Great place. The front desk staff is great, welcoming, and professional. They accommodate to all your needs and make sure you’re satisfied. Dr. McCormick fixed my lower back pain and even got on the ground to do the exercises with me when it came to teaching me how to do them. Anytime I have back pain he fixes it right away. He’s a great guy and has a great personality.

I went to Dr. McCormick skeptical that my migraines would be alleviated. Nothing had worked in the several years I’d been trying to get rid of them, and no one knew the source. Other doctors wanted to mask my symptoms with drugs, but I wanted to not have headaches anymore. I liked McCormick’s drug-​free approach and thought I’d give it a try.
Well, I’m amazed and thrilled. I did get one or two headaches at the beginning of treatment, but that was way less than I normally had to deal with (one every week or two, lasting 24 hour and causing me to be bedridden). Plus, they were shorter and less intense. Best of all, over the course of treatment (12 weeks) the headaches disappeared. I haven’t had one headache in over a month! I’m going to keep up with occasional «maintenance» visits because I want to be proactive and keep my body working well.
I’ve recommended Dr. McCormick to friends who have migraines.

I found Justin McCormick after suffering from migraines most of my life. I had a severe headache and realized it was enough and needed more help then the pills I had prescribed to take to prevent them. I found him by searching on Internet and he seemed to have a philosophy that aimed at helping people regain quality of life. When I met him in person it was confirmed to me that he wanted to help me. I am currently on my second month of treatment and feel a drastic improvement in my pain. My headaches have decreased dramatically and my back pain is occasional. I have more days of being pain free. This is a big change as I was used to being in pain all the time and losing out in fun activities with loved ones. I have done PT, decompression and his adjustments. I will start massage as well soon. The staff is caring, friendly and professional.

Ive been going to Dr. McCormick for the past several years. My initial injury was adjusted and I felt great after about 6 months of treatments.
Recently I was rear ended and I started feeling pain again. I went back in and he is great still. I do not like the physical therapy portion, however, as I feel that if I wanted to go through physical therapy I’d contact a seperate doctor for that service. I also don’t do massage there… I don’t believe they have a message therapist but rather one of the massage chairs.
Overall, however, he does a great job and I’d return to him again.

Steer clear. Ms Kong or Anderson Enterprised, that she’ll have you make checks out to, will scam your insurance, dbl bill, won’t return calls!!! Definitely DO NOT put your body in the care of this place!!!

I did some research on spinal decompression and got some mixed information, positive and negative but I did find that the drx 9000 machine was one of two machines getting more positive reviews, planet uses this machine, and actually has two of them, I chose their location despite having to drive for 40 minutes each way because of this. My first time in Dr mckormick’s staff gave me a questionnaire I filled that out and then I spoke to him for a while, he said that decompression did not seem like the answer to my problems but asked if i would like to get an xray (which was the only thing my insurance ever covered at this office) I opted to get the xray because I needed a solution, I was living in pain and hating life. A few days later I got a call back from a staff member who asked if I would set up a time to return and «discuss the results» once in, dr mckormick informed me that «good news!» I was in fact a candidate for spinal decompression he explained to me with extreme arrogance and as if he were talking to a child the science behind spinal decompression and compressed discs and the gave me a verbal quiz on the subjects covered to which he expected a response. Dr mckormick left me to a staff member who would explain to me the details relating to costs and options available, and if I sign up today I will save X percent off of this ridiculously expensive treatment, but don’t worry! We finance! They put their sell on me and I was apprehensive just due to the manner in which they interacted with me which I found to be very disrespectful and uncaring, I was reasonable convinced that I wanted to go through with decompression. I chose to stay, doing decompression 3 days a week for 8 weeks, I believe the total cost was around 4k. As a general trend in my visits I would show up, Ice, heat, get thrown on the table and stretched for 15 minutes, my questions would be ignored or before I finished them they would be disregarded for the question dr mckormick assumed I was asking, it always seemed as though he didn’t have the time to bother with my concerns. Upwards of half the times that I was in there I would have my session administered by a receptionist at the office, it seemed as though they did not want me to progress, you are supposed to graduate up in weight as you grow accustomed to the current weight they have the machine set at, the receptionists generally did not feel comfortable raising the weight for me and dr mckormick only did so when he felt compelled, and it always seemed as though they wanted the process to go on as long as possible which made sense when I discovered that the 4000 I had been paying them had not been enough and they wanted me to continue to see them every two weeks at a cost of 70 dollars per session, which I did a few times but after seeing little results from them so far and being frustrated by their practices I was done with the games.
I would not necessarily recommend against decompression but I can whole-​hardheartedly recommend against this office.

