$ 70 for smog check for 95 integra. Still worth it as the owner gets it done in 20 minutes. Call ahead if you are in a hurry.

Have been going to this place for a awhile. He is fast and friendly. I had one of my cars not pass and brought it back. Had problems. He wanted to charge me again! I showed him receipt which stated free retest. He said ok. Gave him a try again. My car falls under the new test. Well this did it. He charges $ 50. For the new test, he doesn’t have to dyno or anything. He just hooks up to my computer. It took 10 mins. Everyone else charges $ 30. I couldn’t do anything because he had my car hooked up already. I asked why was he charging me $ 50 when it is a simpler test. He just played it off. Not going back. He needs to relize that if new test is faster and everyone else is charging less. He should lower his price.

Needed smog check certification for my registration, and I’ve always driven by KY Smog Test, but never actually went. That will probably change after today.
The owner/​technician was extremely friendly, and the whole ordeal took less than 10 minutes. He sent my certification electronically direct to the DMV, but also gave me a signed hard copy for my records.
In reading his latest reviews, sounds like his prices have gone up. I paid $ 50.00 total, but this is what I’ve paid in the past to other smog check places and they weren’t nearly as fast or friendly as this place.
I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends, especially if they live in the area.

After attempting to pay my registration, I sadly realized I needed a smog check (ugh!) Put it out there on Facebook, and was told that KY Smog was really great. Very convenient for me. On my way home from Pasadena. I called first. Very friendly. Not rushed. Quoted me over the phone 40.00! He said come on down. When I arrived, only waited about 5 minutes. He had a very comfortable sofa for his clients, and the area was actually very cool and comfortable. Smog check took about 15 minutes. He took my credit card and I was on my way. Always a little scary when a woman has to get any kind of work done on her car. He didn’t recommend any other work. Good, cuz I wasn’t there for that. I would absolutely recommend KY smog. Clean, friendly, spacious, and reasonable, especially when you still have that darn registration fee!

Late yesterday, I was calling around for smog prices and KY gave me a great price. He asked if I can come now but it would take me at least 20 minutes to get there. It was 4:45 and he closed at 5 but he said no problem. I got there late (cuz i’m slow and there was traffic) but there he was waiting for me. I thought he would be mad and in a hurry to go home but that wasn’t the case. Very nice guy, he turned on a giant fan for me to be cool and we even talked about his fish which he showed me the babies they had. Even though he took his time, it was done quickly. And as promised, I paid much less than than the 50 bucks everyone else is charging. I just finished paying the registration on-​line and my tags are in the mail, simple as that…

needed to get a smog check, did a Unilocal search and found this place. That guy is nice like everyone else said. Service was nice and easy (and quick). The price is now $ 41.75 not the $ 40 like everyone Unilocaled. Which is fine– I’m happy.

Called ahead of time for the shop’s availability and was able to swing by around lunch time, got a great quote of $ 40! Just like other shops, they electronically send the DMV your test results. Was in and out within 30 minutes! Very friendly and would recommend for anyone looking for just a smog check.

A small shop located inside an plaza for automobile related things such as repair shops, body painting, etc. The people who work there are very nice and they give discounts if you ask them. If you live in the area and need a smog test consider going here to support local businesses.

Because I saw Hannah’s review on my phone and calling around, this was the place I knew I wanted to go. $ 39.99 includes your certificate and if you know there aren’t any problems, easy as pie.
It’s a one man operation but I didn’t get the name of the owner but talked to him quite a bit in Chinese. Very courteous and very professional. He’ll get you in and out of there fairly quickly and in support of Asian owned honest businesses, I told him that I would send anyone his way if I was asked.
Yes, I know, long over due for my review but here it is. I doubt he will remember me but doesn’t hurt to tell him you were recommended by me or Unilocal.Good luck on this test.
