I recently got into a car accident and decided to take my car to Auto car since it was very close to my workplace. They were very professional and put me to ease as soon as I walked in. They promised to have my car fixed as soon as possible. They quoted me 7 days and as I was promised my car was ready in 7 days. I could not have been happier to pick up my car. Auto Car did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

not only the towing service was excellent, but also the quality repair done on my car .
I was involved in rear end collision and previously had some scratches on my front bumper cant believe they not only did excellent job but painted my front bumper on the house .

Worst experience ever with their tow service. I have no idea why AAA uses this company, they are terrible!!!
The driver was the biggest loser ever, very rude, disrespectful, mean and just plain unhappy and unhelpful.
They took an hour to get to me.
When he arrived he had the worst attitude problem I have seen.
I had a legitimate service medical diabetic alert dog and he wanted to put it outside the cabin!!! wtf!!!
He took the longest way to the mechanics even when I told him not to do so.
Ignorant man !!
The company didn’t call to apologize but an official complaint was filed with AAA
I hope they go out of business soon!

I can’t recommend this place enough, the customer service was outstanding! My car was pretty much in pieces after a horrible accident. My car looks brand new the body shop was beyond great! They even gave me a $ 50 gift card to Nordstrom. Come here for quality work!

These guys came courtesy of triple AAA. They came in 15 minutes. To jump mccar. They were friendly and got my car up and running in 5 minutes. Extremely nice guys. Didn’t try to oversell anything. Thanks !

Towing was legit… the rest of there company is crap not even aaa likes dealing with them and there affiliated… Terry your best not to go with these guys.

This company has the worst customer service EVER! Today I called AAA due to a dead battery. Auto Care was chosen as the vendor, the service man who came out was so rude that I refused his help and was willing to wait until AAA sent me another Service Man.
I don’t want to waste my time here explaining the rude actions of this services man. I’d rather post a one star review and warn any readers of this comment to keep searching and don’t waste your time with Auto Care.

Ok gotta say, AWESOME
Went to liquor store and when I came out, car is dead. This has happened a few times recently and assuming its a battery I ask another customer for a jump. The last few times this happened it took a few minutes too start but this time nothing.
Guys at liquor store tell me I can leave the car there till 6 am (it was near midnight) but for reasons not wanting to discuss, I can’t leave it over night. Luckily a friend of mine was coming over and she took me home so I can look for a tow truck.
Thank goodness I wasn’t stuck there waiting because it took 2 hours of calling around before I found this place. Of the calls I made, I was told
CHP has our trucks for at least another hour
We have a 5 mile minimum for tows
We charge $ 125 hook up and charge 5 mile min at $ 5 a mile
$ 90 miniYou’re too far away
I called here and THANK HEAVEN!!! Guy said he’d be there in 15 min charging me a price so low I don’t want to say because I worry the guy may get in trouble. I thought great, can get cash at store and all wonderful. Well I got to liquor store and their machine wasn’t working so I thought I left SOME cash at home I could give him rest when he dropped me off plus tip.
When the driver came he ended up trying to jump the car, tested the battery, then showed me it was the starter, banged on some part of the car got it started and then I realized, I was still a lot short (even though he didn’t take me the .7 mi, he still came all the way out and all) he said it was nothing, not to worry, accepted what I could give him and went on his way

Very poor service. the towing part is fine its the so called repair center that is a joke. if you want something done cheaply but over priced these are the guys to go. Romeo tries to be professional however after you get your car back you will find greasy fingerprints everywhere. When I told the so called cashier she just said it was already like that when it came in. I tried to explain to her then why is the rest of the car clean and glossy but she was too busy enjoying her cell phone. I was told the old parts would be in the trunk and yet behold my trunk was empty. I was also told my brake rotors would be resurfaced when I had my brakes done. At $ 85 an hour I should of gone to the real mechanics at a dealership. not even 5 months down the road I went to another shop to find out I need brakes again. the Midas mechanic showed me the original rotors were never resurfaced and that’s why my pads wore down so fast. Auto Car only give a 3 month 3000 miles warranty because they know their work is shady. If you don’t believe me go and see for yourself. Just driving through the back ally to get there makes you feel uncomfortable.

my car broke down in Sierra Madre… I do not understand why the AAA sent these people from a hole in San Gabriel… the woman Danniela it was so rude told me 25 minutes «high volume of calls» that is a lie!!! she was so rude, when I’d complaint about the one hour wait she told me «so do you want me to cancel the service call?»…“I am in charge now”…I can not believe the AAA use this kind of people!!! such a bad service… don’t you see the bad reviews below??? is exactly the same issues… AAA wake up and use professional companies… I will contact AAA soon

Waited forever for these folks to show when I was given a set time frame from AAA. They called to say they would be late, however it had been over a 30 minute wait. The young man who helped out was very nice and sincere. The dispatcher who called me was rude. Kind of in between in service here. They’re not nearby, which is the fault of AAA but either way it was meh service.

this company should really consider hiring drivers that obey the law. this morning one of there drivers driivng a flat bed tow truck
almost ran me off the road he was exceeding the speed limit cuting people off seriously asshole i was really nervous driving with this idiot on the road. since this company is approved by triple a i will be calling them and making a compalint this really does not look good for your company, i would never come to your comapny and have any work done or have you tow my vehicle.

Truck stopped on the freeway Tuesday right before Thanksgiving got towed at 4pm, the driver told me that his shop was still open and took me there. They were more than helpful suggesting a place where I might get a rental car nearby. They replaced the timing belt by 2pm the next day and I was able to get home before Thanksgiving. Excellent service and it was reasonably priced though it is a bit secluded this is great place to take your car; if I ever have another emergency in the area I will return with no reservations.

If you want to have your car well taken care of (at least as good as the dealer’s, if not better) while saving a significant amount of money compared to the dealership, go to Frank and his team at Auto Car. I stumbled into their shop off sheer luck and have been extremely blessed to have done so ever since!
One Saturday last fall, my car (a Honda Accord v6 Coupe) simply conked out on the road and I called AAA for a tow truck. I was going to have my car towed to another shop that I have trusted (although they were still on the expensive side), but they were already closed. Seeing my predicament, the tow truck driver mentioned that he worked for a shop that was opened. Needless to say, I agreed to try it. I wouldn’t go to anyone else anymore other than Frank unless I was absolutely desperate.
Why, might you ask? Frank and his team not only treat everyone with a great amount of respect and care, but he takes the time to explain exactly what is going on with your car without insulting your intelligence if he senses that you already know what he is talking about. He never makes you feel ignorant about cars although he is quite knowledgeable himself. Additionally, Frank is always upfront about costs, and if he can find a way to save you money without cutting corners, he will do it on his own initiative! It can be hard to find a highly competent, extremely honest and forthright, respectful auto shop, owner, and mechanic nowadays, but I was fortunate to find all those at Auto Car.
Furthermore, my wife is a little resistant to change and had always taken her car to the dealership for her «peace of mind.» After having taken my car to Frank a few times and convincing her to let me take her car (a Honda Civic Ex) in for a major service, my wife also praises Auto Car highly now.
Do yourself a favor next time your car needs some work. Go to Frank at Auto Car. Even the CHP trusts him with their cars!
