This is probably the best experience I can remember. My car broke down on the 10 freeway and luckily I was close to 360 auto works. I called them and they towed my car to the lot and help me fix my car. I cannot speak enough about how great the staff is here. They helped me in a time of need and I cannot be anymore grateful! Thank you 360 auto works!

Ok ok ok. The best body shop in la. My honda accord was involved in a car accident and I did not know where to take it. A close friend of mine suggested that I take my car here and I am glad I did. They replaced my entire bumper and made my car look better then before I brought it in for the accident. They even fixed other scratches that we’re not from the shop. Best. Body. Shop. Ever. You win by going here.

Jason and the staff at 360 were helpful and completed the job as promised. Jason walked me through the process and the time needed to get the job completed. Updated daily on the progress of the repairs and very affordable. Great job on matching the original 28 year old paint.

This auto workshop was first introduced to me by a business colleague who casually said that it was hard to find an auto mechanic place trust-​worthy enuf to follow to give business to no matter where he moved in the LA region… and this was it!
I took the hint and checked it out with such introduction — and did not leave them as my fav mechanic workshop since 2002 despite their change of business name some years ago due to a dissolution of partnership. The main guy Alan has never failed me, always giving me frank and honest assessment of repairs only when needed and at a fair price. Whenever my kids need an oil change coming back from college, they would always drop by him too. Very knowledgeable and a complete auto shop with collision repairs included. Went there recently to get my oil change for my BMW 328i very promptly done and great service despite the very busy workshop. Just noticed that they got certified as a Farmer Insurance authorized workshop — which says a lot. Most workshop would do only one kind of car, but I have seen many makes and models fixed here — from the Japs to the Germans. Looks like they are getting a lot of good vibes because of their repute of not ripping off customers. The place is looking spankier every time I visit — free kurig coffee, snacks, bev in the fridge, tv-​while-​you-​wait… etc… Overall one great place without the rip-​off pressure, nice guys to work with, and most importantly they say it as it is without the fluff and very reliably honest.

Pretty good prices and relatively fast turn around time. Received excellent customer service from Duc. You should double check the work done to your car when you receive it. On some occasions i found scratched interior (which they fixed for the most part), and they left off 2 large screws that fasten my bumper to my car. I don’t think it causes any big problems since my bumper has 4 other screws and multiple clips keeping the bumper secured. I probably would have never found out if i didn’t need to take my bumper off to work on my car and a friend pointed out i was missing screws.

I know nothing about cars. My Fiat had a burnt out tail light, and he simply replaced it for $ 10. I would have paid for more if he charged me, since I’m clueless, but he didn’t.
Jose was more than nice, answering any and all my questions about potential body work on my long-​awaited wishlist. I have a small dent in the lower lip on the side of the car, but it’s hard to notice unless you really look for it. He suggested I not get it fixed, especially since I was going to sell or trade it in a year.
I’ll definitely come back again to do maintenance and repairs!

So I brought my car in to get a estaminet and took me awhile to decide to bringing it in here. Believe me, I probably spent my whole life going to shops because I have the worst luck ever & I’m very picky about paint as well. Well anyways my friend referred me to Jason and talked to him about 30 – 40 mins about the situation. He said what all the shops would say I’ll replace this I’ll replace that blah blah blah. So I just decided to give it a try and not to over think to much. He gave me a date when the car was going to be finished. And now the part you’ve been waiting for. Jason personally called me saying my parts are here and told me to come down to the shop and check it out that’s a big plus! Second, he finished the car a day earlier big plus! Third the paint was on point! Spotless! big big plus! And last but not lease everything was fitted correctly and no Mikey mouse half ass jobs where other shops would do. Biggest plus I do recommend this shop for SoCal

I have been taking my 2009 Honda CR-​V here for the last 4 years for any kind of problems I have with my car. Time and time again, 360 AutoWorks has provided excellent repairs and maintenance for my car and has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars compared to taking my car to the dealer.
Some past repairs & maintenance have included:
— fixing an automatic locking issue due to poor sensors
— replaced catalytic converter
— replaced radiator
— oil changes
They provide the best service here and the staff are excellent, attentive, and provide awesome service. I highly recommend them to all my friends and Unilocalers.

