The food is fresh and really, really delicious. The staff are cool and the vibe is chilled. One of my face places. The only down side is that the portion size of the fresh roll is much too small for $ 7 — especially compared to other local fresh roll offerings — I should know, I’m a fresh roll addict.

This place has some new twists on vietnamese cuisine that are really good. My boyfriend LOVES their vege phở which has these great tofu skin rolls. The chicken phở, i’d pass on and i’m sad they don’t have beef phở. The Tumeric Fish Noodle is Really tasty. Thick udon-like noodles with a simple sauce, crunchy onion bits, and tender yummy fish. This is what I get every time.

Was in the area and popped in because we were hungry and we are soooo glad we did. A new fave for us. The food is fresh and delicious. I had the ginger fish soup and my husband had the organic chicken phở. Actually tasted like my mom makes at home. Not salty nor heavy-handed with MSG or sauces with preservatives. But plenty flavorful from delicious herbs like ginger, cilantro and garlic and fresh veggies. Place is clean. Staff is nice. What more could you ask for?! Coming back again to try more!

The food here is really good. I love the jackfruit noodle dish is so good and very filling as well. And the jicama fresh rolls are great as well, the two things these dishes share in common is the peanut sauce which is delicious and addicting. I have been here a few times already and only ever see two employees, the tall young guy and the older hispanic man. They are both very nice, sometimes it is quite busy and they seem to get overwhelmed. But that never hinders their service. The food always comes out in a very timely manner. Prices are pretty good as well. Definitely check it out!

Expensive for what you are getting. $ 9 crispy rolls appetizer didn’t taste any different from any generic rolls you can get delivered home on a lazy night. My fish noodles $ 13 were just flavourless, same with the chicken noodles my wife ordered. The cool style of the restaraunt and the busy area where is located create quite big expectations that weren’t met when I paid the check. You guys have a cool spot. Please: MOREFLAVOUR

Hummm… I had phở noodle soup, and it was way too healthy for my taste. I think this place is for people that are allergic to everything. If I ever go back to this place, maybe I’ll try a sandwich and see if that’s any better.

The food and service was excellent! I ordered the fish phở and it was very much so tasty. It had a perfect hint of ginger not to much to overwhelm it and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Jasmin tea was excellent. And the jicama spring rolls were very much so tasty! As far as service goes I had to call to find the place and the man helped out by stepping out to help me find the place. Super handsome and sweet! The other gentleman with a English accent was very much so attentive and I asked for my Jasmin tea to go and he gave me a fresh one. Overall the experience was very much so pleasant! Definitely making this my place for Phở for now on!!! Can’t wait to bring my Roomate! Thanks Guys for the wonderful experience!

This place is our go to for some delicious Phở and I can’t say one bad thing about this place. The staff is great and the food is top quality. The décor is also nice and clean. I usually order the Chicken Phở and the crispy shrimp appetizer and they’re great. I’ve had their fish phở and veggie phở and they’re also great! My boyfriend has ordered the chicken meatball dish and a few others and they’ve all been winners. I usually add all the lemon juice they’ll give me and siracha hot sauce and then, the dream begins. Give it a whirl! You won’t be disappointed.

I like to apologize in advance for what I’m about to type, here we go. The only reason this place doesn’t get 1 star, is because the dude in the front was pretty nice. I don’t understand when restaurants serve dishes with no flavor. Don’t these people have TVs at home? So many cooking shows to learn from. Or buy a recipe book and tweak the flavors for fudge sakes. Seriously, go to google, type in noodle flavors from Vietnam and do the neighborhood and your wallet a favor. I just wasted $ 14 on a dish and it was bland. I was so excited to find a noodle house in my hood, but I cant wait to get to Taco Bell, at least I know their meat comes in milk cartons and its good. Come to find out they’ve been here for 8 years, shocking. Maybe I have high expectations when it comes to Vietnamese dishes, this place, OMG. Where’s the MSG? I love that sh! t, where are the pungent flavors? Man, I’m about to cry, LMMFAO.

