The rooms are clean and quiet. The a/c worked well. There was good water pressure in the shower. They gave plenty of towels and extra pillows. The bed was firm. The owners/front desk staff were very nice. The local water was undrinkable. Bring bottled water back with you to your room. The complimentary waffles in the morning were delicious. If I could give 3 ½ stars I would.

I stayed at this place July 5 – 7. The property looks decent on the outside but the inside needs a lot of improvement. However, the front desk personnel were really nice. I had a lot of luggage and found it quite disappointing that there are NO elevators. The room was comfortable but can definitely use some improvement with its décor. The location is great because it’s within short walking distance to Walmart and many other fast-food places.

These people deserve a ZERO… This is THEWORST hotel and customer service I have EVER stayed at!!! I stayed here once and I do not even remember if they had our reservation or if they just happened to have an open room. However, I called over the phone to make a reservation with a lady that could not speak or understand English. I ended up changing my mind a couple days later and called to cancel my reservation. I gave her the date and the name of my reservation and she told me she had no record of my reservation. There was not a thing I could do, so I said I guess that is ok since I want to cancel anyways. TWOWEEKS later I got a charge from this hotel on my bank account statement for some random date I never requested. Apparently my reservation had no been canceled and it was put on the incorrect date. So I called the hotel to speak with a man that could not speak English. He claimed to be the manager. He was very rude and I kept having to repeat the situation over and over because he could not understand. He finally gave the phone to someone who spoke English and I explained to her what happened. She was trying to translate in slow English to the manager and he kept saying she does not have a cancellation number. Of course I dont when you told me I had no reservation!!! She said she would not refund it but that I would have to speak with my bank and put a stop payment on the account. That was a MISTAKE to listen to her, because I got put on hold with my bank to speak with the extremely rude, non-English speaking«manager» at the hotel once again. This time he ended up hanging up on me once I asked who the women were that I spoke with. He told me he would not give me my money bac k unless I had a cancellation number and I told him Im gonna sue his butt! :)
