Established in 2007.

In 2005 we built a beautiful addition on our home and found out that I needed a building science background to understand how the home works as a system. I was able to retrofit our home that is not only comfortable but very energy efficient.

How did you get started in the industry: In 2005 we built a beautiful addition on our home and found out that I needed a building science background to understand how the home works as a system. I was able to retrofit our home that is not only comfortable but very energy efficient.

What do you like the most about your job: I really enjoy showing homeowners the best ways to invest in their remodeling project while making it energy efficient, saving them money in the process.

In his spare time: Troy enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife Amy. He is also the Director of Training for the Northern Virginia Football Officials Association where he has been officiating High School football since 1984.

His favorite past vacation: Troy and Amy travel to St. Martin for the beautiful beaches and wonderful people as often as possible.