Good place if you’re sick. Kind of overpriced but I think it’s organic chicken broth and no MSG. I liked the noodles.

OK Viet has become my go to spot for Veggie Phở. I admit it, things change… ever since I went straight Pescatarian, Viet has come to the rescue with regard to a great quality, mushroom-infused herbal broth that I have yet to match in LA. Believe me. When a homie admits he is wrong, the shit must be right.

I only recently discovered this place and have been back almost every other day since. I love the light & healthy dishes made with quality ingredients and I love that they are served super quickly. I love the unfussy way in which the restaurant is run. The food is special, not run of the mill, yet the vibe is completely unpretentious. Fish salad and chicken with turmeric rice are winners in my book.

Feeling like you need some ginger in your day? Then this is an excellent choice. Delicious ginger fish noodle soup was subtle, not fishy but deeply flavorful. Comforting and refreshing at once. Add to that a dark and slightly sweet cup of ginger tea that was unlike anything I’ve ever had. I was on a ginger high for the rest of the afternoon. The first wisps of a ticklish throat effectively banished.

..very unique Vietnamese restaurant. There is no big sign indicating what restaurant it is… it is just a brick storefront and you walk into a very clean and spacious dining room with long meeting-like wooden tables with the MOSTCOMFY restaurant seats. They do serve your usual Vietnamese foods(their variation of spring rolls, egg rolls, shrimp rolls, and phở), but they are actually known for their dry noodles(which other Vietnamese places usually don’t have). I’ve been here twice and each time I ordered their popular Turmeric Fish Noodle. So good! you can really taste the natural flavor of turmeric, cilantro, and onion and they don’t overload on other spices to overpower the fish and noodle. I also tried the LemonGrass beef noodle which was great! It’s not completely dry… yet not a soup noodle… it is somewhere between Phở and Dry Vermicelli. The Phở Ga here is also amazing… pure chicken soup broth with strips of chicken.

I’d like to write a 5 star review exclusively for the turmeric fish dishes, including the salad, the noodles, and the rice plate. All 3 of these dishes are amazingly fresh, delicious, and wonderful in flavor. This place has a simple menu(caution, not a typical phở house) and uses very good ingredients and unique flavors. Definitely a contemporary twist on Vietnamese food with an emphasis on crispy shallots and dill. Their crispy shallots are ridiculously good, I swear I could eat those by the spoonful. This restaurant is clean, modern, but at the same time homey. I love the staff here, they are hard working, friendly, and straightforward. This place is one of my go to places in Atwater for the super delicious turmeric fish. I usually will rotate between the salad, noodle, and rice plate. I’d say that the noodle dish has the slight edge because of the unique, slippery rice noodles they make daily. The noodles are super interesting and provide a texture I haven’t had anywhere else. Love this place and will continue going here as my go-to Vietnamese restaurant. See you guys again soon!

I’ve been coming here for a year now and for a while would come in 3 – 4 times a week since it’s walking distance from my home and work. Paul would most often greet me, make small talk and rush my food out. Knowing I had clients and limited time to chow. I was eating the fish with brown rice bowl and it was flavorful and quite yummy. It’s abundant and I always left full. Since I found out the cook the fish in vegetable oil I made the switch to the chicken and brown rice bowl. Synonymous with the former bowl on both great taste and satiety. The other menu options I tried were the phở and steak with brown rice. Both great options! The steak came with this spicy peanut sauce with sesame seeds. So yummy I can taste it now. There’s still plenty of dishes that ive yet to try and have been absent for a month but I will return with welcoming, smiling faces, good chit chat and great tasting food. Last thing I want to add is the ordering and pick up. Becoming a regular sure has its benefits. All those taking my over the phone order knew my voice, what I wanted and how I wanted it. Thats sterling service.
