The Chase is a great place to live. We have lived here for a year and are signing our second lease. When we first moved in we looked at many luxury apartment buildings but The Chase stood out and we stopped looking after we found this place it had everything we were looking for. The complex feels like its own community, it is safe, and the property is highly maintained. The staff is great and always willing to help you out I can’t say enough about them. Taylor, David, and Susan always go above and beyond. I always feel welcomed walking into the office. If you have a problem with the apartment maintenance will usually fix it the same day or next. The two dog parks are a huge convenience and the apartments themselves are beautiful. They also put on events like wine tastings and summer pool parties which are always a plus and of course a great time. I highly recommend living here. The only thing I would suggest is a bike storage rack. :) having that would be super useful!

We’ll out of all the apartment complexes I have lived at this one tops it. I mean of course you get apartment living, so occasionally you the upstairs noise and a fire alarm here and there but overall I love it here. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. The grounds are kept clean and the amenities are awesome. They have security as well which makes me feel at ease at night. The only thing I would complain about is the parking, there are numerous parking spots and I wish we had the option to not have reserve parking spaces because it’s 35 dollars a spot.

I’ll move out tomorrow and end my 1 year lease. It’s been a great year here. The amenities are good, the manager is friendly, and helpful. Most importantly, even when in snow days, they always cleanup the lot immediately and make sure we can drive our car out of the spot.
If only one thing is not good, this place is far from any t station and the shuttle bus is limited. So if you don’t have a car, you may have some inconvenience. Inter wise, I highly recommend this place.

I don’t get why anyone would write a bad review about this place! We have been living here since September and have nothing but great things to say! The apartments are beautiful, the landscaping and inside of buildings are kept up with and cleaned on a weekly basis, the shuttle to the city is super convenient, and the leasing office is always friendly and helpful. I don’t even notice the quarry construction and I live directly next to it. If your going to the leasing office for a tour ask for Taylor!

The good far outweighs the bad.
As a resident, I only want to BASH one thing and one thing only. My biggest gripe is be prepared to pay a significant increase at the end of your lease. The leasing office said, «I can’t not increase you» so because I have proved to be a good tenant, pays on time if not early and took care of the apartment and the surroundings around me, I mean that is total grounds for increase. I should just let the lease end and sign back up as a new tenant then I would get my old rent amount back. I was appalled by the significance of the increase and how they treat a current tenant.
The good…
THIS PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN — so the dog pop post is BS, I guarantee that the smeared poop was gone within 24 – 48 hrs. The maintenance staff is AWESOME, attentive, friendly, courteous. One or Two of the girls in the leasing office are cool, a few have baffled my mind because they are sales people and they were cold and unapproachable.
This place nickles and dimes you, over charges for there apartments and then jacks up the price if you want to renew. I have a young son and I feel like they are pushing us out the door. SAD. No loyalty in this world anymore.

This place has been amazing! The staff is very sweet and supportive… always there when you need. The living conditions are pristine and having a gym in my building is a huge plus! The amenities are fantastic. Can’t wait to hang out by the pool and use the fire pits when it gets warm out.

An awful place, company, management. Don’t move. Everything looks amazing until you sign. Then the limitations start.

My boyfriend and I are moving in to this complex this week and we couldn’t be more excited about it. From start to finish we worked with Taylor who was the best! She is super personable and extremely helpful. The staff are willing to work with you and help so it is as easy as possible for you.
I loved that there we no hidden fees and Taylor is up front and honest with you about everything. The actual apartments and amenities are beautiful! Everything is extremely clean and updated. Other apartments I looked at were much more expensive and do not compare to what you get at The Chase. I would recommend living here to anyone! If you are interested ask for Taylor, I cannot say enough great things about her!

We have been renting a two bedroom apartment here since September. There is a quarry right beside the apartments and there has been construction work going on in this quarry. When we were visiting the apartment the leasing specialist said and i quote– «we have been working in this office since the past one year and the construction has been going on here and honestly I hardly hear any noise». Based on this we decided to go forward with this apartment and the leasing office presented the «WAIVER DUE TO CONSTRUCTION DELAY» only at the time of signing the lease and we came to know that there will be loud noises only through that form. By that time it was too late for us to look into any other apartments.
I work from home regularly and the construction noise is unbearable and it as if we are actually living in a quarry. We have bought a noise cancelling machine, noise cancelling curtains and we are investing so much money into this and nothing is helping. Honestly, we are extremely disappointed by this. We have spoken to the property about this and they said our only option is to the break the lease after 6 months and move to a new apartment. Now we are STUCK in this HELLHOLE. Please stay away from the apartments unless you like living in a quarry with loud construction noises and dust.

My husband and I were living at Alterra at Overlook for the last year. They were nice at first… then it just started going downhill. The Chase opened up and we jumped on that. The girl, Taylor, who moved us in to Alterra had moved up to The Chase so we followed her. She worked with us for our move. We now have an amazing beautiful apartment with a balcony.
We moved in two weeks ago. We did the walk through and really found nothing wrong (because no one had ever lived there before). But, as most people find, a few days went by and we found a couple minor things. I submitted the maintenance requests and about 4 hours later, I saw emails stating all the things that were fixed. I was shocked that they came the same day… Alterra took at least 3 days to get maintenance. Then we realized we had forgotten about one more thing and submitted the request. I received a phone call AND email from maintenance apologizing for not being able to make it today, but would be in first thing in the a.m. My husband and I were blown away. There was no need for him to apologize and call. But how incredibly nice was that!
I also decided to submit a suggestion to The Chase so I emailed them. Now I really didn’t think anything would come of my suggestions but then I received an email… from Colleen, the Director of Operations, with a lovely message.
I requested doggy poop barrels and bags by our building since there was nothing nearby (again because the building is brand new). They immediately put one in that day for some temporary relief until they have finished the whole property plan. My husband was ecstatic to be able to throw away our dog poop outside. hahaha. I also made a request for something else, and Colleen said she shared the suggestion and would continue to follow up and it might take a while to implement but she thinks it’s a great idea. Wow! I’m still blown away… I feel like my opinion matters.
The other review talked about no 12 month leases… but how awesome is that?! I’m tired of having to move Sept 1 every year when the college students are moving. Also, right around 10 or 11 months somewhere is just about the best time and if you have to move it sucks. We got a 15 month lease and now we don’t have to worry about a thing for over a year!
I am just so pleased with how we have been treated and response time and response at all! We love The Chase and are going to stay here as long as we can.

My boyfriend and I went to the Chase today to discuss renting options. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all– we even made an appointment! She said they have no 12 month leases available this fall and acted like we were annoying her. For a building that just opened I would expect better customer service. Quarrystone and Alterra in the same complex treated us much better and took time to answer all our questions. I am not sure about the living situation but the front desk made a bad first impression.
