I used to live in High Ridge and loved the Imo’s there on Little Brennan; great food never had any issues. Since I now live just down the street from the McKelvey location, I’ve tried this it twice. The first time ordered a pizza, which was no good, not worth finishing. After that, I decided never to order again, but laziness and lack of delivery places made me try it again remembering they have baked mostaccoili. Just as bad; they used the same terrible sauce, I think, as in the pizza. It would be fine using it for both if it were good, unfortunately that is not the case. Will definitely not be trying it again.

Just had my first Imo’s pizza. Not sure what to make of it. The cheese tasted like melted processed cheese that’s used on poorly made cheese steak sandwiches. So… I looked online at the menu to see what kind of cheese(s) they use. It is not described except to say«it’s real». Then I found it’s name — provel. It is a mixture of cheeses«and taste like none of them». That pretty much sums it up! It’s creamy goo. I liked the crust, the size, delivery was timely, and the meat was good. But I want to know, can I order with good ‘old fashioned mozzerella?

This location has very slow service. They messed 3 out of the 4 people’s orders up who were dining in the last time I was there. All of the tables were filthy. We asked for out table to be wiped off and 5MINUTES later a guy came and wiped it off. He was just standing behind the counter texting the whole time. The lady working gave my co worker her salad, then walked around confused with mine, giving it to a table that had already eaten. Then when our pizzas came she did the exact same thing! My number was clearly visible on the table. Before we left, I overheard another unhappy customer asking for his money back. This place is a three ring circus. Do yourself a favor, pick a different location.

I ordered the Mostaciolli and a salad last night, which was delivered to my hotel. I tipped the driver, he left, and I discovered the salad I paid for was not there. I called about this, and to complain that I received only a plastic fork to eat with. I was told that is all Imo’s has ever had – no knives or spoons for delivery. I sould, I was told, «come over and pick up the salad» I had paid for but not received. I also noticed the quality was not what I had several years ago from Imo’s. Soggy pasta, bland sauce, and the same cheap salad dressing the airlines use. I was very disappointed, did not finish the«meal», and will never order from them again.

Not good. We ordered a 2 topping and cheese garlic bread. Cheese garlic bread burnt. Dark brown. Asked for meat sauce. Did not receive. Manager insisted on getting burnt garlic bread back. Like he didn’t believe us. Will not order again. Done. Their site says they are closed today.

Avoid this location. Poor service, rude staff and 70 –80 min. to deliver one pizza?! Come on! Go somewhere else! Husband had to go to the establishment, in person, to demand a refund, for an error with our order and got it.

If you’d like to wait over an hour and half, please call this location. I live close, and have had my order wrong 3 times and tonight waited for cold pizza. I’ll be driving out of my way just to NOT order from this Imo’s location.

I’m not a big fan of Imo’s pizza, so I just about always get a chef salad when I visit. It’s a very standard Imo’s version, if you’re familiar with it — ham, salami, cheese, black olive, egg. The service here has made me a fan, The servers are always friendly and stop by to make sure everything is okay, maybe take an emply plate. More than I’d expect at what is basically a fast food place, after all. A guy I assume to be the owner has been on hand most every time and he’s also stopped by to make sure everything is okay, helped bus tables, whatever it takes. I’m a fan and I’ll be back many times as long as I work in the area.

I haven’t been to the actual location, but the delivery was quick and fresh. We got the Canadian Bacon and cheese pizza and toasted ravioli. The pizza wasn’t overly greasy nor salty and the thin crust is perfect. The toasted ravioli is so delicious that I had to have it again before I went back to California, since we don’t have an Imo’s there. If I’m ever back in Missouri, I’ll definitely order some again!

You have to like St. Louis style pizza first of all. Thin crust, four cheeses. I’m not even a cheese person. Just on pizza and tacos. If you’re a tourist, high recommend. If you’re a local, you either love it or you hate it. This location in particular has never goofed on any of my custom orders, are not generally chinsy on the toppings, and the pizza is usually done before they say it’s going to be done. Self-serve fountain drinks and a tv. Indoor seating a plus. Lunch specials hard to beat.

I love Imo’s pizza. This is my favorite location to go to. The one in Bridgeton does not do as good of a job in my opinion. The pizza is always very good and I really love their salad! I just wish they were a bit cheaper, maybe if they didnt do so much advertising?

I will give this place 5 stars even though I just had a lunch special carry out. The gal that took my order was very nice. The restaurant appeared to be clean. I got the Chef salad, bread sticks and a soda special for lunch. The salad was amazing! I definately will go back.

A few years back, I Unilocaled the Overland location because that’s where we used to order from when visiting family in St. Louis. Recently, my fam moved to Maryland Heights, and we ordered from this location while on vacation over the weekend. I’m going 4-star because not only was the food we ordered extremely hot and fresh when we got it, but we asked for a special request and they happily obliged. So had happened was… This was La Chica’s first time in The Lou, and we were trying to explain provel cheese, and in order to do so, I had to call on the provel authority – Google. So when reading up on the cheese, a St. Louis sandwich I never heard of was mentioned; the Gerber sandwich. Curious, we looked up the details on said sandwich. After reading the description, my aunts said they had eaten the sandwich before, but had no idea it was called a Gerber sandwich. Well, since the sandwich is basically garlic bread topped with ham and provel, we asked the manager at this Imo’s location to whip one up for us, and boy did he. This thing was deeeee-scrumpta-licious. The ham wasn’t piled as high as the Gerber we had ordered at Ruma’s earlier in the day, but it was definitely more flavorful. Imo’s owners, you have the ingredients for this sandwich, so please add it to the menu and help keep this old school St. Louis sandwich alive!

Our order consisted of a large deluxe pizza, canelloni with meat sauce, italian sausage sandwhich and the funnel cake. Never heard of St. Louis style until after but supposedly Imo’s is the originator. The pizza was more chewy than a cracker-like crust but at least somewhat edible. The pizza may have been the best part of our order(«Best» is relatively speaking…) The canelloni was terrible and stale tasting. The italian sausage sandwhich(called some weird italian name on the menu to make it sound fancy) was the thinest layer of italian sausage and terrible tasting bread. The«garlic» bread that came with it was also horrible. We had funnel cake twice today at the zoo — it was soooo tasty. So in our indulgence, we were delighted to see it on the menu. The taste did NOT live up at all to the expectation. It was horribly stale. I’m not a picky eater but you can definitely taste it when it is NOT fresh, which most of our order was. Do not recommend and DEF will not return.

This Imo’s has a nice dining area and outdoor seating as well. The prices are fair, and there are almost always coupons available(my family gets a ton in the mail). Come for lunch if you can for a better deal. The toasted ravioli and wings are always good. I think their marinara sauce is just the pizza sauce they use, but not sure. I grew up eating St. Louis style pizza so I love it, but a lot of out-of-towners may not be so apt to this style. It’s always a light meal, yet very tasty. Since it is so thin, one person can eat a lot, maybe a whole medium-sized pizza themselves. My boyfriend, who is not from St. Louis, liked the pizza, but said he prefers Chicago style more. I just can’t get enough.
