He came out the next day. I had a 2-​hour window and he came right in the middle of it and called ahead when he was on his way. Very professional and courteous. Little things like telling me how I could use my neighbors to get water rather than the good old bucket and pan method, making sure that everything filled since they had to turn the water on. I was curious and he was great about explaining what they were doing and how it worked. Cost was reasonable. Leak was exactly located for when the plumber came out.

Came out within a day of calling for a video inspection. Was a little expensive, but they had the right gear, took only 30 minutes to cam my whole sewer line and write up a quick report on their findings.
For $ 300-​ish, they gave me a DVD keepsake of my sewer line from end to end. Fortunately for me, that’s where this story ends as my sewer line was completely intact and No Trouble Found.
Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Would use them again for any future video inspection and subsurface locating needs i may have.

When we did copper repiping with Nelson Plumbing (also Five Star for Nelson Plumbing), we found the need to locate our sewer. PJ from Nelson Plumbing recommended C. Cruz and gave him a call. Chris from C. Cruz came within 2 hours, did his marvelous job to locate the sewer, and gave us good news about our sewer. His price is reasonable too.

These guys have come out a couple times to our house to do video inspection of our sewer line. With the video and report they supplied, we were able to get the city to fix a serious root intrusion issue that a city tree was causing on our property. Their video inspection pinpointed the issue was within a few feet.

C. Cruz is the most experienced locator you will ever find. If you have a leak in your water or gas piping under a cement slab, call these guys. They will pinpoint it exactly!
I am a small plumbing contractor and we have used other locators in the past, only to find out after breaking concrete that the locate was not accurate. This ends up costing the contractor time and money, and you can’t go to your customer later and say that you need more money because you didn’t locate the problem accurately, so it hurts to use the wrong company.
They are very reasonable, too. They are dependable and have great service. I will use them again in the future.
