I was looking to have a water filtration system installed to remove all the chlorine that is in my city water. Lance at ER came out and did my free estimate and eventually the install. (I research several other companies). Lance was very professional and did a great job. There staff is well trained and the company does continuing education for all its employees. If we ever need plumbing services in the future we will be calling ER.

I had my hot water heater quit working and it was out of warranty, so, I looked on Unilocal and found this company. I called them up and they had somebody out within a couple of hours. They also did a call back to let me know the technician was on his way.
My technician, Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked over the water heater, explained the issue very thoroughly and gave me my options.
I was very happy to do business w this company and will use them again next time.

This is the second time we have requested Reggie to come help with a plumbing issue. This time, our water heater wasn’t functioning properly. He was able to diagnose the problem and offer us a solution so our business could be back up and running. We require hot water for several tasks here and it was really a help to have such quick service. We know when it’s time to replace our ancient water heater, we’ll be calling back to have ER and Reggie handle the job!

My neighbors recommended ER Plumbing to reconnect my disposal and kitchen faucet. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly. Jason showed up on time and was very professional and pleasant. I put in an oversized sink when my countertops were replaced and was afraid my disposal would no longer fit. Jason explained how he could make it work, had all the parts he needed, and insisted on cleaning up after he finished. I will definitely call ER for any future plumbing work!

I used ER Plumbing last year to unclog a drain and I was so happy with their work that I didn’t hesitate to call them this week to replace my aging hot water heater. Jeff, who did my first repair, was so pleasant, professional & tidy that I requested him by name. And like before, he showed up at the appointed time with all the right tools. Jeff takes time to investigate the issue, explain the problem, offer solutions and when the work is done — and it is always done to perfection — he offers helpful tips on how to avoid the problem in the future or prolong the life of the appliance he has installed. Five stars are not enough to rate my satisfaction with ER.

Saw great ratings on Unilocal and they lived up to them. The plumber was very professional and effiicient. Their prices were reasonable too. We will definitely choose them again The only issue I had was with the first call when we were supposed to get a call back. When I called back they apologized and a plumber called back right away and was here within 30 minutes. Really glad I called them back instead of calling another company.

They were punctual, they made the proper fix to a defective water line in the yard, they gave a mini-​tutorial on diagnosing water leaks, materials to use for the issue and what future fixes could be applied as the home ages. Leonard got the job done, I like these guys at ER.

These guys are great, been fixing our plumbing for about 15 years. In all that time they have never had to come back to fix something they fixed before, they do it right the first time. They show up on time in a big truck that always seems to have whatever parts they need so there is no time wasted traveling back and forth for parts. I won’t use anyone else.

These guys never fail to provide great service. I’ve used them multiple times for everything from a tankless water heater to installing new toilets and fixtures. Everyone I have dealt with at ER Plumbing have been knowledgeable and helpful. Terry even remembered he put in my water heater. I had an issue on a Saturday and he arrived well within the time frame and was done before the timeframe he was supposed to arrive. Great service. ER Plumbing is a pleasure to deal with.

I have used E.R. Plumbing before, so I knew that I would get good service. I had a cracked dishwasher hose, and Jason wrestled my dishwasher out of the EXTREMELY tight space to get to the connection. He had to flip the dishwasher over and manhandle the darn thing into submission! The clips to our granite counter top were not installed properly (the first time), but Jason worked on them until the dishwasher was back in and stable. He even nailed the shoe molding back down in front of the dishwasher when he was done. I offered him a tip on his way out (fairly forcefully), but he would NOT take it. It was obvious that he is a man who takes pride in his work and just wants to make his customers happy. I sure hope I don’t need a plumber any time soon, but if I do, I will call E.R. Plumbing.

ER plumbing did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our water leak. They were so responsive and professional. They explained thoroughly what was to be done. I got 4 other estimates and ER s was very fair. The technicians even carefully dug up my daffodils and put them in a container for me so they wouldn t get destroyed when they dug up my yard! Excellent service!

Great service on a Saturday. Communication about when they could have someone here was excellent. We had water backing up in tubs, toilets and sinks so were in a real mess. They got here when promised, quickly figured out that roots had blocked a pipe in the front yard, and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend ERPlumbing.