Awesome!!! Dr. McCormick helped me with a neck injury after falling off a dock. Decompression therapy is worth EVERY penny.

Although the chiropractic treatment I received was fine, I experienced billing problems that they absolutely refuse to address. Not all the payments I made were reflected in my written statements & I ending up double-​paying. I have been waiting 7 weeks for a refund & all I get is the runaround. The people at the chiropractic office know nothing; they say to take it up with Alexander Enterprises, who handles the billing. But their address is the same as the Planet Chiropractic! And Alexander Ent. say to take it up with the chiropractor, who no longer works at that office. I have no contact info for the chiropractor. It’s been too long to dispute the credit card payment, so it looks like they will just keep my money. Front desk staff? Well, I’ve seen worse. But the last time I was there, two young ladies sat behind the desk & completely ignored me while I signed in on the clipboard & sat down. They did not even look up. Whoever trains them does not have a clue.

We love it here! We see Dr. Dan on a family plan (which has also been cost effective, and broke down into something more manageable for our budget) my husband, my son and I really find this place to be as good as it gets.
The front desk staff goes above and beyond, offering a warm & comfortable environment for families with young children. They have a small play area and all the staff and other clients have always greeted us with kindness, and understanding for my over-​active and incredibly curious 2 & 4 year old. Even offering «extra entertainment» for the kids, like front desk play and printing coloring pictures, when I have had longer appointments, and my husband is running late from work.
The chiropractic treatments themselves have been thorough, and effective. I have never felt rushed in an appointments. They have loads of different modern looking equipment, and the treatment approach has been gentle and varied, which I like. I don’t find them pushy sales people AT ALL! In fact, quite the opposite, I asked why there is not more info about this place online, it is such a great little tucked away place… right behind Reigning Imagination on the main strip of Mill Creek Town Center, right below La Palmera Mexican Restraunt, this place is a Gem!
As they say «Dan is the Man», we’ve been to a few different Chiro places in Seattle… This place by far surpasses and exceeds our expectations. We feel better, Dan has been good at figuring out what ails us, and even our 4 year old looks forward to his appointments with Dr. Dan and «the woodpecker» :-)
This place should not be missed. Easy flexible appointments, and great lines of supplements like high quality omega-​3, B vitamins and Colonix available at the front desk too. Do it. Call today. You’ll start feeling amazing and be happy you did ;-)

. The website only has the other doctor (Dr. McCormick) talking about treating migraine. I was treated by Dr. David Meyer for more than 2 months (you have to go 3 times per week for the first month, twice a week for the second month, and once per week for the third month) and it cost more than $ 2500 (I got a 10% discount because I paid it off at once and another 10% because I went for the treatment right there when he presented to me). Throughout the whole thing, Dr. Meyer acts like he could care less about your health. He doesn’t really check up on your appointments and it wasn’t because the clinic is that busy. The routine for my treatment is to go there and start inhaling oxygen for 15 minutes (but sometimes a lot longer because Dr. Meyer forgets about you) and then he would do adjustment on you for less than 3 minutes. I found no improvement at all after 2 months of treatments, and I still get migraines and have to throw up and go through the same kind of pain. I understand that the treatment doesn’t work for everyone, but I still don’t think Dr. Meyer spent enough time with me and gave me enough attention to try to solve the problem. I would not recommend anyone having to go through this useless treatment, it’s just a big waste of time and money. I feel like this whole thing is a scam and you cannot really take any legal action on them since they promise nothing, they just tell you that the success rate is about 80% on average to make you fall for it.
