Randall-​Baylon Architects, Inc, established by Hector Baylon, A.I.A., & Donald Randall, A.I.A., is dedicated to teamwork in providing thoughtful solutions to our client’s objectives. Our approach to design encompasses the simplest solution to a given problem. One which we aim to solve with close attention to clarity and detail in order to bring a vision or a concept to life.

Through day to day discussions and ideas, the close relationships & dialogue we share with our clients allow us to work with them to develop a design suited to their needs with character and thought.

In October of 1981, Mr. Baylon helped found The Randall/​Baylon Partnership, which later became the reorganized Randall/​Baylon Architects, Inc. (RBA). Mr. Baylon holds an Architectural License in the State of California and has over 35 years experience in the field of Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Administration. As Principal for Randall/​Baylon Architects, Inc., Mr. Baylon is responsible for meeting with clients, developing and maintaining design concepts for projects, and overall coordination and management of projects from design, master

planning, coordination, client interaction to construction administration.
