Eddy responded to my plea for help. My toilet tank had been making flushing sounds for quite some time, and in my apartment building neighbors tend to report sounds coming from other neighbors’ apartments, so I couldn’t pretend it wasn’t happening. Turned out that the line leading from the water supply had become dislodged and was responsible for the sounds that were coming at 6-​minute intervals. Eddy was courteous and polite the whole time, never made me feel like the idiot I must have seemed like for not knowing something so basic! He was in and out of my apartment in record time. The only «negative» was my having to wait for an hour past what our agreed-​upon appointment time was, but I knew that meant Gladiator was taking their time with another customer who probably was grateful for the extra time spent with them, so I was OK with the wait. Since I’m writing this review I have to be perfectly honest! Thanks, Gladiator. I’ll be using your services again…
