My experience at this store was fantastic from beginning to end. My daughter wanted a specific ugg boot that was sold out everywhere, including in this store. The manager Rafael was so helpful and accommodating. Not only did he find them at the Sacramento location, he had them shipped to my house at no additional charge. My 14 year old is thrilled. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant. We will be back! A+

Do not shop here terrible customer service. And the manager is extremely unprofessional. Stride Rite is priced the same and has much better customer service and are much more professional.

Great place to get shoes for kids they got just about every kind of tennis shoe a kid could want, plain or very colorful. You can’t go wrong shopping here. Prices are compatible to other shoe stores for kids.
