The guys were nearly 30 minutes early and I wasn’t there yet so that was a bit of a pain. But, once they got underway they kicked butt. My TV was well protected and wrapped, they moved a 400 pound ceramic BBQ with no problem. Boxes I had packed were carefully moved and items were placed where I asked them to at the new place. Both guys never stopped moving while they were on the clock. Very impressed and highly recommended.

I called on Wednesday and Joshua was able to move us the very next day from San Mateo to Sonoma County. Gabriel and Andre were on time and started working immediately. They did stop at all during the 3 hours it took to load their truck. They made very good time to our new home and once again worked continously until everything was unloaded and placed where we wanted. Very good experience and price was reasonable. I would definitely use them agaiñ.

I needed to move on one weeks notice, they were available, the perfect price that I wanted pay for a small move and the Unilocal deal made it even cheaper!
Their moving guys came an hour early which was amazing, packed everything super securely which was helpful since moving is very stressful and were quick to get me fully moved out and in less than four hours.
I would 100% recommend these movers and also on getting the Unilocal deal!

We hired Joshua’s moving company on a short notice. Can’t say enough about their punctuality and dedication to their job. Joshua was there to pack and move us as he did not have enough people on short notice. I found him to be very careful with our stuff and quickly packed and loaded everything. Outstanding service! Joshua fit me in at the last minute, had very good rates (better than many other companies), worked quickly, took great care with my items, and was generous. Efficient, reliable, courteous and honest are the words that come to mind for Joshua’s packing and moving service.
We met 2 weeks before our scheduled move date. Joshua came over to the old apt, took stock of items that needed to be packed and moved. He was delayed by traffic on this day that we met, and Joshua was courteous to call me to let me know that he would be late by a few mins.
On the day of the move. The truck and the guys arrived at the scheduled time, loading and unloading was done super efficiently, and within the time that was estimated initially.
I will definitely recommend Joshua’s services to my friends. Though moving isn’t fun, and hope I don’t have to move again in the near future, but whenever I do, I will give Joshua a call 1st for a quote!!!

These guys were awesome! They arrived earlier than their estimated arrival and started right away. When they got to our new house, they made sure to ask us where each and every piece of furniture & box went! Joshua and his team helped me pack and move twice these last 2 months.
The first was an in-​house move, where they helped move furniture and things from the house into the garage so we could stage the house to sell.
They were fast and quick, and did the work in a few hours.
2 months later, I called them back to pack and move to our new home. This time it was 5 guys and 2 trucks.
They are fast, careful, hard working and efficient.
They pointed out any prior damage to our furniture, and overall, were very careful in placing the furniture in the new home. They also dissembled and re-​assembled the beds and other furniture.
Joshua also came back the next morning to help organize boxes and items in the garage for easier access for us.
I was very pleased with the great work and care they showed in the move.

$ 350 + tip to move a 1 bedroom from Menlo Park to SF. The guys were on time, fast and professional in wrapping furniture. Tip: Since you’re paying by the hour, have your stuff packed and ready to go and be prepared to help unload light items from the truck on the other end if you want to keep the cost down. Would absolutely use them again.

PricePoint: $$
— 100 $ an hr for 2 guys.
— 75 $ for the truck
— 30 $ for Fuel
I found this to be quite on-​par with other moving services out there.
The Move:
— Very Professional and courteous; the guys (Issah & Gabriel) did a fantastic job — nothing was broken or damaged during the move.
— Arrived on time for my 11am appointment
— Honored the advertised Unilocal coupon; no hassles there.
Would I use their service again: YES, you bet
Would I recommend them: YES
TIP: Use the Unilocal coupon. costs $ 50 and is worth $ 100 .the fineprint (You can use only 1 and can be applied only for moves which will take atleast 3 hrs. which most moves take anyways)

I was very pleased with how Joshua transported and moved our new couch into our 1 BDR in the city. His experience was more than evident as he and his team lifted, twisted and maneuvered the couch up our narrow staircase — all with out any harm to the furniture!
Afterward we shared a laugh at my amazement. It was obvious that this was not his first rodeo.
I would recommend Joshua for any moving situation without hesitation.

Horribly dishonest service.
To move a 1 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture from sunnyvale to santa clara took them 6 hours. It felt as if they were taking forever to pack the place up, let alone transport it. Not recommended at all!

My appointment was at 2pm and they didn’t get there till 2:30pm. I was ok with it because they told me they were coming from another move in the morning and would get there as early at 2pm.
The two guys that came were extremely polite and helpful. They were also fast and efficient. I had them booked to move just our heavy stuff, but I wish I would have used them for the whole move. I’m sure they could have gotten it done in half the time. Like I said, they are the experts and are very fast and efficient. Would highly recommend them and I will certainly use them for our next move.

Got off to a rocky start as movers arrived late. I called 20 minutes after scheduled arrival time and was told movers must be stuck in traffic; it was another 35 minutes until they actually arrived.
Movers themselves were nice and moved quickly. However, they damaged the hardwood floors of my new place when one of them pushed a dresser on the floor to move it by himself (see picture). Bummed because I specifically hired movers because I was worried about the floors and now the 20 inch floor gouge will now be coming out of my security deposit when I move :(
Cost, with Unilocal deal, was $ 420 to move a small studio.
