Great experience. Called after ripping a sidewall hole in one of my tires and they got me in right away. Jerry went over options(OEM vs. store brand, etc.) and prices… all of which were far more reasonable than the dealer. I was in and out in a little over an hour. The waiting area is nice, free k-cups(I had like 4) and a nice TV with soap operas; I was so caught up in the soap opera the hour flew by. I feel like Pep Boys is a solid national chain, wish more people would visit for service versus dealers and Firestone/Goodyear, etc. I’ll gladly go back the next time I nail another lovely Jersey pot hole.

Used them today for a coolant flush and to replace my brake fluid. They were fast and friendly and told me how much it would be before they started working on it. I would definitely come back here.

Recently got an oil change at this pep boys location. Could not have been more pleased with the service I received. I easily made an online appointment and was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I asked how long it would take, having had a bad experience at a different location which involved a few hours wait. I was told my car would be ready in less than 45 minutes and that promise was met. I would definitely recommend this pep boys location to anyone in need of quick great service at a clean store with excellent customer service. Will be returning back for my next oil change.

The Moorestown location closed and«moved» down the street to this new address. Service is still unbelievably slow, I’ve had the same battery replaced multiple times and it continues to fail. Instead of sending out someone to jumpstart the car — they send tow trucks BUT then forget to schedule tow truck — cancel appointments — reschedule appointments. I’m looking for a «local» repair shop to do these kind of minor repairs since Pep Boys just can’t seem to do it. I’m amazed they reopened at this new location.
