ChaseMetro just retiled a walk-​in shower in our condominium. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, and the process of working with their staff.
Chase was the most reasonable quote of the four contractors we spoke with. Once our contract was signed, Chase was very helpful in the process of ordering our supplies and scheduling our project date. Their two-​person team was very careful during the demolition and construction process, making sure our floors/​walls/​furniture were protected. Best of all, the project finished on time and on budget.
I would recommend ChaseMetro for anyone looking to have similar types of projects done.

I just finished working with ChaseMetro on my kitchen renovation. It was a complete gut job: everything had to go!
From the start, ChaseMetro responded promptly and thoroughly to my estimate request. They sent me the most complete proposal for my project and let me know what I was getting myself into. I chose them for the project because of their professionalism from the beginning.
Once we got the ball rolling on the project, they helped me every step of the way when I had questions about vendors and what my project needs would be. This was the first time I went through anything like this so I definitely had a lot of questions! They have a lot of local vendors that they work with so I felt like I had complete control over my selections for the kitchen.
Once construction began, their team was really great and accommodating. I worked from home during the whole project and their team was really great about working around me and my needs during that time. When problems arose (and I have an older home, built 1941, so there nothing is ever easy) they told me quickly about it and we were able to resolve the issues quickly. Kristina and Karen were also quick to answer phone calls and emails when I had to get in touch with them.
I won’t lie and say that going through a major renovation is a fun time but I really believe that this project was made as easy as it could be due to the professionalism of Chase and their entire team.
I will definitely use them for future projects and recommend them to others!

I was a bit confused and surprised that this company got so many great reviews. I had an appointment two weeks ago which they cancelled last minute (which I took off of work for). Then they rescheduled for the following week and never showed without any cancellation. Not impressed.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Karen and her team at Chase did an amazing job on my renovation. The project was the addition of an entirely new high-​end master bathroom into a space that was previously just an open sitting area. The project required the works — new plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
I had five different contractors bid on the project. Chase was the only contractor to spend extra time with me, really trying to understand everything that I wanted, and they also came back with the most reasonable price (most others were way to expensive).
Once of the best things about this project was that Chase stuck closely to a schedule that was laid out at the beginning of the project, and there were no surprise price increases after the contract was signed. The only changes in price were the result of things that I decided I wanted mid-​way through the project.
I would use Chase again in a heartbeat for another renovation, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering the same.

Chase built us a beautiful new custom kitchen, finished basement and new bathroom as well as upgraded our HVAC and electrical systems from fall 2012 to spring 2013. From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, they made sure we were happy. We appreciated their experience in renovating old townhouses; they also were sensitive to the challenges of living in a house during the remodel. They have contacts with a wide variety of vendors to suit different budgets. We would strongly consider hiring them again to renovate our upstairs.

We recently bought a house in Burke and found ourselves in need of a bit of minor construction. I jumped on Unilocal and saw some of the reviews for CHASE and decided to take the plunge. As is common with home construction, jobs tend to grow in scope a bit when moving or removing a wall. This job was no different as they had to re-​route a major drain pipe prior to installing the new dry wall.
Upon completion, I was happy with the quality of the work, the price and the professionalism from everyone involved. Karen, Alex, and Carlos did a great job and they will be our first choice for any future construction needs.

We are halfway through a two bathroom update/​remodel and are thrilled so far. It has been wonderful working with Chase Construction. They have been very thorough and helpful.
We choose Chase because of their attention to detail in our quote and pricing. They answered all of our questions and worked hard to understand exactly what it was we wanted. They did not argue with us or try to upsell us. They understood that we are just updating our bathrooms for eventual resell and didn’t want this to be too expensive or time-​consuming. Karen listened exactly to what we said and didn’t flinch when we asked to rework the quote a bit to see about some cheaper options.
Chase Construction has worked hard to contain any dust and has been very mindful of keeping everything clean and their supplies contained into one area of our condo. They have not been polite and responsive. It has been wonderful working with them. I look forward to the final results. So far, everything is beautiful and wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them at this point. We plan to ask them to update a few things in our kitchen as well.

I could not be more pleased with the level of service and the quality of craftsmanship we received from Chase Construction.
My wife and I inherited a house on capital hill. The house was in very rough shape, far beyond what we understood. Gil from Chase met with us and immediately understood where we were coming from, our budget, and what we wanted in our house. This was more than understanding what we were asking for; he also was able to provide guidance and suggestions to help us throughout the process.
We gutted the entire house and Chase was there from beginning to end. Tearing down walls, fixing underlying brickwork, installing new floors, a new kitchen, new bathroom — you name is and Chase did it.
Chase struck the perfect balance between making suggestions but not being pushy. Some of our favorite features in the house are a result of suggestions, things we never would have thought of. They made sure every detail of the house was perfect.
The great work notwithstanding, the most impressive aspect of this company is the commitment to service. Literally hundreds of emails and phone calls, the people at Chase never waivered in making us feel important.
To anyone contemplating renovations in the future — no matter what scale — I 100% endorse Chase Construction. I am not sure how this process would have gone if we had not been fortunate enough to select and elite and attentive company to work with.

ChaseMetro is an underrated company. When I was considering buying a house in Northern Virginia, I called them in to provide an estimate on upgrading the house if I did purchase the house. They arrived on time and quickly did a walk-​through. It took them a bit longer than I expected to get back to me. But when I finally heard back from them, I was pleased to see that their proposal was very comprehensive and their price is quite reasonable compared to other bids I received. Although I was not able to use ChaseMetro after the house sales contract fell apart for unforeseeable reasons, I would definitely strongly consider using them when the next opportunity arises.

The operations manager, Karen, is the coolest and nicest gal in construction I know **really I don’t know that many**…but hey, she really seems to know her stuff and has provided us lots of useful and valuable advice. Definitely a fan!

I recently had my rental property renovated in Northern Virginia by Chase Construction and let me tell you this company is awsome! They gave me a great price and the job was done in no time and it was done fabolously. I had no complaints and usually I find something wrong with the work, but this company paid great attention to detail and was easy to work with. I highly reccommend Chase Construction to anyone that is going to renovate their home!
