I live down the street from this store and needed my iPhone 5 screen replaced. I came in and the guy was super nice and their prices were really good. He replaced the iPhone 5 screen very fast and did a great job. He even put a protective cover on it for me! Thank goodness for this place, quick fast and great service!

First of all… Can i just say WOW. I was so blown away at how sweet Gabe was, as soon as i walked in. I’ve been going to Dial Net for years, on Melrose and i must tell you i’ve been in search of another store closer to my neighborhood. I’m always looking for Cellular Repair shops with quality service. I’ve tried Cellular Gallery, Smart Buy (which is another review) and several others. This is literally a needle in a haystack, and Gabe was so sweet to not only Unlock my phone for an AMAZING price, but HOOKED me up with a tricked out silver Tempered Glass Protective screen. How cool is that? I absolutely LOVE this place, and Gabe is the Man. Tell everyone about this place and all your friends… you won’t be let down. Cheers!

I gotta take give the guys here much love, they saved my life! Had an issue with my lap top & they were able to fix the problem & save my computer when another person elsewhere who had been working on it couldn’t. Very reasonable pricing as recommended to me by a coworker. Definitely will be bringing any computer problems I have to them from now on.

Although I was previously pretty excited about finding this place, I discovered that since my screen was replaced my Siri and voice to text doesn’t work at all.
It’s a little frustrating that a vital part of my phone no longer works and when I brought it in for them to fix it they basically told me I was out of luck. They said they had never experienced something like this and don’t know what to tell me. The price for services here are the best but my advice is to make sure all of your iPhone features work before you walk out of their door

Three months in to getting my iPhone 6 screen repaired, and the screen is already coming off and exposing the insides of the phone. Ughhhhhhhhh!!!
Also, don’t fall for all the five star reviews. They bribe customers with free screen protectors in exchange for a perfect review. So deceiving!

Once again, a place that only gets five stars because they bribe customers with free stuff for a review. They also have fake accounts created simply to give themselves positive reviews and competitors negative reviews. This isn’t simple conjecture, I know this for a fact since i’ve received a request to provide a positive review from Gabe (the owner of Genius Squad) from an account which has given a positive review of Genius Squad and a negative review of others. It’s absolutely despicable
I’m here to provide you with an unbiased review based on my actual experience, the same standards I set for all 250+ reviews i’ve written.
My experience with them was quite poor.
It started off well, I made an appointment and came in to get my phone screen fixed. All was well until an hour and a half later when it still wasn’t ready (i’d been waiting on their couch the entire time). I had also come to an agreement with management that they’d install an Apple certified replacement at a later date for a small upcharge, they said they’d call me.
It’s two months later and I’m still waiting for that call. What a joke.
The low quality screen they replace with (there’s a reason they’re cheap after all) is buggy, and just today cracked under the pressure of my hand… yep, my hand cracked the screen, super sad.
Anyway, heed my advice or you too could end up stuck in a foreign country, with a crappy and broken non-​Apple certified screen.
I don’t plan on returning and can’t imagine why anyone would with the inferior product, pathetic service, and overall unprofessional experience they provide.

Fast, convenient and affordable! They fixed my phone in 15 minutes.
I would totally recommend this place if you are looking to fix your phone screen.

They charged me more than Apple Store but did it in 45 min. After 3 months my phone could not work anymore, because they did very bad work, I really don’t recommend this place, better to go to Apple Store it’s safe and cheaper too
