Always Reliable Towing and Roadside

This is a great towing company. Dave on the phone was super nice. I needed my car moved from the right side of my driveway into the left side of my garage. The car could not be pushed. I have AAA but they would not do that. Two guys came and moved it perfectly with the right equipment in less than 10 minutes. I had a great expedience. Thank you.

I’m forever thankful for Always Reliable Towing! I had the toughest couple of weeks due to issues with my vehicle, from my tire blowing on the freeway, my car being hit while parked to ultimately my starter going out a week after. I was so unsure of who to contact and I found them. It was a blessing in disguise. They were so helpful and caring of my situation. They communicated with me the entire time to make sure I knew they were on the way to help. Eddie was the driver that day and he was so kind and helpful. He helped me get my car to my mechanic and made sure that I felt safe and that things would get better. I would recommend them to everyone I know. So reliable, honest and genuine company. Customer Service was amazing! You will not regret giving them your business. Thank you again Always Reliable Towing!

I called to to get a quote on how much it would be to have my car (just the frame, no wheels) towed away. He asked for my location and said would call me back in 5 mins but he never did. Called again later and still nothing. Not reliable at all. Very disappointing.

Kirk was a professional 6 months ago. I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning flat bed tow, he was 20 minute early. He took care of my very low, expensive classic car. One of the best, professional tows I’ve ever had. However, I would hesitate to recommend since i tried to schedule another tow last weekend and he completely ignored my phone calls a messages. The voice message says «we will call you back in five minutes». I never got a single call back after leaving him 2 very nice messages with my phone number. Apparently he doesn’t need the work or didn’t want to do it, but at least TELL me you aren’t interested or say NO. Lost this customer and all my other friends.

Where do I begin! By far the best service I’ve ever received from a roadside assistance company! I am so appreciative of Kirk who showed up within 10 minutes, was super friendly and gave me a full education on what type of starter battery I needed for my Lexus Hybrid. After researching several companies and receiving quotes from $ 130 to $ 189 not including installation (some companies wouldn’t install it all because its a hybrid) I called Kirk and asked what he thought. He said he thought he had one at his shop and wouldn’t charge me to install it and wanted only $ 63 bucks! I couldn’t believe it! He drove all the way back to his shop, hand delivered a battery, had it installed within minutes and was gone so fast I hardly had to time to say thank you! He was like the masked-​do-​gooder of roadside service! Thank you Kirk for being so reliable, honest and for going the extra mile! I have been telling all my friends about you and Always Reliable. 5-​STARS ALL THE WAY!

Amazing called them at 5 am they showed up in 20 min and it took less then 10 min to open my vehicle.

Today I locked my keys in the trunk of my Passat. I called VW roadside assistance and they insisted that my keys could not be retrieved remotely and that it would have to be towed to the nearest dealership. They said that even if I were to get into the car, the trunk pop latch wouldn’t work unless the car was unlocked by key. I gave in and trusted that they were the experts, accepted that the remainder of my nice day at the beach was ruined, and would be spent waiting for a tow truck in 100 degree heat… and then there was the icing on the cake: my roadside assistance for my lease was no longer valid, so I’d get to pay for it all too. Oh goody!
But wait, it gets better!
After waiting 2.5 hours, the VW customer service rep cancelled Always Reliable’s tow (!!!) and called to inform me that he had requested an additional $ 300 and so they had no choice but to switch companies. This meant (yep, you guessed it) tack on another 90 minute wait for my new tow since every nearby company was busy. At this point I was livid.
Within two minutes of hanging up, the guy from Always Reliable (I forgot his name, I think he was the owner) called me and asked if I was still waiting, and why they cancelled his tow. I said yes and I explained that they told me he was charging an extra $ 300, and he told me that was a complete lie. Furthermore, he said he had just opened a 2014 VW in his garage and popped the trunk by folding down the back seats, and that he was going to come help me get my keys out of my trunk FOR FREE just to prove a point! He did exactly that, and I had my keys in my hand within five minutes of his arrival and called VW to cancel my new tow. He refused to accept any payment despite saving me hundreds.
The moral of the story is that this guy is legit and to not trust third party roadside assistance service providers. This dude went the extra mile and I commend him for that. If you want a job done right by someone who isn’t just going to rip you off like so many others do, call Always Reliable. One of the few honest tow/​roadside assistance services I have encountered.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. My car broke down yesterday. I called them and they were at my location in no time. Great service. Highly recommended. Their prices are good too, so thats a PLUS!

When I called always reliable they told me they would be at my location within 10 – 15 minutes which I thought was a lie but in fact it was true!!! I have always dealt with different roadside companies and they always take FOREVEEER! Anyway, my beautiful baby girls had locked my keys in the car. BUMMER! when Daniel arrived he was able to unlock it in like 5 seconds !!! i was VERY VERY IMPRESSED!!! Five Stars for Always Reliable !!! Will use them again, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT !!! Thank you DANIEL!!!

I’m a deliveryman, and sometimes I’m in such a hurry and I forget to put gas in, and to get gas out too me with the insurance company is 80 as with my att roadside assistance is 70, well «always reliable» is way way less, and much quicker, the gentlemen I called on the phone was very nice, as was the guy who brought gas to me was nice and very helpful. So if you want reasonable prices and and helpful people, this is the place to call –Pizzaman

Always reliable is definitely reliable. I needed to get my van towed and they came through. They gave me a good price, the guy took care not to damage my van. Overall I would recommend them to friends and family.

my Fisker was dead and I was not able to jump it but Kirk took the time to call my dealer ahead of our schedule appointment and was able to jump start the car with his equipment. AND he was not going to charge me for anything and was ready to go. I thought otherwise and instead of driving the car to my dealer for service, I asked Kirk to tow the car to Santa Monica anyway. Kirk was extremely curteous and professional about his work. He took really good care while loading my Fisker onto his flatbed. I will recommend Kirk strongly to anyone who needs a reliable tow, no pun intended.

Kirk, is sucha helpful guy. This is by far the best service I’ve had from a towing company. My car went off a 100ft cliff and even they knew the car was totaled they still took the care and time to make sure they didn’t further damage it. Their whole team was both helpful, careful and efficient. I wouldn’t trust any other towing company to take care of my porsche but I would definitely recommend always reliable. As their name states. They are always reliable. Don’t even think about any other towing company. You won’t get as near as good service as always reliable. 5 stars!!!

Craig was a lifesaver. I needed my brother’s car towed after it died on the freeway in Duarte and didn’t know who to call. He was very helpful, showed up quickly, towed the car to Pasadena, and did so all at an extremely fair price. I strongly recommend that anyone who needs a tow truck call this group.

Kirk, Thank you so much for the amazing service! My mom’s car wouldn’t start and he sent Daniel to come over and try to jump start it because his towing guys were on another call. I think it’s amazing that when the jump start didn’t work you didn’t charge us for making the trip out, and also gave me multiple numbers to other companies to help us out sooner. Can’t say thank you enough :)

I called several tow companies in Arcadia, Duarte, El Monte and Pasadena that wanted me to wait for up to two hours it was obvious that nobody wanted to come to Monrovia and jump start my car at 1am on Friday. Eddie came out in about 20 minutes and really gave fantastic service. 45 dollars was the charge and he was so nice I gave him a tip. They are truly Always Reliable. When others are not.
