They have boba here, and coming from the 626 area I’ve tried tons of boba. It doesn’t compare but A for effort, if you have a craving for boba this is the convent spot. Being in high school I’m always in a rush so it’s good to grab and go(: so glad it’s by my school! Service is good, the workers are super nice. And theirs ice cream so that’s just even better !

I was in the area to learn some Japanese rope bondage, and had a craving for donuts and coffee. I Unilocaled this place and was pleasantly surprised to find that they sell regular glazed donut holes at 10 for a $ 1. Wow! Is that right? Give me a hundred. I don’t normally buy donuts.

Always have fresh donuts here. Been coming in here since the 90’s. They don’t make a lot of the donuts they use to but that’s ok, the ones they do make taste good. Drive-thru is a plus!

The only donuts I care for are regular glazed donuts, donut holes, and blueberry donuts. Sadly, they don’t carry blueberry donuts here. BUT… I LOVE their DONUTHOLES. SOFT LIGHT not too greasy not too sweet and you can tell they’re FRESH Now, these are the old school donut holes that I’ve been looking for and for prices that you would see back in the day! None of that pricey crap.

Did I come on an off day? Others’ great reviews don’t vaguely describe the donuts I tried. Glazed donuts should be light and fluffy; these were dense and chewy. The chocolate cake donut didn’t taste like much; I didn’t finish it, but ate all the chocolate frosting off. My buddy liked her raspberry jelly-filled, said the jelly was good. I saved a chocolate bar to eat the next day, and by then, it was inedible: the donut texture was weird and it tasted like nothing, so I tried resorting to just eating the chocolate frosting, but that was so awful I almost spit it out. I’m definitely not going to the Donut Factory again. Two stars for ample seating and also carrying ice cream. The donuts are cheap, but since they weren’t worth the calories, I suppose that’s moot.

This place is literally three blocks down from my house so when I get a late night craving for donuts at 2am. Donut Factory is a never fail! And the drive-thru you don’t even have to get out of your pajamas! My personal favorites are the chocolocate twists, chocolate glazed with custard crème filling and the oh so delicious white sprinkles! wash it down with a milk and it’s the perfect late night snack!

I don’t often get a craving for donuts but when I do, and even if it’s 3AM, this place definitely fills the need. The donuts here always taste fresh enough and the drive-thru window is open all night.

Late night donut drive-thru? I couldn’t believe it. Of course, you can’t expect them to have fresh donuts at midnight, but still, there were only 3 donuts in the store when I pulled up. Not a great selection. I also saw a fourth donut on the floor. Ew. The donuts were eh, they probably were sitting out all day and tasted like it. I had drunk munchies though and so was easily satisfied.

TELLNOONEOFTHESECRETOFTHEDONUTFACTORY The secret is: these are damn good donuts. I used to be «the office girl» at my last job and I randomly popped into this donut shop in my ‘hood one morning on the way in to work. After bringing them in for the office gang, I can tell you I was sent back and back and back again. Simply soft, fresh, NOTGREASY, NOTTOOCAKEY, NOTTOOLIGHT, perfect tasty donuts. Their apple fritters are gargantuan and dense. I haven’t bought donuts here at night, only early in the morning. Maybe they suck later on in the day, I do not know. All I know is, whenever I treat someone at work to Donut Factory, they demand I bring them more donuts. MORE, they shout, like donut dictators. Screw you, Krispy Kreme.

i know what you’re thinking: «uh… ANOTHER donut review? umm… judy w… why haven’t you been hospitalized yet?» yes, i can read minds. and i know what else you’re thinking: «thanks for tellin’ me about this place! i heart you judy w.!» yeah, das right biznatches. eat it up cuz it’s all pretty dang doughyliciously approved by judy w. — you’re local donut connoisseur. friendly service behind the counter, and a wide assortment of donuts galore. i arrived in the late afternoon, and my chocolate frosted bar and glazed twist were both fresh and DELICIOUS. ok, fine. i can’t take all the credit. Unilocaler-dork señor frank l. tipped me off to this place. and i gotta say — once again he’s pulled through on his referrals. this boy knows his hood and he knows it well.(pls note my previous review) it’s true, they have ice cream too — at least half a dozen different flavors. but i by-passed it cuz i don’t feel like bein’ vip at huntington memorial before i turn 30 this year… *i swear this is the last donut review… for a while ;x

«No way, I don’t believe you.» «You don’t get out much, huh?» «Dough nuts AND ice cream under one roof?» «They also have cigarettes.» «You’re fucking kidding me! Do they sell booze? Cuz if they sold booze I would live there. They don’t have booze, do they?» «It’s a dough nut shop, what do you think?» «Yes?» “Stop following me.“ Okay, so they don’t have booze, but I prefer the dough nuts here over Krispy Kreme’s, partially because of proximity and partially because I’m biased(I was raised on these dough nuts), and partially because they’re bigger and have a more balanced flavor. I mean, seriously, dough nuts and ice cream. Chocolate covered dough nuts and chocolate ice cream and cigarettes?! I know of no better way to start off your day sans cocktails.
