Frequently has nothing ready. The entire mantra of the company is «hot n ready» but this branch seems to ignore that. It doesnt matter if its lunch time or dinner time. It doesnt matter if there are 5 people waiting or 0 people waiting. Theres nothing ready. Go to schnucks and cook your own frozen pizza.

Called in my order and was told the pizza would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I got there in 15 minutes and they just put the pizzas in the oven for my order. Had to wait another 10 – 15 minutes.

This place is the WORST. The whole concept of this chain of restaurants is that you go in, pick up a pizza and leave. On MANYMULTIPLE occasions I have gone here and there are not pizzas ready. Last night when I arrived during dinner hours not only were there no pizzas ready there were about seven other customers waiting for their orders. Personally I can’t stand the taste of their pizza but my nine year old doesn’t care and the concept they advertise would make it a great place to feed him on the run. Unfortunately this location never seems to understand that and I am not going to wait for subpar food. The employees all just look at you cluelessly when you ask them things. They aren’t helpful or friendly at all. They even talk about how miserable they are to work there in front of customers. Stay away.

Little Ceasars has certainly changed since I was a kid but I still love it. This location could maybe hire more capable employees or have better training because sometimes I know the problem with lack of knowledge is bad training. Guys here were nice tho and that can go a long way! 5 stars

I’ve gone to the Little Caesars in Maryland Heights two separate days between 4pm and 8pm, when Pretzel Crust Pizzas are clearly advertised in the store to be available Hot and Ready, and have twice been told I can’t get one At All.

This place is a joke. Hot n ready is hot and made an hour ago. Trying to call and place an order in advance is impossible with the«manager» talking on it constantly, even txting on her galaxy at the same time. The staff is rude– the summer help is always the nicest but they leave after a couple months. I have contacted corporate several times and no changes. Oh! And forget about ordering the cheesy bread, you can’t call ahead and it can take up to a half hour to «make»

I just saw this blonde girl crank out 85 pizzas for a single order! It was the most impressive display of communication and chaos ever, it would’ve made Chef Ramsey tear up… pizza boxes being flipped together, pies being slung inside and boxed up, hurled into massive pizza bags, it was art at it’s purest form… if pizza making becomes an Olympic sport(and the way this world is headed it probably will be) this girl gets the Gold!
