Shelly is Amazing! Always helpful just a all around awesome person Very good customer skills. Amanda is great as well and a lot of other workers are awesome they just make you feel comfortable going in there because let’s be honest we spend a lot of money going in there so we should feel comfortable. The only down side is the lines sometimes but what else can you expect Vs is always busy. Thanks guys for being great!

To be honest, for my age I far prefer VS over Pink. However, I feel like the employees here don’t take me seriously because of my age. NEVER have I been greeted by a worker at this store, asked if I needed any help, or if I was doing okay. From one retail worker from another, treat all customers of all ages with the same regard!

For as busy as the store is the staff doesn’t work with sense of urgency. Good thing Im able to help myself when it comes to finding products.

Sheli was amazing from the minute I engaged with her to when I checked out. I was looking for a sports bra and she recommended one that I just thought I wouldn’t like because it looked too bulky. Wow, it fit like a glove and even better than the sports bra I had in mind. She also recommended the Dream Angels bra that is just so pretty! She helped me used my coupons to get the maximum amount of discounts possible. She was attentive and answered all my annoying questions and always looked eager to help. I’ve NEVER received such amazing customer service at ANY department or clothing store. I will look for her next time and already look forward to my next visit.

Anna here was super nice. She’s bubbly and talkative and she provides excellent customer service. Her suggestions are also amazing.

I came into Victoria Secret about a month ago. I needed to get a new bra and wanted to fitted for one and then try on a more form fitting bra. Right away I was helped, a lady had came up and I told her what I needed. She took my measurements and then handed me a paper and walked me in back to the dressing room to be helped by a bra specialist. I told her the type of bra I was interested in and she was very through in making sure I was happy with the right bra. I left VS very happy. I love my new bras

One of the emplyees was so rude to me she ignored me in the fiting rooms and she gave gave me a lecture over how to properly hold a VS bra. She was very irritated and to me that was horrible customer service. I come here to feel comfortable shopping. Not to get lectured over something so petty. I should of lectured her for poor customer service skills.

Stood in line for literally 20 minutes while a Manger said all other employes can’t ring up customers. Then 2 minutes later 3 employees show up at the register. Very unprofessional… I hate it here…

Isabel is amazing ! She knew what she was talking about and helped me pick out three perfumes. She made my experience excellent.

My very first time shopping at the location in modesto and my item had to be ordered. This was on March 10,2014, I was told the item wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be shipped until beginning of May. «WOW’ …So here it is May 20^th and no item delivered. I called the modesto store and after being put on hold FOREVER, I was given a 800 number because they never placed my order… WHAT…
I called the 800 number and they took great care of me and should receive my item by end of May. ‘THANK YOU’…
Not a great experience in modesto… I think Ill just order online…

Fun store. Awful employees. Maybe if you walk in modeling there lingerie you’ll grab there attention so they can help you, otherwise, good luck as the employees are usually too busy checking themselves out in the mirror or just purposely ignoring you because you aren’t sexy enough. Even the gays here are very rude half the time. Otherwise, pretty good selection and love the store now after the remodeling.

Came in here because I got a $ 10 Off Coupon in the mail & was overdue for a comfy bra. The store was really crowded so it was hard to squeeze around people and find what I wanted. Thankfully a Sales Girl came over and saved me lots of time!
By convincing me to get measured in the dressing room, she saved me from getting the wrong fit and style all while going out and grabbing everything I asked for for me so I didn’t have to navigate around a crowded store with my small child in tow.
In the end, I found a perfect fit, saved $ 10 plus got a free undie and even got to keep the $ 10 Off to reuse!
Only downside is that the checkout took longer then I hoped, but as I said it was crowded when I went in.

I checked out their half yearly clearance, and there was ample bras, help, and boobs.
My only complaint is that their prices were often mismarked, in that the same style of bra would have different prices; reflecting a 1 to 4 dollar spread. The sales staff was accommodating though, and would immediately give you the lower priced boulder-​holder.
Seemed like a nice store.

I hate this VS location. Yes, their customer service sucks. Some of the associates completely ignore the customers and instead spend time chit-​chatting and trying on makeup.

Customer service lacks. I have stopped shopping at this particular location because of it. Wish there were more ‘competing’ boutique places so I can try them. Unfortunatly not many.
I stopped buying here once I became pregnant and came in for nursing bras… they don’t have them! They don’t carry them??? its a undergarment store? Sorry I guess Nursing bras are not sexy enough to carry!

I’ve been overdue for a new bra so I decided to come here because the only place I get my bras are from VS. I came here wanting the bombshell. Luckily one of the girls advised me to go to the fitting room and try on all the bras that was my size. Went in and tried the bras and once I tried the bombshell, I did not like it. Luckily I found a bra that I liked. The ladies that worked in the fitting room was really nice. They kept checking on me to see if i was doing good or if i need more bras to try on. Seriously, if it wasn’t for that lady that persuaded me to try on other bras besides the bombshell, I would’ve been unhappy.

Hiya, I really don’t shop here. I’m not built right for this kind of shopping. I just wanted to be the first person to Unilocal it. lmao. I do have a friend who shops at Vickie’s place and likes the place cuz she keeps going back to buy more stuff. So if she says it’s good then it’s good. I trust her judgement.
