Gary and his crew have done great work for us over the years. We lived in the house through a full kitchen remodel and he and his guys made it as pleasant as a remodel can be. His workers do great quality work, show up on time and were respectful, and super nice to our kids. For big jobs and small I would highly recommend his work.

Gary Serrono Construction has become our go-​to-​guy. The work is first rate, as is he and his entire crew. We did a very large upper and lower deck, entry stairs, and new fencing that we couldn’t be happier with. We did a very large addition to our house before we met Gary and I’m only sorry he didn’t also do that work. He is a fabulous find for anyone looking for a construction firm.

When we decided to move forward with our kitchen renovation, hiring the right contractor was key. We were not just making a cosmetic change, we were taking the kitchen down to the studs and essentially rebuilding it. And, in the process we were moving appliances – involving rewiring, new plumbing, moving the venting for the stove and various other challenges. We were tempted to go with the lowest bid but in the end decided to go with Serrano Construction because we believed they would deliver a quality project on time and on budget. We were right! The kitchen is beautiful and is equally functional. And it was completed within our budget and on time.
We were so happy we didn’t accept the lowball bid or inexperienced contractor’s enticing proposal. We wanted to avoid running into that age old problem – construction costs go up because the contractor didn’t factor in predictable challenges once construction begins. Or, the homeowner is faced with delays because the contractor didn’t properly schedule sub-​contractors or didn’t have the goods on site at the right time. Our friends had plenty of these stories and we had been down that path before.
Serrano Construction does high quality work. Their crew is respectful and straightforward and they are easy to work with. We lived in the house during construction and the workers were so meticulous in their clean up each day that we hardly notice our house was torn up. Gary communicated immediately when there were challenges and endured our non-​stop questions and comments. He even rescheduled parts of the job when we made a last minute decision that we «had to have» glass tiles added to the floor design. We asked him to delay installation of the floor. The chain reaction the delay caused required a bit of scrambling. He had to rework sub-​contractors schedules which had all been set based on the floor going in two weeks earlier. He worked it out, without complaint and without an additional charge! Serrano Construction is the best!
