Established in 2015.
chef Tim started Bucks Grill house in 1995. In Spring of 2015 we reopened as the Atomic Lounge and the MOAB Burger co. We sell great burgers, and fantastic Southwest cuisine in the Lounge

Tim completed culinary school in Santa Barbara and then went to work at some amazing Farm to Table concepts in the area, including the San Isidro Ranch and the Wine Cask. When his wife became pregnant, we wanted to raise his family in his home town of Moab, Utah. He then moved back to Utah and opened the Center Café