ONE WORD SUMMARY: Trustworthy.
DETAILS:
Car — BMW X5
Problem — broken side mirror cover trim.
Compare — at another auto body shop (large chain, S* Collision), estimate was almost $ 1,000 to replace the side mirror assembly.
360 AutoWorks — recommended that I purchase original BMW side mirror cover trim; they will install it in 20 minutes.
Solution (following 360 AutoWorks recommendation)
— purchased original BMW side mirror cover trim (from a local BMW dealer) for less than $ 100.
— took it to 360 AutoWorks
— 360 AutoWorks removed the broken trim and installed the new trim in less than 15 minutes.
— 360 AutoWorks labor charge was very fair.
My conclusion on this matter:
+ 360 AutoWorks recommended the most efficient (and least costly and least time consuming) repair.
+ 360 AutoWorks did not take advantage of people like me (with very little knowledge of auto body repair business) to drive up prices.

The BEST!!! The people there are super nice and totally amazing! They take care your car like take care baby, they fix your car like return you a new one, the best part is they have the best price!!! I will never go to other place any more!!! LOVE IT！

My insurance gave me a list of auto body shops they worked with. After Unilocaling most of them i came across this place. Thank God I did! They made my car look better than when I first got it (and it was a brand new car!!!) Jose made sure all the work got done in the time he promised. This auto body shop is truly the best in the area and probably one of the best in Southern Cal!

Best place to get your car fix in town. The crews here at 360 autoworks are awesome with outstanding customer service. They even have a lounge for you to hang out, watch TV, and enjoy some good coffee. Thank you 360 autoworks!

These guys are absolutely amazing!
It was my first car accident/​repair shop experience. I walked in not knowing what to expect, but boy, I walked out extremely satisfied with what Jose and his crew had accomplished.
To my surprise, the car was ready two days before the expected date. When I showed up this morning, I could not believe my eyes. 360 Autoworks did a fantastic job making my car look like it had never left the dealership parking lot.
These guys have me feeling like I did when I first bought the car… You know, that brad new feeling, thank you!

Came in due to a recommendation and so far this place has lived up to its reputation. Got a window regulator installed on my bimmer for a reasonable price and also they thoroughly inspected my car and told me all the problems without charging me. Seems like a no bs mechanic.

I was referred to Jason a few years back through a friend and thank god I was. He’s repeatedly worked on my brother’s bmw, lexus, one of our acuras and camrys.
He’s helped with our collisions from anything ranging from body work, transmission, to simply replacing a battery because another place had lied to told me that the alternator was bad (even though it was simply the battery).
He’s very trust worthy and definitely makes the process seem painless. He bends over backwards just to go out of his way to make sure the job is done right and won’t try to charge a ridiculous amount for his own benefit. We’ll continue to be returning customers as long as we’re here in LA. I highly recommend 360 Autoworks!

I just went in to get an estimate on a few scratches and Dennis with a fellow worker took off the scratches on the spot free of charge. Yes there is nice people in the world! I will be coming back for sure to get my hood repainted. Overall great and efficient service

Professional, fast, and quality work! Duc gave us a good quote for painting the bumper and side panel of the car. He told us when the car would be ready, and it was ready for us and cleaned and washed on the day he said it would be done. Highly recommended for quality work and reasonable price.

Looking for a body shop to fix my car was tough. Its not easy finding an honest mechanic/​body shop that you can trust and I definitely found one. I was looking for a shop to replace and paint my bumper. Thanks to my fellow Unilocalers I went to 360 autoworks to get an evaluation of my car.
Upon my arrival I was greeted by Duc who helped me with my case throughout the repair. Let me tell you, this man has so much experience. He was able to tell me things about my car that I could not see with my eyes. He explained that a crack on my trunk was from a previous bad bondo and paint job. I had no idea I had any bondo work done before.
Throughout the repair, 360 autoworks sends updates through text which I find very convenient. Upon completion, Duc showed me pictures of the bondo on my trunk and I was shocked! Apparently there was a deep dent under the paint and bondle that I was not aware of. Him and his painters did a beautiful job on sanding down the trunk and redoing the bondo to make a smooth finish. The replacement bumper was fit perfectly. As for their paint, I knew I chose the right place. When you see that a shop has a garage just for paint, with proper equipment and ventilation, you know they are serious about their paint. So serious they offer lifetime warranty! No cracks or dullness for life or they will repair it for free. Ive been in the car scene for years now and had many paint jobs. 360s paint job is one of the best I’ve ever seen. No orange peel, no bumps but a smooth and flawless clear coat finish. Not exaggerating. They know themselves they do quality work. I compared my previous paint job to the bumper and already I noticed how my old paints clear coat is already fading after 2 years. Now I’m considering a paint job for my entire car.
Sorry for the long review but I really take car matters seriously. I wanted to get the full experience before sharing it with you all! Thank you Duc for your help throughout everything. I will definitely return with a toy car for you to work on next!

