All Time Gas and Diesel Repair

A shop that try’s to soak EVERY dollar out of you they can. These guys act like they are going broke and need you to bail them out. Scary to say the least. Removed my vehicle before they could try and gouge me for un needed repairs that they forgot they were the ones that serviced the items they claimed needed servicing 3 mos ago, OOPS. Is it impossible to find a trusted shop anymore?

Best place to take your car for repairs, I was having problems with my car electrical, had been to two others places in Glendora, and they could not fix the problem, All Time did and found the problem with ease, Scott was very nice. I was having electrical problems for over two months, with two tows, and just making it home another time, the others could not find it, but just talking to them when I took it in, I knew they would.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this shop. I took my truck into this shop for an engine oil leak. I had a scheduled appointment but my truck was not even looked at until nearly one week later. I spent a lot of money at the shop over multiple visits and was without my truck for several weeks over a period of about one year due to coming back to have warranty work performed after the initial work did not solve the initial oil leak problem. I soon found out that the oil leak was misdiagnosed after I eventually took the truck to 3 other diesel repair shops who all diagnosed the oil leak the same but different than what All Time originally diagnosed it. I took the truck back to All Time under warranty and again was without my truck for 3 weeks. Work was performed based on the 3 other shops’ diagnosis but the truck came back leaking worse than when I took it in. I eventually went to another diesel shop who fixed the diagnosed oil leak problem on the first try. Turns out that the work done at All Time was «shoddy» at best. Not at all impressed with customer service at All Time nor the quality of their work. I actually lost confidence in the shop months ago but since the costly repairs were under warranty, I took the truck back to them hoping for better results. At the end of all of this, and In defense of All Time, they did refund me the full amount of the initial labor charge for resealing the oil pan after they decided that they could not help me anymore with my repair. Kudos to them for that gesture.

All Time did a great job on my truck. I needed extensive work and they completed it timely and were very thorough. Bill, Scott and Sheila were more than helpful and really went the extra mile for me. I definitely will be going back if and when I need work done.

What a bunch of liars and thieves. I spent several thousand dollars on my car for repaire\s/ THey broke things on the car and tried to cosmetically repair the damage. to get it off the lot. I wouldnt let them near my daughter’s Razor. With a quality outfit like Sakos down the street it is remarkable that they are still in business.

Took my truck here for the first time after hearing about them from a few coworkers. They are very knowledgeable, Bill was able to diagnose and make recommendations for my particular year diesel truck. Will definitely come back again.
Their parking lot is full of all types of diesel trucks. If you are having a major service done, you should make an appointment.

This place used to be great! No anymore! The lat few visits they took forever! Truck was there for more than a month. To make maters worse, we are still fixing problems… Crossed threaded bolts, loose hose clamps, loose fuel lines… Can’t say for sure how it happened, but I was a good customer of theirs and will NEVER go back!

Not a great experiance

These guys are great. Working with Bill and Kevin has been great they take the time to explain everything they recommend or due. I have a 2003 F250 7.3 Diesel and wouldn’t have anybody but these guys work on it. Been to a couple mechanics with this truck before I found them and All Time Diesels knowledge and customer service has gone way beyond the others.

Customer Service and knowledge is Fantastic. Fast Reliable service and they finished the job under the estimated cost which is usually not the case anywhere else.
