!!! For the love… He guy behind the counter said ‘it was a new technician who was confused.’ Doh!!! Biggest waste of my time and a business!

I came in to see if I could fix my «cracked screen» so I could turn my phone in exchange for an upgrade, but when I talked to Anthony he said that the screen was not cracked, just the tempered casing on the front was, and he pulled the protective covering right off! He saved me over $ 80 by showing me that I didn’t need to fix my screen, thanks! Will be returning for future use in case I need my phone fixed!

A great, trustworthy repair facility! When my track pad went out on my Mac, I took it to the Apple Store, the diagnosis took just five minutes and misdiagnosed it, saying it was a short and wanted to charge $ 700 to fix it.
Not believing this I took it directly Anthony at Infinity Computer, who gave it a thorough diagnostic, said it was just the track pad (no short) and charged less than $ 200!

We brought Anthony a tablet that was 2 months out of Verizon warranty and they said it’s dead and we should get a new one and sign another 12 month contract. So, I said no thanks and took it to Anthony. Well, $ 55 later we have a working tablet! That is awesome!

Anthony did a good job fixing my computer and restoring it to it’s original functioning. It no longer runs slow or shuts off randomly. I haven’t had problems with it since. Plus, he installed a new, free antivirus. Awesome, I will come back if ever need be.

Anthony is the Best ever. If you have a phone that needs to be fixed, bring it here. They will fix it at a reasonable price in a short amount of time! This is the only place I will ever go for my computer and phone needs!

Very satisfied. I took my computer in and received a free diagnosis in about 4 days. The repairs necessary were priced reasonably. A few days later the repairs were completed. Very courteous and knowledgable. I will be back with future needs. Recommend this place for good honest work.

I purchased a really nice laptop about a year ago and for some reason it decided to lock up on me. I found this place via Unilocal and as usual Unilocalers didn’t let me down! The guys here are very knowledgeable about all types and brands of laptops and didn’t even blink when I told them what was going on. The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is it took a week to get an assessment and the repairs done. I’m hoping it’s because of how busy they are since they do deserve the business. If you find yourself in need of a computer repair done by honest people, this is the place to go.

These guys know what they are doing! My computer had been slow for months so I brought it in and it’s working like brand new. I recommend this place to anyone who needs viruses whipped out of their devices.

Infiniti Computer Services was OK in my book. I brought my laptop to be repaired for a broken right hinge about 2 weeks ago. Anthony told me that I was in line behind other people and it would take 1 – 2 weeks to be repaired. He does offer a rush service but that is $ 25 extra so I said no. He called me to let me know that he diagnosed my computer, which is free by the way, and he would have to order the hinge to fix it. I liked the fact that he asked me what I would like to do before he did anything. I received a call from him yesterday that my computer was ready to go so I picked it up a few hours ago. My computer was fixed but I have a couple of thumb downs for this place.
As far as Anthony goes he is a tad odd but nice. The service and repairs (labor) cost more than the part, which didn’t make sense to me. I tried to use their Unilocal deal with a check in BUT I wasn’t able to. You are only able to use the Unilocal deal if the service itself cost over $ 100 not if your grand total is over $ 100. I wish it would’ve said that on Unilocal because I went in thinking I’d be saving some money. I also am not fond of the way my computer looks at the moment, dusty and dirty.
The price for parts and service I feel like is overpriced because I only needed a hinge replaced but at least it is done. Not sure if I’ll be coming back but for now it works. Hopefully when I use it more nothing else pops up thats wrong.
PS Sometimes there is a super cute dog thats in the store. Made my day.

Website did not have proper hours posted, took a few tries to even get there during «open hours»
Went to get the keyboard replaced on my laptop and they said it would take a week just to look at it, or I could pay a fee to have them look at it in 2 – 3 days.
Definitely avoiding, unprofessional in multiple areas, simply do not recommend.

Anthony replaced a failing hard drive on my laptop with a larger one, cloned my old drive, and installed/​ran free antivirus software (mine had expired.). He also cleaned the dust and pet hair from my keyboard :) Although I don’t know the pricing of this industry particularly well, I was pleased with the overall cost of labor and equipment. It seemed very reasonable to me.
He does diagnostics on demand for a small fee, or free diagnostics if you are willing to wait a few days for his free time. I opted for the former. Diagnostics were completed within 24 hours. Repairs were complete within 2 – 3 days of my authorizing the work.
P. S. When my printer didn’t fully function as it did before the hard drive replacement, Anthony gave me free tech support/​advice on reinstalling the printer driver and/​or program software (reinstalling the driver did the trick.)

After all of the good reviews, I thought I found a good spot… apparently not.
Out of the FIVE (5) times I attempted to come down during business hours, I only got in ONCE. The «Open» sign was lit up and it was within the hours listed on the door, but the door was locked. Very unprofessional.
The one time I got in, an employee told me it would take at least one week to fix my computer. All that I needed was my charge port pin glued into place so my charger wouldn’t be loose. A WEEK? Whaaaaa?
No way. Sorry, I’ve given too many chances to this place. I’m done.

Definitely recommend these guys. They were able to fix my iPod Classic 6G which has been under planned obsolescence for awhile now, replacing the battery as well as my backcase that has a lot scratches and an open cusp. All at a VERY reasonable price.

I recently had my office PC completely freeze with an error message saying c drive was out of space. My PC is only 3 years old and couldn’t have possibly used all 500+ GB’s of storage? In a panic I contacted Infiniti Computer Services for help getting the storage issue resolved. Anthoney promptly created a wireless access to look at my computer’s issues and was able to assess the problem. In a matter of 10 minutes he had cleared up the storage problem and had my PC up and running like it was new.
Another time visiting «Infiniti Computer Services» Initially started with the computer power light dimming back and forth then pushed the power button and «pop» and the power went out! Took it to the Geek Squad, Staples Computer technician, ect. and they wanted $ 100’s of dollors and needed my computer more then 3 days…
Thank goodness for Unilocal!found Anthoney at Infiniti Computer Services. I explained the aforementioned scenario, he was knowledgeable with possibilities of what could be the problem. I went to his business and in 30 minutes did a diagnostic and repaired the problem. He even upgraded the interior light to make it look better! Saved my day!
