Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Jeff and Dr. Jill H.

Business Owner

Dr. Jeff and Dr. Jill met while studying at New York Chiropractic College. After graduation, Dr. Jeff made the big move out west and opened the Mill Creek Wellness Center. Not long after, Dr. Jill joined the practice and they have since started a family and are proud to call the Seattle area their home!

Dr. Jeff is a native of British Columbia, Canada. He is a sports fan, especially hockey and football. He loves being a dad to his two sons, Jake and Ryan and can often be found chasing them around and taking them on new adventures.

Dr. Jill is a native New Yorker. Being a mom is her #1 priority and has fueled her passion for Chiropractic care during pregnancy, for children and women. She loves reading and playing soccer.

I was a patient here for almost 10 years. Dr. Jeff Holt IS an expert in his field, so is Dr. Jill Tucci as well as the office manager, Jessica. If I didn’t move, I would still be seen in this office. I am a professional wholesale broker myself and run my ship in the same manner, nice and tight. I keep my appointments straight just like they do. In a time sensitive business where every individuals time is valuable, keeping to the schedule is very important. MCW has their own and their clients best interests in mind from start to finish. I find it highly doubtful that anyone would have a bad experience here. You guys got my vote!

I was A patient for over 10 years. Dr holt is a expert in his field. Although I am extremely disappointed in how his front desk staff more than once has messed up my appt. He does not want to believe it. Jessica the front desk help is rude, so thoughtless and uncaring. She has put my appts off by 15 min more than once. When jeff was in a different location and smaller practice they were more caring and professional. I am a 21 yr professional Broker who has a smart phone. All my appts are scheduled. I never have had issues putting in the wrong time w any companies or my clients. Jeff refuses to believe me and now has a 45.00 missed appt. I have called many other chiro offices in the area not one charges for missing or cancelling appts. His staff Jessica is a rude thoughtless person. I have never been treated so rude by any staff like her. I feel her life is affecting her job or she is just very controlling. If you go here repeat over and over your appt. If not you will be removed from there system. It’s sad how Jeff and his practice really doesn’t care. Jessica is the reason it has gotten so badly

Had a nerve impingement in my back from Yoga. Had three months physical therapy at another location, didn’t help. Had an MRI, several x-​rays, and many Dr. visits that wasted my time with drugs. Went to Dr. Jeff after reading Unilocal Reviews and experienced for myself true healing. I had instant relief after two weeks and pain free with in a month. This was a year ago. Now, when I feel I just need an adjustment, I pop in. Very welcoming, friendly service. And Jess at the front desk, she rocks!

Dr. Jeff and Dr. Jill are the dynamic Chiro duo!
I see Dr. Jeff more times than not and he’s such a down to earth guy. He’s great about really trying to understand where your pain is coming from and getting you involved in finding solutions. I also enjoy the fact that he educates you on what’s most likely the cause of your pain which makes it easier for you to be more conscientious about things like posture.
Not only that but he makes the whole visit comfortable and friendly by initiating good conversation during adjustments. And last but not least, he has you leaving feeling wonderful! Weeks of neck pain gone by the time I’ve walked out the door. It takes a very skilled and educated Dr to pull that off.
I’ve seen several Chiropractors in the area and nobody compares. Some places I’ve left feeling ever worse than when I went in and my experiences had me wondering why people ever saw chiropractors. Now I get it!
Bottom line is I will continue seeing Dr. Jeff as long as I need chiropractic care and I strongly urge others to do so as well!

This practice is the best I’ve been to! Their approach is very effective; even more so than I anticipated. I came here after experiencing an unfortunate injury that left me temporarily disabled for 16 months. Today I’ve nearly fully recovered-​thanks almost exclusively to this office. I’ve been fortunate enough to pursue my regular active lifestyle again, work more productively, and enjoy life without the inconvenience of severe pain. The entire office is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this practice to my own friends and family.

Dr. Jeff is one of the most knowledgable chiropractic I yet to come across.
I was skeptical in the beginning but over time and treatment I was able to see huge improvements in my mobility, functionality and health.

I have always had low back problems and had tried everything except for chiropractic care. After my consistent pain level rose higher than it had been before, I decided to give chiropractic care a try. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical, but went in with an open mind. I went to a different chiropractor in the area and after 2 weeks of going 3 times per week and my symptoms getting worse, not better, I almost gave up on chiropractic care, but I’m glad that I didn’t! After my first visit at Mill Creek Wellness, I had more relief than Id had in awhile. I love their whole-​body approach to care and how well they explain what they are doing.
After waking up with pain down my leg, I got in for a same day visit and am feeling a lot better.
I would definitely recommend to friends!

Been a patient for the last few years. I had a couple previous accidents and I am a hair dresser full time so I always have back shoulder and neck issues! Dr Holt has been amazing and isn’t the type to make you come back each week so he can make $ he works with your needs, schedule and financial situation! He even offered to see me free of charge after I went through a horrible painful miscarriage. I have seen Dr. Tucci about 3 times and I love her approach as well their styles component each other well where you can alternate seeing each of them all the time. I love how despite how much this business has grown you are still valued as a person every time you go in there!

I found Mill Creek Wellness because I was looking for a place close to my house that took my insurance. I moved to the area and needed some help with a pain in my neck from working on a laptop all day and very poor posture. Dr Holt was incredible. I only had 10 visits from my insurance and I had used half of them at my old chiropractor in Seattle but he was able to help me in the amount of sessions I had covered however his prices if you don’t have insurance are so reasonable (they are based on exactly what you need and how much time you need) that I continued to come in and just pay out of pocket. To help my issue they also offer massage therapy for a ridiculously low price if you sign up for a monthly package and allow them to take out of your credit card in advance. I’m getting massage for like $ 35/​hr now and it is really good!!! Love this spot!
