One note:
Be careful and aware of what your coverage will pay vs what you will owe. They are on the pricier side. I had sticker shock.
To be very fair, the base rate for a visit covers a lot of «add-​on» items that would normally be added (or even ‘hidden’) fees in other facilities. It includes allowances for things like diagnotic tests or bandages/​splints etc. The base rate is however a bit high if you are just popping in for a quick «yes, you have bronchitis, here is a prescription» type of visit.
I had a billing issue that was resolved very quickly and attentively by this business. That in itself is rare today.

It is always a pain in the behind to try to get an appointment at my primary care doctor’s office. I was thrilled when Doctors Express came into town! One doctor that has been especially memorable is Dr.Lowney. Why are you not my primary care doctor and why aren’t they all like you?
I’ve been here to get my ears flushed (don’t use q-​tipps), acute bronchitis, abscess, and etc. I have also recommended this office to serveral friends because of how friendly and quick the service is.
So if you’re looking for a quick same day appointment and can’t get one at your primary care then go here! But of course if it is something life threatening then proceed to the ER.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I saw Dr lowney and he was wonderful. So funny while at the same time taking my pain and injury seriously. Minor hiccup in xray but it was rather amusing. Overall, I will definitely come here for future urgent care needs. Really well run. Thanks!

Got a $ 500 bill from these a holes when I asked the receptionist if she was 1000% sure my visit would be covered under insurance (and I have very good insurance with BCBS!). Very disappointed… We fought for months and finally my charges were lowered to $ 150. Beware before you go in!

Came here today for a Drug Test for a potential job offer. I am extremely impressed with how the staff handled themselves.
I didn’t bring my online confirmation because the person on the phone two days prior told me all I needed was my ID. Well, apparently I did need it but through some investigative research on their part, they were able to find my information in the system.
The medical assistants were very pleasant to be around. they just had that happy go lucky demeanor that I love when I’m out at any business. There was also plenty of parking dedicated to this particular establishment and even more spots because this office was located on a plaza with a lot of other businesses so parking will not be a problem. I am pleased with my visit.

I came in to Doctors Express because I had what I was pretty sure was a bad sinus infection, but I had been unable to get to my regular doctor because of a major blizzard. I didn’t quite need an emergency room, but I was getting sicker by the day and really needed to see someone. Luckily this urgent care center is within walking distance of my home. So I dragged myself through hip-​height snow banks for the fifteen minute walk, hoping this visit would end up being worth getting out of bed. I was first genuinely impressed by how nice the facility was. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful, and offering ginger ale in addition to water may be a small touch, but at the moment it made me that much more comfortable. The large flat screen tvs in both the waiting room and the exam rooms are a nice touch, although my wait time was so minimal in both places that I didn’t end up watching much. I was brought into an exam room within 5 – 10 minutes of walking in the door, the medical assistant asked her questions as I expected, and within another five minutes Dr. Constant came in. She was attentive, listened thoroughly to my symptoms and concerns, and made sure I understood everything clearly. It was a quick visit overall, but at no point did I feel rushed, and I left feeling that I wouldn’t have received any better care from my regular doctor. I hope not to need to visit again, but it is a great comfort to know that this facility is so close to home should I or my family need it.

This place is fantastic. I stopped in because my primary care doctor doesn’t work on weekends and my problem didn’t warrant a trip to the emergency room. The wait time was surprisingly short, the nurse who took my vitals was genuinely friendly, and the doctor was excellent. In fact, I Googled Dr. Constant, and if her primary care practice were closer to home, I’d switch to her in a heartbeat.
I’m used to doctors being impatient, dismissive, and even brash, so it was great to talk to a doctor who took the time to listen and who explained both the diagnoses and her suggestions for treatment and further testing. She was very friendly, and I got the impression that she genuinely cared about my well-​being.
The rest of the staff were also friendly in my brief interactions with them. And as others have noted, the office is very clean and welcoming, and it seems well organized.
As someone who has worked in medical offices in the past, I want to high five whoever is responsible for this place existing. I’ll definitely be back again in the future if I need urgent care.

This place is great! I tried to get in to my Drs offices urgent care and waited hours for a call back just to be seen. I couldn’t wait any more so I went here instead. They were very quick, efficient and professional as well as friendly and caring. I will be back! Just wish they could be my primary care facility!

The staff at this facility are fantastic. I suffered a knee injury over the weekend and was able to head in first thing Monday with no wait time. Dr. Sanchez, her medical assistant and the x-​ray tech were able to answer any and all questions I had. They were also able to provide me with accurate information on pricing based on my insurance. I wish they could be my primary care provider!

Dr. Sanchez and the medical team at this facility were excellent. They were extremely attentive and the wait time was very reasonable. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. The services they provide there are outstanding and a great alternative to the emergency room.
When you are feeling sick, it is wonderful to have caring people around you. While I was waiting for the doctor, the team was consistently checking in on me letting me know when I would be seen, and offering water and snacks. A very pleasant experience on a day when I felt so sick.

I brought my husband there fir back pain and we found out he has an extra vertebrae in his back. We have been to many different doctors and finally someone was able to give us some answers. I love this is in Malden. I love they saw my 2 year old so fast and were amazing with her, both the Physician’s Assistant/​Nurse and the Doctor herself. I love that I don’t have to wait for my overbooked PC provider — this is on *my* time frame around my crazy schedule — open late and weekends, and it’s the same co-​pay as if I went to our own pediatrician! HOORAY!
Clean waiting room. Pre-​highlighted forms for me to complete. Very nice receptionists spoke clearly. Phone was answered promptly when I inquired before-​hand about what the copay might be.
I also love this is near the Walgreens which I use for Rxs.
Thank you very much for your excellent, prompt, and affordable care. And the lollipop and sticker! (and thanks for offering me a Pop too.)
They have a couple of their own designated parking spots, btw.

I’m in between primary care docs following a move… And of course, got sick just as the seasons started to change. I went straight to Doctors Express after leaving work early with a fever and gosh, I wish they could be my primary care!!!
The office is clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, Dr. Sanchez was very knowledgable and kind, I couldn’t have had a better experience. On a day that I felt really horrible, they added some brightness to it with their wonderful care.