Having the need to check in at a place like this is never good news. It is what it is sadly to say. Well, I’m here & with all the commotion going with the accident it can get overwhelming (3 car accident, I was in the middle) My car was towed to a towing facility while I was taken to The ER. By the time was discharged from the hospital is was late in the evening. I had to figure out where my car was.
Someone recommend this place to me so I called them. I was on the phone with Jason. He was very nice & understanding. He offered to help get my car out of the tow yard & tow it back to his facility. Those tow yards charges outrageous fees! My car was only there for several hours & since it was after hours (6pm) they charged extra to release your car. Jason took care of the car for me.
The next day, I went over to 360 to see how bad was the damage. It looked horrible. Jason explained every detail that was needed to be done my car. The type of paint color that I have, it’s a bit on the difficult side since it was called Glacier White (similar to pearl white). Jason was very patient & did not push me at all to get things done.
The other party’s insurance was not cooperating with us so Jason personally called them & explained to them that there’s a time frame that needs to be met. When all of the paperwork was done, the body work that done to my car was wonderful. They blended in the new paint to match with the existing paint was nice. I couldn’t tell the difference.
They detailed my car & Jason walked me through with the final inspections of my car. He pointed out every detail that was done to my car & made sure that everything was satisfactory before I took my car.
This facility is quite large & they also have a mechanic department there to take care of any mechanical issues you may have with your vehicle besides body work. All of the staffs here are so nice & helpful. I’m a satisfied customer. If you need any body work done to your car whether it’s major or minor, give this place a try.

An older coworker once told me the most important 3 things to locate when you move to a new place is a good 1) Doctor, 2) Mechanic, & 3) Lawyer… while I agree with the first 2, I’m not sure why I would need a lawyer since I’m not planning on messing w/​the law anytime soon! :P Anyways, this same coworker introduced everyone at work to 360 Autoworks, boasting that they take good care of their customers and offer great, competitive pricing.
As a female, I hate stepping into an auto shop because I have had many bad experiences including a mechanic shop that overtightened the oil cap and refused to admit that they did it leaving me no choice but to replace the oil pan because the threading had been stripped and oil was leaking. I went in for a $ 30 oil change but walked out with a $ 300 out-​of-​pocket expense… go figure! I thought of filing a complain through small claims court but was too busy at work to go through the hassle. I have plenty of other bad experiences I’m sure others can relate to. so finding an honest auto shop is really important to me.
I drove around and asked for a price quote: 3 auto shops quoted me a similar price of $ 300 to replace the oil pan & oil pan gasket compared to $ 200 at 360 Autoworks — it was a no brainer, I took it in and it was replaced promptly. No issues since.
Last year, I brought my car in because there was a loud humming noise. The mechanic initially thought it was a minor issue with a quick fix. I was happy to be quoted a $ 60 price tag since my prior experience at auto shops has been to go in for one fix, only to be told a few more other things need to be replaced as well — sounds similar? Unfortunately, the humming noise was not fixed with the simple replacement and eventually it was determined that the A/​C compressor and valve cover gasket needed to be replaced ($ 650. ouch!). They waived the price of the initial fix (new part & labor) since it was their misdiagnosis. While my car was being fixed, they offered to give me a ride home. My car was quickly fixed by the end of the following day.
What I do have to emphasize was that I appreciated the honesty of the mechanics, the friendly staff, great price, prompt service, and solid customer service — feeling that you are being dealt with integrity and not being up-​sold.
